The quality of materials is unquestionable and the attention to details is commendable. I would hope that issues reported after move-in are responded to in a timely manner.

Glad to be finally be in the house

It's a nice house, but attention to details were very low. I called my builder to attend details in bath tube, sprinklers, door bell, to name some.

From start to finish The Bloomfield representatives were great to work with. They explained everything in detail and kept us updated on the process and where were with the build. Scott Gross was awesome to work with, he made sure any issues we had with the home were addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend this home builder.

There were a few hiccups throughout the home buying and build of our home. They were taken care of eventually, but after moving in we discovered the rushed low quality workmanship that went into repairs and all around build of our home. Window height is not consistent and not sealed fully. Overspray of paint and stain in front and back porch. It is evident that a “good enough, hurry and get it done” mentality was used in building our home.

Bloomfield did an excellent job with our new home, we couldnt have been more pleased with the end product. The staff was friendly and understanding to our needs. i would recommend Bloomfield to any and all!!!!

Disappointed in the overall craftsmanship of the home. We understand some items will slip through and have to be fixed later, but some of the issues should have been obvious to the builder at the time.

I would recommend other people to use Bloomfield Homes.

Easy going people and helpful in all respects.

- floor gouge repaired with putty that doesn’t match floor. - granite countertops not sealed. - fireplace insert not secured and doesn’t align with the gas on/off port. - painting not completed. Builder placed blue tape around the house, but didn’t go back and fix. - pvc pipe into garage not sealed around hole. Again, blue tape, but no fix. - stove top pilot light doesn’t work on burner. - oven clock doesn’t keep time correctly. - bathtub has gouges and scratch marks. Warranty has covered some. Hopefully, we can get the rest fixed by them.

The wall in garage was not flat. When using a 6 foot flat edge easy to see wall was converted. Same issue with floors. There was 4 pokerchip height difference when using a 6 foot straight edge. We had the floor re leveled at our own exoense.

Although my home is beautiful I had several issues that I was concerned about that were incomplete several things had to be changed several things had to be corrected and there is still a lot of problems with the building of my home but I plan to file a request to have each and every item fixed and hopefully they will all be fixed thank you

In spite of me loving my home, I have noticed several issues and each time that I spoke to someone they blow it off. As of today I have placed two services warranty request and they NEVER follow up. Awful service!

the only issue we had was that 4 houses were being built faster then ours after we signed before them. we brought it to their attention and brought in a second builder to put them back on track.

We purchased the Carolina 2 with the media room. Overall we absolutely love the home but there are a few issues. The main issue is that we purchased wood like tile floor in the main level with dark color grout. The contractors removed all the paper that was placed down which allowed dust and dirt to be packed into the grout lines turning them white. We requested it be cleaned and a technician from the flooring company came out and did an acid wash on it. This removed a lot of the dirt but not all so we are still working to get it fully clean. The second issue was when the carpet was laid in the bedrooms the floor was not floated so there were multiple divots in the slab which made it feel like you were stepping in a hole. This repair had to be scheduled twice as the first work order was not put through correctly. The last issue is just all the minor paint imperfections that we have found this includes trim and wall paint. ... More

Just be very careful about the job being done

I feel that the Bloomfield homes offer standard features that other builders charge extra for. John and Kevin were both great to work with during the sale and build of our home. Both were always quick to respond to our calls, texts and emails about our home.

Please make sure and get a third party appraisal! Very concerning buisness practices.

Travis listened to what we wanted and made it happen! He was very communicative throughout the entire process even on the smallest questions. He definitely made our first one buying and building process one that was enjoyable and the least stressful it could be. I’d recommend him and his team to anybody looking to build their home.

Channa was great. She was always available, the job site was clean and any issues were addressed. I'd work again with Channa any day. I'd never work with Patrice again, and the selection process was chaotic and ridiculous. I've turned numerous friends and family away from Bloomfield at union park because of Patrice.

From the initial meeting with the Salesman and Builder to going to Southlake to close, very smooth transition throughout. I was shocked to see how many options there were with Bloomfield. I would definitely build again with Bloomfield Homes.

We were pleased with the initial contact with Bloomfield Homes‘ community manager. The process was very involved and we loved it. The Project Manager and financial team were exceptional, professional, friendly and very accommodating to say the lease. We are excited to be a Bloomfield Home owner!
