We love our home, everything worked out with the build. We have one thing needing addressed and haven’t gotten it resolved.

The entire process was smooth sailing. I greatly appreciated the continuous communication from the project manager, quickness of answering any questions and addressing any and all concerns. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes for there attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism!

Happy with our home and they did well with communication.

Overall, we are very happy with our home. I do, though, have two complaints. First, Bloomfield made a math error in the price of the home, which they discovered 48 hours before closing. At that point, they stuck us with an extra $12k on the price of the home — no offer to split the mistake or make it right in any way. Once our agent loudly complained, they covered a minority of the cost. But it was very unexpected and unprofessional. Second, whoever painted the house spilled paint on the tile and carpet in every single room of the house (no exaggeration). It's astounding how much paint is everywhere. The quality of materials is unquestionable and the attention to details is commendable. I would hope that issues reported after move-in are responded to in a timely manner.

I would recommend other people to use Bloomfield Homes.

The buying process was smooth.I bought a spec home so didn't have to pick any items. If I had to do it over I would change a few of the selections.

We had a great experience buying the first house we've ever built from the ground up. We did not expect to be able to customize so much of the house but we did! More than just carpet and tile color. But we were able to move some bedroom door locations and pick out even the smallest details like grout color for the back splash. The team at Bloomfield stayed in contact with us every step of the way which was very important since we're building in the middle of the pandemic. They also allowed us to come by the site anytime throughout the building process. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, we they always addressed very expediently and they made sure we were satisfied. The one and only issue we had was the quality of the workmanship of the subcontractors that did the master bathroom tile. But since we're allowed to keep a as close an eye on it as we wanted, we were able to get it to a satisfactory level. I just would have liked for it to be great from the start. ... More

The design of the homes are amazing. You get a big bang for you buck.

Process was easy, disliked having to go to Southlake to close which was one hour away.

They responded well to issues but there were a few hiccups along the way. Items we picked on our initial walk were forgotten until reminded then later done. Some paint was spilled on the driveway so some workmanship issues.

Overall meet requirements what we need

Home was built very well. Be very specific about your wiring ie...ethernet, cable. they no nothing about smart homes and do not go with Smith Security complete ripoff on price.

Home is well built and any issues have been resolved quickly. Downside is the lot. I was promised a level lot, in particular, the backyard. Lot is not level which causes pooling of water, mud pits and drainage issues. This will cost me a lot of money to get corrected. It's obvious the lot was not graded or smoothed out prior to placing the sod. Ruts and grooves throughout. And the side yards are useless due to the extreme slope on both sides.

So for so good with new home. We really did not like some of the build process, some mistakes were found during build and our inspection. All issues were address to the best of our knowledge. Something should have been given to us and/or another walk thru with builder to show the issues were corrected. Overall nice home to build.

I just moved in and so far so good no issues

Overall I was happy with my purchase however tile floors need to have grout haze removed more fully with heavy duty cleaning prior to move-in.

Jaque our sales man was amazing and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anybody. Answered all questions and very attentive to everything. Once the house was being built had to watch alittle closer certain things got looked over. But once sent to Anthony our builder he fixed them. But overall a good experience.

The Builder has made our home buying experience a lot smoother. We are first time home buyer and had no idea how the process works and what are all the steps involved, but the builder guided us through and have helped us each step of the way. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend Bloomfield Homes

Bloomfield is a great construction company. I made a deep search before deciding on what company I will work with. And found out Bloomfield is the one best fits my expectations. In overall material and laborhood looks great although house design could be better at some aspects. In short, I’d definitely recommend Bloomfield who is looking for a new place.

Great experience in general.

Overall building experience went well w/Bloomfield!We would suggest Bloomfield for building home.They gave us a date of move in w/o any real issues.The date to move in was correct and didn’t have to worry about any double moves.

Very helpful, direct, and seemingly straightforward. A good listener and quickly responded to all my questions.

The sales people were great and I worked hard to get into this house. I paid the extra $500 to have an inspection done on the house and sent a report. I was affirmed that everything on the report was complete. Then I moved in after closing and saw almost nothing on the list was touched. Even parts of the house weren’t painted. It has been almost two months later and I still haven’t had any of these things taken care of. The approach the builder took was to just let them know what they didn’t do instead of them doing another walk around and getting it fixed. I work and travel way too much so I can’t find time to go through the house and make a list for them. I also haven’t had a working dishwasher after almost two months and the smell in my kitchen is getting out of hand.
