Great value for the money, great product,

We thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with the builder, Brad B. He was very helpful and always made sure we got what we wanted out of the house, making sure things were up to par. Our experience would not have been the same without him being so good. He needs a raise! As far as the rest of our experience, it was decent. Our experience at the time of home building seemed great, that we were getting all that we wanted and weren't being gipped on anything. After closing and being in the home for a while and talking to neighbors / just being in the home and understanding more of the process of building a home from scratch, we found that we could have done things differently and asked more questions. Wish we had asked for a FULL list of possible upgrades. As well as ask if the salesperson did any extra deals (after finding out that one neighbor got a typical deal from them, but us and others did not). So it was frustrating after realizing our house could have been a little better / cheaper after the fact, but nothing to make us want to sell the place. Just wish we were more aware of our homes possibilities. When building a new home --- ASK QUESTIONS. Google what you should ask and make sure to get all the perks you can. See what the salesperson can offer you as their own personal offer. And know what ALL of the upgrades are you can add in the home. Don't just let the salesperson tell you what the main ones are. We found so many things we wished we would have added, but since we didn't know they were options, we never asked for them. AND. When doing walk throughs at the end, get on your hands and knee! Check every corner. We have found so many places that weren't painted, were knicked, or just weren't finished just right. So be sure to take time and check it all out. They responded well to issues but there were a few hiccups along the way. Items we picked on our initial walk were forgotten until reminded then later done. Some paint was spilled on the driveway so some workmanship issues.

Overall, home is good value for money. As you get to build your own home, builder is responsive to onsite issues and makes good to correct the issues. After sales warranty support is spot on, with excellent follow up from builder (Gabriel) to ensure all items addressed by contractor. General workmanship on interior needs improvement, especially around sheetrock/painting (many scars left on the walls especially in bathrooms and around electrical outlets). House is touted as prewired for smart home, but with UPGRADED Cat6a points at the Access Points, the AP cannot support above a 100MB connection (direct wired to switch shows AP with good gigabit connection, but internal house wiring cannot recognize gigabit). Newer homes are not properly wired for power supply from fiber suppliers like older homes were done (noted by installer). 50' lots are quite narrow, with price premium for a wider lot quite high. ... Would choose Bloomfield again

Chris at Bloomfield is excellent to work with; the warranty team has been responsive for things we've found that needed attention after move-in. Still a few issues that will need addressing.

Minor cosmetic deficiencies.

Home was built very well. Be very specific about your wiring ie...ethernet, cable. they no nothing about smart homes and do not go with Smith Security complete ripoff on price.

Love our new house...but still work to be done on the house 2 months after moving in

Our home buying experience was great. Our sales manager was excellent, very detailed on explaining what we were getting in our home and very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

For new home buyers be aware that “Standard Features “ in a model home in one community is not equal to standard feature in all communities. Pay attention to the details.. ask questions and it will save aggravating and misunderstandings

Very satisfied with the whole process of building a new home with Bloomfield. This is my second home I've built and I was already familiar with the building process but Bloomfield made it easier by being there every step of the way by addressing any concerns we may have had and correcting any issues that came up during the process... Total success

You should have a list of every upgrade

So for so good with new home. We really did not like some of the build process, some mistakes were found during build and our inspection. All issues were address to the best of our knowledge. Something should have been given to us and/or another walk thru with builder to show the issues were corrected. Overall nice home to build.

I just moved in and so far so good no issues

Bloomfield offers a great buying experience. However, some of elevations and stones are used too common in some areas. Same stone and bricks in some group of homes.
