From the moment we decided to buy a house and till we closed Bloomfield homes was always the first choice! Great team to work with especially Jeff who was courteous throughout! The layout plans and interior perfectly match with what we needed!

The building process was well done with the exception of choice of the hardware for drawers in the kitchen/ bathroom by the cabinet supplier- The use of European slides, does not exude the quality of ball bearing slides from expectations of what a "Deluxe " kitchen. would offer. As we chose a "deluxe" kitchen, the use of cheap slides was a disappointment as these tend to "rack". Cost differential is $4.00 for the European slide's vs $6.00 for the ball bearing. The self-closing would be couple dollars more. So, the choice by the builder left disappointment for the value. the savings of 10 drawers amounts to $30-40 overall. Something that is used every day should be good quality instead of "adequate " quality. Bloomfield missed this point on this home. ... More

I like the floor plan and exterior design the first time I saw the Bloomfield brochure. The colored brochure itself is a great idea, beautifully made, more like promoting a valuable home, than being hand-over a blueprint. Everyone at the Stone Ranch, Wylie office is very professional throughout the entire process. Matt has been very informative at every stage of the purchasing and construction. He was extremely accommodating and coordinated many of our extra requests due to being out of state. He made on-time closing possible. Cindy's design experience was extremely helpful when I was selecting colors and materials. One of my neighbors complimented it even before the construction was completed. Great building experience. Paint in homes is sprayed very very thin. Not very durable. Slightest brush up on wall removes paint or if you try washing a stain off. Great solid build. Walls were bowed in many places. , builder fixed quickly

It was a great experience for us buying with Bloomfield homes , construction closing date did not change despite a few material delays. The whole process was a smooth breeze. I highly Recommend

As an experienced home builder, I thought this was not going to be a good experience. But I was wrong, their concrete slab is done correctly, the frame was as good or better than many I've seen. Their Team came in after the build to touch up and make small repairs. Just a few things, 1-I would have liked to choose my appliances grade, I would understand an up charge for this. 2-they should use H-clips in their roof sheeting or decking. There also could be another electrical switch in one place. This being said it's a good house. Bloomfield kept their word when other builders did not regarding the locked in price of the home when rates continued to increase.

My wife and I are super excited about the buying experience. It was very smooth sailing. The manager was very good at keeping us informed through the entire experience. Not to mention that the homes here are gorgeous. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes for anyone in the market right now.

My move from TN to TX was made seamless with the help of Chris and his team. Chris communicated very well on the progress of my new home. I enjoyed talking to Chris about my new home. He made me feel like part of the Bloomfield family.

Trent and his team did an awesome job getting the home together. After the home was completed, Trent made sure that if there were any deficiencies, which is to be expected when purchasing new, that he was there with his team to replace/repair immediately.
