I've been in my home one month and 10 days and due to carelessness have had a water leak. I've been without the complete use of my kitchen since May 28th. The Bloomfield representative has been excellent getting the situation resolved, however nothing was offered for this inconvenience until I asked. One can expect some things to be corrected but not a water leak.

Poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. Ceiling leaked, yard drainage issues, lost water pressure, poor caulking/weather stripping, many things not leveled/are crooked, cabinets now starting to crack, retaining walls cracking. The list goes on. I've only been in the home a couple of months. My high marks go to the responsiveness to issues as the builder in this area has been great to work with and really seems to care. Our experience began spectacular and as we progressed through our 1st time building a home; with high excitement level there were a few misinterpreted customization liberty's between us the buyer, sales office and builders preference as we got close to the end of the build. After a few emails and face to face meeting we were able to come to a happy median. Well worth the delays and the periodic detailed conversation for understanding, the only improvements would be more detail explanation on what new buyers can do and cant do during the construction period. I HAD A GOOD PRICE ON THE HOME I PURCHASED. THERE WAS MINOR ISSUE (PAINT TOUCH UP, MISSING PLASTER HERE AND THERE, SOME SINGLES ON THE ROOF TO BE FIXED PRIOR TO CLOSING...) TO BE HONEST, BLOOMFIELD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE ISSUES AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER. My Primrose V is a beautiful home, I am actually enjoying today. What I am disappointed with is the workmanship issues that I am constantly finding, I can forward pictures if needed.Some issues were promptly taken care of by Jason while others made known to him have been lingering.I have actually fixed some issues myself because of the delayed response from Jason.I would really like for someone to visit my home so that I can cover all workmanship issues and help future Bloomfield customers enjoy a better product.
