We recently moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Steve, our builder, was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. The quality of construction and finishes really stands out, and Steve made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. The entire process felt smooth and well-organized, which made moving into a new home much less stressful. We’re truly enjoying our new home and would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality builder.

Bloomfield Homes, specifically Peter and Jordan have been great to work with. We had all the normal things come up with a new home purchase. But Jordan was there every step of the way to remedy. Can’t recommend them enough.

Our journey with Bloomfield Homes began online while our family was searching for the perfect new-build home. With a pretty specific wish list—3-car garage, four full bathrooms, and four or more bedrooms—I wasn’t sure how quickly we’d find “the one.” Then I came across a Bloomfield model that checked every box. After locating neighborhoods where the model was available, we discovered Bloomfield Homes in Timberbrook in Justin, TX. I visited with my two children first (my husband followed shortly after), and we instantly fell in love. We took photos and videos to share with him and couldn’t stop talking about it—so of course, we insisted he visit too. He did, and he loved it just as much. From day one, every interaction exceeded our expectations. Whether it was touring the neighborhood, meeting the construction manager, selecting our options, or reaching move-in day, the Bloomfield team was consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. My wife and I really love our Bloomfield home the “Carolina IV” floor plan. We had the opportunity to basically customize the entire home other than the floor plan. The process from beginning to end was simple and the Stone River Glen team were very helpful. I have purchased a few homes in the past but this experience was by far my best experience. To whoever that maybe considering to purchase a new home, I highly recommend you look at what Bloomfield has to offer you.

We had an excellent experience when going through the sales and construction process related to our new home. The sales agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The construction manager was exceptionally good. When we noticed something needed attention he would have it addressed before we even brought it to his attention. Both the sales agent and construction manager were and still are very responsive on any questions we had throughout the process. We would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes!

We wanted a bigger home and lot. John was great, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He has meetings to help new homeowners to adjust to new home ownership and get to know the neighbors. From start to finish an absolutely great experience. The same can be said of David, the construction manager, knowledgeable and helpful, handled our requests and made sure we knew how to handle the new systems in our home. Our first time building wa wonderful. The sales folks were knowledgeable, helpful, diligent and trustworthy. The selection process went well, we would have like some additional options and selections like mismatched cabinet styles for different rooms to add to the customization of the house. Building went great, impressed with the way all the wall penetrations were sealed, lumber quality was above average. Post move in response has been spectacular with questions and issues rectified within very short time. We would recommend Bloomfield and especially the gang in Timberbrook 100%

We wanted to get a large multi-gen home for our family. Bloomfield checked the boxes and even a couple that we didn’t think about. The design team helped each person, all 6 of us, get what we wanted. We have plenty of room now. Thank you very much.

We recently built a new home with Bloomfield Homes at Terracina in Rockwall, and the entire experience from contract to closing was very positive. Communication and transparency were the biggest strengths. We always knew what stage the home was in, what was coming next, and what our options were when decisions had to be made. Our project manager, Rafael, deserves special recognition. He was consistently responsive, patient with our questions, and clear about timelines and expectations. If something changed, he told us why and what the plan was to keep things on track. That level of honesty and follow through made the build process far less stressful. What has impressed us just as much is the support after closing. Bloomfield and Rafael didn’t disappear once we got the keys. Any small items we’ve brought up have been acknowledged and addressed, and we’ve felt that our home and our satisfaction genuinely matter to them. I had a great experience buying a home here in Midlothian, TX. Scott, the sales professional, was a straight shooter and was very helpful with all the options. He was able to guide me and give me a solid price for each home and lot I was looking at. We were originally looking at the Villages of Walnut Grove which is The Grove's sister property, but that was going to take a while to build so we opted for a completed home in The Grove's final phase. I think we would have had the same great experience no matter what we chose because Scott and his staff made it simple and were very patient and understanding and answered all the questions we had to the best of their ability. My wife and I recently were in the market for a home in the Ft. Worth area. A new grandson will require frequent visits from his grandparents.
