From our initial meeting in April to the closing on our home in November 2023, we enjoyed professional and positive interactions with complete transparency. Overall we had good experience. I want to point out areas where there are shortcomings 1) We got different granite than what we choose. We choose moon white every where. We got moon white near stove but all other place its not moon white. We could have proved it different but that would have delayed closing. I think Bloomfield ordered correct stone but vendor didn’t delivered right one. 2) House was not cleaned properly and finishing touches were not perfect. There are paint stains over fan and silicon sealant was on basin and drains. 3) Garage door is not properly installed. ...

The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

We are very happy with our Bloomfield home and this new development (Terracina Rockwall) that we had been waiting for! From start to finish, sales manager Sara and her team provided us w/ weekly progress updates and making sure any questions were answered. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. We like this builder because of the quality and extra, unique added features. We highly recommend this builder and community!

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. The houses are beautiful. The builders are marvelous. However, the loan officers, and the closing process was torturous. There were too many unnecessary huddles we had to jump over. It was very frustrating. Honestly, I won't recommend your mortgage lender to anybody.

Make sure you know exactly. What color you won't inside and outside your house done, Because they will not change the color later. Be certain on what you want done up front., Because there will be no changes later.
