I purchased at the beginning of the pandemic and dealt with supply shortages, etc. so purchasing now may be quite a different experience, but it was frustrating when you're expecting 8-10 months for a build and it takes 17 months. Overall at the end I am happy with the house and since I locked in my price before the surge in prices ended up with a good equity in my house.

A lot of things were broken or poorly finished upon moving in and the reps have largely been unresponsive. I do not recommend bloomfield.

I have only 1 issue out of over 20 fixed since I bought the home. I'm asking multiple times for final dates with very little response. Communication is one way mostly.

Really pleased with our new home, the layout, lot and Stone River Estates. We feel we got good value for the price. Many nice features, but the fit and finish was sloppier than we expected from Bloomfield. This involved the counters, sinks, tile floors, cabinetry, exterior masonry, the concrete work, caulking, etc. All minor stuff and fixable but should have been caught by the builder. Would've saved them money and us from the aggravation. Bloomfield has been great about sending subs out to address the issues. Most are resolved only a month after moving in. Great building experience. Paint in homes is sprayed very very thin. Not very durable. Slightest brush up on wall removes paint or if you try washing a stain off. Great solid build. Walls were bowed in many places. , builder fixed quickly

I had a great experience purchasing my first home from Bloomfield. Doug is the GOAT. He made sure I knew about all change orders and there were no surprises when it was time to move in. From the signing of the agreement to the walk through and move in I am happy with it all. Not to mention but possible most important the home is not cheaply built. It is quality and beautiful. Almost feels like living in a luxury hotel.

Bloomfield Homes Maplewood 2 is a subdivision where they feel we should receive less than the others home like Tree-farms, Daniel Farm. We should receive all the same type of attention and what we ask for at the time of picking out our design. Every home should not all look alike! As an experienced home builder, I thought this was not going to be a good experience. But I was wrong, their concrete slab is done correctly, the frame was as good or better than many I've seen. Their Team came in after the build to touch up and make small repairs. Just a few things, 1-I would have liked to choose my appliances grade, I would understand an up charge for this. 2-they should use H-clips in their roof sheeting or decking. Would never buy a. Bloomfield again. Took 17 months to build my home and seldom if ever was I provided an update on the home. Communication is very poor with Bloomfield homes. I will say Jerry the builder did help us us and provided us with the answered we needed.

Scott was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Assisted in choosing the best home model and lot. Had a multitude of delays and hiccups along the way that Scott was task with keeping me abreast of, even though almost nine were of his doing. I feel the quality and workmanship of the home suffered because of a lack of supervision throughout the home building process. It is really hard to give a review on a product that for one reason or another was delayed 6 months. However, I would like to give 5 stars to Travis for his great job and effort to try to finish our home despite all the external issues. I’ve been in the house for a month and I’m really enjoying the house. There are a few minor issues that Bloomfield needs to come back to fix but overall I love my house.
