Everyone is impressed with my mini mansion. The design is breath taking and Bill was wonderful.

Jessie was absolutely amazing , he was always available for questions and helped guide us when making our ultimate decision. The few problems that we have had have been resolved for the most. We still have a few small Items that need to be resolved, but am confident that they will be addressed to our satisfaction.

Scott was great to work with on building my new home…he was responsive and flexible while I was selling my home and building a new home. I love my new home!!

To many cost cutting measures that degraded the build quality, craftsmanship and overall value. Poor slab leveling, the use of MDF instead of real wood, use of watered down flat paint, no attention to detail and the "it's good enough" attitude. I would not buy another Bloomfield home or recommend them.

The construction manager really gave us a deal we could not refuse. The house is amazing. 5 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms, nice size backyard. My family and I love it. Oh also 3 car garage. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes to ANYONE looking for a new construction home.

Easy fast abd friendly team

We’ve had a great experience with Bloomfield throughout our home-buying journey. The team was helpful, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process. While we did encounter a small issue, they were quick to address it and worked diligently to make things right. We appreciate their commitment to customer service and are very happy with our new home. We would recommend Bloomfield to anyone considering a new construction home.

There are some attention to detail thing you notice after being in the neighborhood a while. Most noticeable to me is the low quality concrete work. There are many flaws in the slab work and the neighborhood flat work is awful. Sidewalks are busted or have holes in the finish. This is a lack of attention or care to detail from your contractors.

Sara and the team at Terracina are awesome , since from day one our experience has been amazing ,clear and timely communication. The other wonderful thing about terracina it has quiet Neighbourhood and clean place to call home.

Was not looking for a home, but after 26 yrs in Arlington was time to get out. Close to Son, community is quiet, every seems friendly. My home has minor adjustments to be made, when time is right. The homes are solid and very up to date on latest functions, would recommend J Clark

We are very excited to be in our new home in Woodstone. Our experience with Dante & Charles was wonderful. They were direct, kind and responsive throughout the process. No build will be perfect or be without hiccups, that’s ok when you have the dream team working to make it right. The absolute worst builder I’ve ever purchased a home from. The materials used were very cheap and the home was over 800k. On top of cheap materials, the quality of installation was so poor that it’s hard to believe the overall cost of the home. If you’re able to ignore the above, you’ll find that almost zero QA exists. In several difffernt places throughout the home, we discovered issues that the builder tried to mask versus replace prior to the home being sold. For example, baseboards were completely broken on corners and instead of replacing, they just painted directly over the damage. Many of the sinks were barely held together with caulking and lifting across the entire section. We’ve had consistent issues with electrical outlets and after calling an electrician, he stated that the wrong size (amperage) were installed by the builder. We had a great overall experience purchasing our new home with Bloomfield Homes. From the beginning, the team was patient, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They worked with us on multiple requests, answered questions promptly, and made the buying experience much smoother than we expected. Interaction with community manager and construction manger was good. They were good to work with and did their jobs well. Home builder is a solid builder and a good value.

One of the main reasons I bought this home was that “internet is included” was advertised I front of the sales office. That is an outright lie. It may be installed in the house, but it’s not included. You pay an extra fee every month. That’s like saying a radio is included in your car. But you can’t use it unless you pay a monthly fee for it. It’s dishonest and misleading. Also, I reported when I moved in that a shelf in my new fridge was cracked. It’s still not fixed. IT’S BEEN SIX WEEKS!!! I was suckered into this purchase due to false advertising. I WILL NOT recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone I know. That’s sad, because the house itself is nice. ... More

Everything was organised and quick process

Bloomfield did a great job on my home. Management took care of any problems which I really appreciated. Thank you Amanda for that. I think they went over and beyond and fixing anything. Great job on making sure that I felt welcome at Waxahachie Indy did a great job on my home and always made me feel welcome. I would recommend Bloomfield. did a great job as a salesperson

I had a great experience working with Jeff and Josh. Jeff made the sales process easy and informative without any pressure, and Josh did an outstanding job managing the build from start to finish. Both were responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well.

This is not the first time I’ve bought a new home. I’ve had them made and I’ve bought from builders and we never have one inspected before we move in. Builders are notorious for being particular about their builds. So we usually save a home inspection for 11 months so any issues can be fixed at the one year. This is the first time I wish I’d had it inspected. Our breaker to the washer was weak and had to be inspected & ultimately replaced because it couldn’t complete a washing cycle without tripping the breaker, the irrigation did not work and was not connected so it registered as running but nothing was being watered, the air conditioning wasn’t even connected at the condenser so it ran constantly & the temp kept climbing, there was not a filter in the AC unit at all, the garbage disposal was locked up and we had to unjam it, panels in the kitchen cabinets had gotten wet and were installed with warped wood, the locks on all interior doors jammed and couldn’t be unlocked and needed to be replaced, the door to the garage did not have a lock on it at all and it had an interior handle which wasn’t powerful enough to open that heavy of a door and the handle completely fell off so we were left with trying to open the door with a cord or just prop it open and finally the doorstop to the front door broke a flew off down the hall. Don’t get me wrong I love this home and wouldn’t replace it, however, I highly recommend that you spend the $$ for a home inspection because Bloomfield does not take the time to inspect their homes correctly. An AC unit that isn’t even connected & doesn’t have a filter is basically an elementary find and the builder didn’t find it. We didn’t find it either because it was freezing temperatures when we did our final walk through and we never tried the irrigation or the AC. Things go wrong in new homes too, and their warranty dept responds and fixes things, we just expected the builder to be as thorough as past builders have been on our other homes. ... More

The entire Bloomfield Timberbrook team were phenomenal. From the initial meeting to final closing, the team was responsive to our calls, emails and site visits. They ensured our home was to our satisfaction (within reason). They made us feel like family and not just a customer quota. Their customer service is top notch.
