Our home buying experience was great. Our sales manager was excellent, very detailed on explaining what we were getting in our home and very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

This was my first time buying a home. I was so excited, nervous, anxious about the whole process. They gave me the guidance I needed to build my dream home. They were all very patient and wanting to make sure that everything came out the way I wanted it too. This has been a beautiful experience and glad I did it with Bloomfields home and know one else.

They don’t build them like they used to. All to true at this point in history. As a watchmaker and jeweler I have a passion for craft. I think Bloomfield builds a pretty good product all things considered. My family and I are very happy with our new home and hope you will be too. The purchasing experience exceeded my expectations from the realtor to the title company and everyone in between. It was a pleasure partnering with all of you along the way!

From beginning to end purchase, picking out decorations and design to move in and adjusting or acclimating ourselves to the Bloomfield family with simple repairs and adjustments the experience and staff has been great. Given the chance to purchase again in any area that Bloomfield builds by far I’d purchase a Bloomfield home again.

After looking at several home builders in the DFW area, Bloomfield Homes got our attention. The details, quality of workmanship and price of the homes sold us on the purchase of a new home. During the process, everything went well and was easier than what I expected. The properties were well maintained and kept as clean as possible during the construction phase. If we had to purchase another home in the future, Bloomfield Homes would win our business. For any new home buyers, ask as many questions as you can and if it can be done, Bloomfield Homes will make it happen.

Best quality, fit and finish compared to other local builders. Our family is one that moves frequently and have experienced many issues with relocation company inspections and home condition requirements. Had relocation company inspect home. Several of the exceptions found by them were not code violations, however none-the-less, they would be expected of me to remedy at my expense upon the sale of the home with my next move. Bloomfield was reluctant to remedy these issues during final walkthrough. Not a del breaker, but it takes away from a top score/review.

We are a first time home buyer, and we had high expectations, and we were very excited with our first house! We moved on May 31, 2019, and for our surprise, a lot of things on the house were unfinished having knowledge before the closing day of such problems and details. Today is July 7th, 2019 and we continuos having sketchy stuff like the doors of the study room are unpainted, the paint details in the rest of the house are incomplete. We never received the set of the different paint colors used in our home to fix accidents that happened during the moving process. We asked M. for everything we needed (for the second time, the first time was during the walkthrough before the closing.) Today day they have done some of the work. We received the sample floor kit; the master bathroom sink was fixed, a problem we had under the island on the kitchen was resolved. Also, the texture was changed under two of the arches that needed it. However, we discovered now that the bathtub on the master bathroom has no hot water; the water is only a little warm. We are VERY DISAPOINTED with the company. How do you want to be considered a trustworthy company if we are leaving for a month and 21 days in an unfinished house? Just a scenario to illustrate our frustration: Is the day of our closing, but unfortunately, we haven't the money needed complete. We are sure you don't wait for us a month or two to have the cash on hands, and then proceed with the closing. For us, this situation is very unethical and unprofessional. Bloomfield provides features as their base to what other home builders consider upgrades. The quality of materials used is outstanding and the choices are extensive. My wife and visited almost every builder surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth and Bloomfield by far was the best value for your dollar. We had our house built from scratch, the only improvement I'd recommend is with their communication with buyers. Specifically with communicating updates on the construction process and responding back to emails/texts in a more timely fashion. This concern may have been "site" specific. For new home buyers be aware that “Standard Features “ in a model home in one community is not equal to standard feature in all communities. Pay attention to the details.. ask questions and it will save aggravating and misunderstandings

Very satisfied with the whole process of building a new home with Bloomfield. This is my second home I've built and I was already familiar with the building process but Bloomfield made it easier by being there every step of the way by addressing any concerns we may have had and correcting any issues that came up during the process... Total success

We purchased a spec house. Although there were a lot of thing we couldn't change, we were still pretty satisfied in the beginning. After we moved into our house, there were some things that needed to be fixed. The service was slow. My wife and I work, so we had to take off or wait until the weekend. We continue to find subpar things such as windows not sealed properly, scratches on the countertops, etc. Most of these things are fixed. I love my home but the service could be better.

You should have a list of every upgrade

So for so good with new home. We really did not like some of the build process, some mistakes were found during build and our inspection. All issues were address to the best of our knowledge. Something should have been given to us and/or another walk thru with builder to show the issues were corrected. Overall nice home to build.

Defects were found during the building process and pointed out to Project Manager, Instead of properly correcting the issue it would just be covered up instead. There are several issues that are very sub par quality in workmanship.

I bought the Carolina floor plan & I love the uniqueness of it. The rotunda entry is what sold me on this house. I love all of the add features Bloomfield offers that other builders would consider an upgrade. When I purchased my house every room comes with ceiling fans, the guest rooms have the added shelves, a fence, sprinkler system etc. A lot of companies make features like that a chargeable option. I've only had a few minor issues (i.e. a couple of blinds went crooked when you turned them up). They came and fixed that quickly. Everyone's been very friendly and helpful.

We recently moved to Texas and really like the area we settled into. The Bloomfield home looked great at first glance. But after living in the house for a month we have had numerous electrical problems, laziness in flooring and mostly you can tell that these issues are mostly because of a lack of pride in workmanship. These houses are thrown up and have little to no regard for the house while they are being built. All the windows and doors are left open for weather and animals while these home are being built. The home is beauty but I can tell that the quality of work was low

I recently purchased my new home from Bloomfield closing the end of May 2019. From floorplan selection to closing it was the best experience I could have hoped for. Bloomfield is my third new build. First with Centex Homes and 2nd with Grand Homes. Although the experiences were good, I thoroughly enjoyed Bloomfield. Paul Conedera and Jason (site manager) were top notch! I'm so thankful for both of them!

The overall buying experience I can say was pretty seamless but a lot of that I contribute to our real estate agent, she is amazing, keeps us at arms lengths of issues that arise. She kept us at ease the whole time. Reassured us that it was all going to work out. Bloomfield was always nice and all but definitely once we got in the home, it took 2 weeks to get our pool key, took over a month to get the people to come out for the security system and that customer service was horrible and to be honest it was disappointing that Bloomfield only provides a BASIC security system, no camera on the door or anything of that nature. Then we have had quite a few people come out and fix things that were wrong with the house, still waiting on a painter to come out and paint something in the master and in the kitchen. The quality of the home is ok, the walls are super thin, you can hear things going on in other rooms so well but we love our house in all so THANK YOU for the opportunity to have a nice, brand new home! ... We have had the best experience with Bloomfield Homes. From beginning to end and small warranty issues, nothing but the best. I have built a new home before but this was a dream experience and builder went far beyond our expectations.
