Still have issues with yard and standing water, fence is way above the ground at the gates and my dog has been able to get out constantly. Construction on the homes beside me are noisy and loud music...sides of house are horrendous.

Our sales Representative Mandy was the best my wife and I could have ever asked for!!! She had ever answer to all the questions we had. And there was a lot of them. She was such a great help when choosing the colors and what might go with what . And letting us know different things that we wouldn’t have thought of. Scott the GC was also great, he took the time to go over and explain everything and what was to be expected and why. He really really cares about the home he is building.

I give Bloomfield homes a 2 start rate based on the lack of attention to detail on the craftsmanship of my home. The lack of communication between the sales team and builder with buyer, lack of communication between the warranty department and contractors doing the job. For a first time home buyer our experience was not one filled with milestones and excitement. We had updated our self with may calls and trips to the house. Slow, rushed, and no communication

Our house took 13 months to complete, was only supposed to take 6. Communication from the sales and builder side is awful. We didn't have a closing date until 2 days before we actually closed. End product of home was great, and they stand by their warranty but they need new sales staff and much better communication.
