Bloomfield Homes made building our new home a pleasant process. From our initial purchase with a wonderful sales staff, through our design phase and all the way through the actual build... they were very helpful and responsive at every step. It’s not the custom built home that we were moving from but they certainly gave us “ more bang for our buck”. There are many custom features that come as standard but be prepared to pay for upgrades. Special mention should be made for the excellent responsiveness and openness of our builders rep and building contractor. They were very professional and went above and beyond for us. From beginning to end purchase, picking out decorations and design to move in and adjusting or acclimating ourselves to the Bloomfield family with simple repairs and adjustments the experience and staff has been great. Given the chance to purchase again in any area that Bloomfield builds by far I’d purchase a Bloomfield home again.

After looking at several home builders in the DFW area, Bloomfield Homes got our attention. The details, quality of workmanship and price of the homes sold us on the purchase of a new home. During the process, everything went well and was easier than what I expected. The properties were well maintained and kept as clean as possible during the construction phase. If we had to purchase another home in the future, Bloomfield Homes would win our business. For any new home buyers, ask as many questions as you can and if it can be done, Bloomfield Homes will make it happen.

Bloomfield provides features as their base to what other home builders consider upgrades. The quality of materials used is outstanding and the choices are extensive. My wife and visited almost every builder surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth and Bloomfield by far was the best value for your dollar. We had our house built from scratch, the only improvement I'd recommend is with their communication with buyers. Specifically with communicating updates on the construction process and responding back to emails/texts in a more timely fashion. This concern may have been "site" specific. My home is amazing. This is my dream come true. Dax and Frances were amazing helping me from start to finish. They are both amazing to work with, and have passion to see people buy their first homes.

I believe you get a lot more for your money with Bloomfield Homes than the other builders we looked at.

Process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. First time building a home. The Jasons made it easy, fun and stress free.

Leslie and Bill are wonderful. We had some hiccups but they handled them quickly and correctly.

Nice home, i wish the lighting in the living room and breakfast area of the house was well planned or laid out

I HAD A GOOD PRICE ON THE HOME I PURCHASED. THERE WAS MINOR ISSUE (PAINT TOUCH UP, MISSING PLASTER HERE AND THERE, SOME SINGLES ON THE ROOF TO BE FIXED PRIOR TO CLOSING...) TO BE HONEST, BLOOMFIELD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE ISSUES AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND BLOOMFIELD HOUSES TO MY FRIENDS IF THEY NEED TO SEARCH FOR A NEW HOUSE IN LITTLE ELM AREA

Our Bloomfield home was very well built. Lots of special features included by default - decking in attic, faux handles on french doors, glass shower, flat light switches, LED bulbs throughout, etc. They've included quality in everything and down to the details.

My buying experience was awesome. I will recommend to anyone!

I have to start of by saying I've heard a lot of good but quite a bit of bad in regards to getting a new home built. Bloomfield made the process very effortless, they explained the process well and answered all my questions as they arose. Most of all, my home was finished on time! I'd definitely recommend Bloomfield and use them again if i decided to purchase another home in the future.

We are extremely happy with our new home. We love the Inspiration community. The Bloomfield team was very easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly.

Overall, everything is fine. It has nice designs but uses simple materials—you get what you pay for. That’s really all I can say.

THE BATHROOMS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE DOOR WITHOUT SCRATCHING YOURSELF. PUDDY SMEARED AROUND TRIM IN BATHROOMS. NO HANDLES ON CABINETS AT ALL. GUEST BEDROOMS IS TOO SMALL. CABINETS SLAM REALLY LOUD! Hate it!

Sib was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately our dealings with the project manager are less than ideal. We are waiting for issues to be corrected almost 60 days past closing. Some issues identified during a “blue tape” walkthrough and some discovered since. The issues run from a defective water heater to landscaping. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow through.

Over all pretty easy, as we were cash buyers. The people who sold the house were really nice. The house should come with French drains as it “ floods when it gets rainy on the side of the house on both sides, and per and expert outside option that can be problematic. It depends on what kind of foundation and hill it’s built on though, so I’m sure not every home has that.

Our journey started just coming to Godley to see a pre-existing home. It was a Bloomfield home, but was unavailable to see. So we decided to see a model, The Carolina, and fell in love with it. Ms. Francine was wonderful. She walked us thru the process and built our excitement. Kyle, our project manager, was patient and accepted every call of concern during the process. Overall it was a great experience. Ms. Lola and Rita were very helpful in picking our selections for our new home as well. Great location and great builders!

My family looks forward to making making many memories in our new Bloomfield home. We loved this home from the moment we saw it. Thank you Bloomfield for the build?
