From start to finish entire process was seamless and easy.

What sold us the most was Chris. He was always there to answer our many many questions and guide is the right direction. He was honest when most people wouldn't be. Even after we have moved in they are still here for us helping when needed. The quality was great and you can tell they truly care about their homes and the homeowners.

They made my decision on buying a house much easy because of the Bloomfield homes lay out and designs. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

What really stuck out for us is that Paul and Chad knew we were expecting a baby in March and did everything they could to try and get us in before her arrival. Unfortunately, she had different plans and came early but Bloomfield kept in touch with us through the whole process. If we ever build again, Paul will be our first call.

I think Bloomfield did a Great job considering all the shortages going on with COVID.

The process was seemless. There aren't enough words to describe the great experience I had with Bloomfield. Jerry Hobbs and Travis Schofield were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Even though are build happened during the Pandemic, Travis did not miss a beat and our home was completed almost exactly on the date first stated. The homes, elevation choices, floor plans and mass uograde options truly make your home unique. No cookie cutter homes here. If you want the perfect home, Bloomfield Homes is where you will find it

Overall, our home experience was better than what we expected. Sara did an AWESOME job providing us with weekly updates and pictures to show us our progress. Jeff did a fantastic job making sure all the right touches had been added to our house. Due to Covid we did have some delays in which was out of every ones control. Our house was well worth the wait and was built with quality.

The overall buying experience was great. Sara at the model home is wonderful to work with and very good at what she does. We bought in 2020 which came with a year-long crisis no one expected. It was a frustrating process - delay after delay. It took a year for our home to reach completion. During the process, Bloomfield Homes excelled in keeping an open line of communication. Great process. Easy from start to finish. Patrice Hopkins is amazing with updates and helping pick out designs and colors for the interior. Chuck Mathes made sure everything was up to standards and fixed everything right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me build our house.
