I know this isn’t an easy job to do, but April does it with ease. She is very professional and always answered my questions quickly and accurately. Building a home can be stressful but April made it as stress free as possible.

The whole build and buying process was easy. Mandy and Scott did a great job communicating with us. We were moving from another state so it was nice to have that communication and we knew that we could trust them. The quality of the home stands for itself. We had VERY few things at walkthrough that needed to be fixed. This is our second newly built home and this one was by far easier than the first. Would Highly recommend Bloomfield homes.

Our home buying experience with Bloomfield Homes at Arcadia Trails has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The sales team was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step and making sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. The community itself is a hidden gem peaceful, family-friendly, and full of amenities like the pool, playground, and walking trails. We also love the easy access to I-20 and 635, making it convenient to get anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The quality of the home is outstanding, and you can truly see the attention to detail in every feature. Being in the highly regarded Mesquite ISD is another huge plus. Buying our Bloomfield home was an incredible experience from start to finish. Michael H was our salesman and he was awesome—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely made the process easy for us. Everyone we dealt with at Bloomfield was great, and the entire process couldn’t have been smoother. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new home or with the way we were treated. Highly recommend!

We bought a home that had been finished for approximately 8 months. The list of major things that were wrong with the house upon the walkthrough were way too numerous given the length of time there was available to fix things. Leaking sprinklers, windows are not evenly set, gaps in the floor, holes in the floor, air vents hanging from the ceiling and the list goes on. Bloomfield was slow to fix the issues until a lengthy email was sent about all of the issues and referring to the house in a negative manner. We will never buy another Bloomfield home.

Travis and Jeff have both been great throughout the whole process of home buying to moving in.

The floor plans has a great flow Jason was very helpful and responsive on getting pricing and product options handled efficiently and professionally. Nancy was on top of the construction kept things on schedule. I love the way Bloomfield kept you informed on your homes progress with photos and a report every week!

I want to share my negative experience with ArrowBrooke’s sales manager, Jeff. Throughout the process, I felt that he treated me poorly and acted in a condescending manner. He often dismissed my questions with comments like “what do you mean, I don’t understand you” or “I already told you,” which made me feel disrespected. Additionally, he did not allow my sister to accompany me to view the house, which I felt was unreasonable and unprofessional. His overall attitude came across as controlling and belittling, and I felt bullied during the entire process. Because of this behavior, I decided to limit my interactions with Jeff and communicated only through the construction manager, Josh, who was much easier to work with. ... More

The process was smooth and we had great support from the Country Lakes team from the beginning all the way to the end. Mandy, Scott and their team were wonderful. They were always available to answer our questions quickly and thoroughly. The house itself is amazing and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. We have so many upgrades in the home and extras that we didn't see with other builders. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes to my family and friends!

Started with one good sales agent, the agent then left and was replaced by a terrible one. Never would I imagine you would have to pull teeth to buy a house in a market where inventory is sitting vacant. The agent made the whole process annoying and terrible and still never met the agent given the agent was on vacation, again, the day I picked up my keys. Still have my name wrong and get contacts from people looking for someone that doesn't live here, thanks for that fun conversation with every one of the waranty people. I can only hope the commission went to the people that actually did the work, but that likely didn't happen. Craftsmanship is what you would expect from a builder that is just trying to get houses up and done. Not great but passable. I am a natural skeptic, so I cant tell you if they are trustworthy. Plenty of things in my experience that showed they are in the business to make money not be your friend. So trustworthy(ish). THE BATHROOMS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE DOOR WITHOUT SCRATCHING YOURSELF. PUDDY SMEARED AROUND TRIM IN BATHROOMS. NO HANDLES ON CABINETS AT ALL. GUEST BEDROOMS IS TOO SMALL. CABINETS SLAM REALLY LOUD! Hate it!

My wife and I could not be more pleased and happier with our decision to go with Bloomfield Homes. We were first time home buyers and they made this process as stress free as possible. Our builder and sales team was top notch and always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We cannot recommend Bloomfield enough!

My entire home-buying experience felt out of the ordinary. Not as professional nor punctual as it should be. Empty promises were made. Could go on a rant for a whole day.
