Of course with COVID and shortages of supplies along the way, there were some delays along the way. However, the staff was always informative and did their very best to complete our home in a timely manner. Once we closed, we were happy as a chipmunk living in an Oak Tree. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone!

The sales manager David and his design assistant Kim were great! They made the experience move smoothly and were attentive to the details. Because of their professionalism my move from another state to Texas went without any unpleasantness.

Overall a great home buying experience. Simple for experienced homebuyers. First time homebuyers will struggle with initial setup. Pretty good response from the builder reps and technicians.

In-spite of the waiting time it was worth the wait. The house was an adjustment as it is much more open spaced and less in the way of walls which made placing furnishings somewhat difficult as how we arranged the house. We adjusted. Overall it was a great option for us. And btw we are glad to be a part of the Texas tradition.

Patricia is the best ..... Bloomfield takes it all. I ll definitely come back for our next home...somewhere down the line.

We said no to a neighborhood solely because we did not like the welcome we received at another Bloomfield property. Until we met Patrice, we didn’t even notice how unenthusiastic the other person was. Patrice literally pulled us in like we were family and made us feel welcomed from the start. Chuck kept us informed and made sure our concerns and questions were answered. Union Park is a lovely neighborhood, but the people in the office and at the home site made the difference.

Our house was built in a timely fashion, we were kept in the loop by our Engineer Jordan who definitely addressed and was able to fix many issues that we had found. As we have been in the home, we have found small issues, such as only one screw in a door handle instead of 2, 2 screws in a door hinge instead of 3, things like this. Nothing major. If I had to offer one piece of advice it would be to make sure clients are offered all of the upgrades available to them in a particular model and then let them turn them down, as there were other options we were not aware of that we probably would have opted for. I love my home, there are still some issues that need to be resolved. I have been in my home for almost two months.

They are some of the best to build homes. David in the office is a great salesman/property manager. Very responsive and enjoyed working with him and Bloomfield!!

Awesome, easy , fun , exciting

David, Kimberly, Chuck and the rest of the staff at Ridge Ranch were all amazing. We love our Primerose V!!!! I look forward to pulling up to it from work everyday. If I could change one thing, I would like for the work crews to clean up the properties as they build. We stopped by our house daily, and some times more than once. We would find leftover food all over the house and would clean up to prevent ants and or rodents in the walls.

Was lucky enough to stumble upon a ready-built Bloomfield home in Watescape, Royse City. Compared to other builders in the same price range, immediately noticed the quality of workmanship, choice of materials, and design features were far superior. (Also noticed consistency of qualities listed above in the various other new home developments I looked at.) The buying process was easy stress-free. Kevin (Project manager) & Jeff (Sales) were a pleasure to work with! Very satisfied with my new home & highly recommend B. Homes.
