Bloomfield offers a great buying experience. However, some of elevations and stones are used too common in some areas. Same stone and bricks in some group of homes.

I believe you get a lot more for your money with Bloomfield Homes than the other builders we looked at.

Good home

Have had good experience with my second new home. New home buyers should carefully new home designs to fit their family lifestyle.

Workmanship is great

Good choice of plans and they worked with us to get us what we wanted and needed.

Things have been messed up in my house that are covered under warranty. but getting them to take care of it seems to be an issue

Overall I was happy with my purchase however tile floors need to have grout haze removed more fully with heavy duty cleaning prior to move-in.

Punch list items linger, no pre-walk they to catch things before owner did, construction crews keep roads blocked and dirty, neighborhoods sales rep was difficult to work with

I've been in my home one month and 10 days and due to carelessness have had a water leak. I've been without the complete use of my kitchen since May 28th. The Bloomfield representative has been excellent getting the situation resolved, however nothing was offered for this inconvenience until I asked. One can expect some things to be corrected but not a water leak.

First home buying experience and it was so exciting!!

Process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. First time building a home. The Jasons made it easy, fun and stress free.

Other than building the wrong master bathroom in our home, everything else was ok

Poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. Ceiling leaked, yard drainage issues, lost water pressure, poor caulking/weather stripping, many things not leveled/are crooked, cabinets now starting to crack, retaining walls cracking. The list goes on. I've only been in the home a couple of months. My high marks go to the responsiveness to issues as the builder in this area has been great to work with and really seems to care. He makes sure to get our issues resolved when we make contact. I was just hoping for better quality at this price point and not to have this many issues so early on in ownership. Overall, the house is still beautiful. I'll give it half a year and if I don't run into anymore issues I will up the star count on the review (if updates are possible). ... More

Compare all the quality and standard before you buy. Don’t just look at the model home.

Leslie and Bill are wonderful. We had some hiccups but they handled them quickly and correctly.

Nice home, i wish the lighting in the living room and breakfast area of the house was well planned or laid out

Our experience began spectacular and as we progressed through our 1st time building a home; with high excitement level there were a few misinterpreted customization liberty's between us the buyer, sales office and builders preference as we got close to the end of the build. After a few emails and face to face meeting we were able to come to a happy median. Well worth the delays and the periodic detailed conversation for understanding, the only improvements would be more detail explanation on what new buyers can do and cant do during the construction period. I HAD A GOOD PRICE ON THE HOME I PURCHASED. THERE WAS MINOR ISSUE (PAINT TOUCH UP, MISSING PLASTER HERE AND THERE, SOME SINGLES ON THE ROOF TO BE FIXED PRIOR TO CLOSING...) TO BE HONEST, BLOOMFIELD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE ISSUES AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND BLOOMFIELD HOUSES TO MY FRIENDS IF THEY NEED TO SEARCH FOR A NEW HOUSE IN LITTLE ELM AREA

Exceptionally built home at a great price!

My Primrose V is a beautiful home, I am actually enjoying today. What I am disappointed with is the workmanship issues that I am constantly finding, I can forward pictures if needed.Some issues were promptly taken care of by Jason while others made known to him have been lingering.I have actually fixed some issues myself because of the delayed response from Jason.I would really like for someone to visit my home so that I can cover all workmanship issues and help future Bloomfield customers enjoy a better product.

Everyone at Bloomfield was so helpful, kind & quick to resolve any issues we had. We would definitely recommend this builder!

Love our new home! The front office has been quick in responding to the minor issues we have had. Friendly neighbors and great location. Love our home!
