I had a great experience purchasing my first home from Bloomfield. Doug is the GOAT. He made sure I knew about all change orders and there were no surprises when it was time to move in. From the signing of the agreement to the walk through and move in I am happy with it all. Not to mention but possible most important the home is not cheaply built. It is quality and beautiful. Almost feels like living in a luxury hotel.

I am so in love with my house. Each day I fall more in love with my floor plan. I built the Hawthorne II plan and I can’t say enough good things about it. My builder Chet is amazing, knowledgeable, quick in responding to questions and follow-up. I don’t know how he keeps up with everything, but he does. He’s exceptional. Francine and her office team are the best. I feel at home and I know I made the right choice building with Bloomfield. Star Ranch is beautiful and quiet just like I had imagined and prayed for. I’ve met some really nice people here. I thought this was my retirement home, but Bloomfield is building up the street “Coyote Crossing “ , those 1/2 ace and acre lots have me making future plans. I only recommend things if they’ve truly met or exceeded my expectations, I can truly say Bloomfield has done that.
