Great building experience. Paint in homes is sprayed very very thin. Not very durable. Slightest brush up on wall removes paint or if you try washing a stain off. Great solid build. Walls were bowed in many places. , builder fixed quickly

As an experienced home builder, I thought this was not going to be a good experience. But I was wrong, their concrete slab is done correctly, the frame was as good or better than many I've seen. Their Team came in after the build to touch up and make small repairs. Just a few things, 1-I would have liked to choose my appliances grade, I would understand an up charge for this. 2-they should use H-clips in their roof sheeting or decking. Trent and his team did an awesome job getting the home together. After the home was completed, Trent made sure that if there were any deficiencies, which is to be expected when purchasing new, that he was there with his team to replace/repair immediately.

Doug was great throughout the whole process. He was very helpful from the day we picked our lot, and floor plan, till the day we closed. Brett, the building superintendent was attentive to all our concerns during the build. Overall we had a great experience with our first home.

Jason the builder was easy to reach even though he was extremely busy he still answered all questions would meet at site when asked and preformed his own blue tape punch list before I did mine which took care of all the items I was going to point out. Good experience over all
