We bought a home from Bloomfield in April of 2023. The house looks nice but immediately after moving in it became clear that the quality of materials used and the quality of the labor hired to build it were subpar, especially at this price point. Within 6 weeks we’ve noticed cracked sinks, peeling paint, defective tiles, damage to our front door that was identified during the pre-closing inspection and still not addressed. The project manager missed a lot of important details during the final inspection of the house. In addition of a very careless handling from management of the warranty process from Bloomfield side and poor customer service. We encounter a back-flood of used water at the second day of living in the house that damaged the walking closet. Incomplete structural area in the garage. Cracked bath shower. We bought a dewberry in April of 2023. The home is beautiful and we love it. Just like any man made product, we found issues within the first few weeks of living in our new home. Bloomfield warranty was quick to respond and resolve our issues.

Please make sure you check all drawers and cabinets. Most drawers throughout the house are extremely hard to open as if they are off the track.

We have a beautiful home, and the buying process was easy but, we wish we had all items fixed before we closed. It is all most impossible to get anyone out here to do anything now. It has been almost two months and we still have a drainage problem and we never got cable installed? Other than that we like our community.

I love my home that I have built with Bloomfield. My sales manager Bill was the epitome of what customer service is. He was diligent in answering any questions or concerns that I had during the process from start to finish and afterwards. The staffing within Bloomfield has been courteous in assisting me with issues that have arisen since I have closed in helping get them resolved. Bloomfield homes are eloquent and stand out in the design and features.

We have some issues as we move in four weeks and the issues haven’t been resolved until now. First the backyard, AC Not working and there’s cracks on our bathroom walls and skunk in the attic and all these are still pending to be resolved.

The building process for my home had completed earlier than planned. It was amazing because the process was less than 6 months to complete. I am the first buyer to get the closing in the community of Arcadia Trails on March 24, 2023. Lots of poor work in build. Walls are very crooked. Tile is not level in many places, cracked in transition from hall to rooms. Paint was not good either. Garage door is spotty around the edges(common when checking neighbors). Texture incomplete on every wall. Sanding not done. Garage door has already snapped the wall it’s connected to. We originally wanted to purchase a different house, toured it, and were ready to make an offer when one of the assistants said they were holding it for a couple who wanted to come look at it later. This was such an awesome and amazing experience for my wife and I. We were treated well throughout the entire process. It was seamless, they were friendly and the quality of the home is amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. From start to close it was the best experience we could have hoped for and we closed when they said we would. I love my home now, but I did not enjoy the home buying process with the Bloomfield sales representative who I found difficult to work with as he often did not like to answer questions and was rude when he did not know the answer. I also received inaccurate information on many occasions. Also, the original project manager assigned to me was terrible and never provided me with updates. I had to ask for updates along the way and missed a lot of the home building progress because if this. The one thing I appreciated was Bloomfield’s integrity from the start. As I searched for builders I found myself being placed in a biding war situation to drive up the price of the home. Bloomfield had a fair process and even corrected prices as the market changed not because I asked but because they felt it was the right thing to do for their customers. Quality is high, Responsiveness is high, Integrity is high. I love my home and the community.
