Great experience even during stressful times. Indy and Anthony were always available, answered any question, and continued the great customer service even after closing. Would recommend buying Bloomfield to my friends and family.

Very good experience. Easy to use and helped eith every step

Despite purchasing / building our home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the process was smooth. Sam, the project manager was very courteous as well. The only drawback to the entire process, was the attention to detail in the finishing process. I felt that was lacking in more ways than one.

Frustrated with construction delays. However, realizing delays were beyond Bloomfield control. Overall, satisfied with building process, continuous feedback from office manager and construction supervisor.

This was by far the worst build in my home buying experience…. This is number 3… Indy was the worst person to communicate with and pushed everything off on her assistants. Anthony the project manager was horrible as well, he made this build feel like we were getting the worst quality and craftsmanship available, always saying he can’t find contractors to finish jobs.. I’m fixing a lot of theses issues myself.

Our experience in building our Bloomfield home was phenomenal. Their attention to detail and communication during the build of our home was great. We absolutely live our new home and are very satisfied with our purchase.

You should Get better contractors.I feel the painters and flooring contractors were losey could have done a better job, , also issues with plumbing, had issues with cabinets uneven. The inspector should have picked up on alot of issues of peoples homes. Your style of homes are too nice not to be done properly.

Overall, we are very happy with our home. I do, though, have two complaints. First, Bloomfield made a math error in the price of the home, which they discovered 48 hours before closing. At that point, they stuck us with an extra $12k on the price of the home — no offer to split the mistake or make it right in any way. Once our agent loudly complained, they covered a minority of the cost. But it was very unexpected and unprofessional. Second, whoever painted the house spilled paint on the tile and carpet in every single room of the house (no exaggeration). It's astounding how much paint is everywhere. We had an overall great experience with Bloomfield. Everyone was extremely helpful and the buying process was very smooth.

Really good company to work with, they assisted me through every step of my home building experience.

Everything started off being great, and as we started to get closer to closing everything went down hill. We was promised and told things that was not really true about how we would pay for things. We was told that our first payment would take place 3 months after we closed, which we started the month right after closing. There was issues with the alarm system stating that they would allow us to use the system for a year, and then we would pick up with it if we like the system. Then when speaking with the people with Ranger, we was informed that it was false information that was giving to us. We closed and still had the worst experience ever with the builders and broken promises that was meant to be completed by them before closing. We pushed our closing date back, with the expectations that everything was going to be completed. The builder was getting upset about things that we was pointing out in the walkthrough, and its like everything went downhill. We closed in August and still had to wait until now to try to get everything fixed from our walkthrough. ... More

We knew going into this homebuying process that we were in a pandemic. We asked from the very beginning about any foreseeable delays. I understand that the builder cannot control supplies and things like that but this process was very difficult on me and my husband. We knew we had to sell our current home before we close because we did not have a contingency sale. So that went without a hitch. We moved six times before we were able to finally move into our home. The home is beautiful we’ve had a lot of minor workmanship issues. Bloomfield staff has been very responsive and taking care of those small items. So I don’t want to be unfair to Bloomfield for our heartbreak in the home buying process. I think that the sales person in the office needs to be more personable and compassionate when difficult situations arise. Stating to people “ That’s construction” is insensitive and unprofessional. Overall, we are very pleased with our home and so far the neighborhood has been nice and quite. Chris was always responsive, helpful, and professional. He was the best part of the process. Overall we had a great experience with the Bloomfield team. Being out of state during this process made certain things difficult, but their flexibility and patience really made us feel like we made the right decision. We love our new home and community. If I had to critique one thing it would be the after closing support on fixing issues. Things are getting done but less sense of urgency compared to the building process. Still very happy overall.

When we first started with the building of our home, things were going very well. Even after the ice storm, we felt everyone involved was working with a purpose on our home. We received updates almost weekly. Closing was set for the end of June/early July, but as we all know, that's date is always tentative. With that information, we sold the home we were living in during the month of July, and the buyer agreed that we wouldn't have to lease it back until the end of Aug if we happen to still be there. Closing on the new home did get pushed back to July/early Aug. Still, no major worry, however we decided to start going by more frequently to check how it was coming along. Glad. We. Did!!!! We didn't close until the end of Aug! We quickly realized that the property manager wasn't really managing to the best of his ability. Now don't get me wrong. I understand he has a TON of houses to keep an eye on. But how does one forget to put a window in? How do you forget to come back and finish the installation in the attic?? And so many other "little" things in his eyes. We love out new home. We really do. But we are having to have the builder come back to fix soooo many things AFTER closing. I'm guessing they felt rushed at the end, but a week or 2 would go by without anything new being done to the home. We didn't want to be those folks that had something to say every step of the way, but maybe we should have. They are doing their best to make and keep us happy, and we appreciate that.
