The whole buying and building experience was as easy and painless as possible for a project of this size. Sales and design staff were very helpful and responsive. No major issues during construction. Only had a few issues on finish out but all were addressed and handled by our builder. Final finish out resulted in a beautiful home!

Construction was completed before promised timelines. Weekly updates were sent through out. Closing has been smooth. Amazing experience all the way. Bloomfield was able to complete my house ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise for us. We are used to builders being behind schedule so this was a great welcome. Their financial lady also helped during a difficult situation. I will totally recommend them.

Home is beautiful, after two months of living here we have been pleased over all. We have come to realize that the house has a few issues and that normal with any new build. The home builder and main agent have been great to work with and have quickly resolved any issues that come up. Mrs. Sonia, Miss Pat and Mr. Dean were awesome to work with during and after my home purchase. The only issue I ran into was poor paint quality. After leaving painter's tape during our walkthrough for missed areas, once we moved in, there were still a lot of areas needed painted.

Overall we had good experience. I want to point out areas where there are shortcomings 1) We got different granite than what we choose. We choose moon white every where. We got moon white near stove but all other place its not moon white. We could have proved it different but that would have delayed closing. I think Bloomfield ordered correct stone but vendor didn’t delivered right one. 2) House was not cleaned properly and finishing touches were not perfect. We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges.
