I think Bloomfield did a Great job considering all the shortages going on with COVID.

The process was seemless. There aren't enough words to describe the great experience I had with Bloomfield. Jerry Hobbs and Travis Schofield were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Even though are build happened during the Pandemic, Travis did not miss a beat and our home was completed almost exactly on the date first stated. The homes, elevation choices, floor plans and mass uograde options truly make your home unique. No cookie cutter homes here. If you want the perfect home, Bloomfield Homes is where you will find it

The initial process was fantastic. We had a great time designing the home. Even the initial build seemed to go without a hitch. The problems started once we had to wait on windows for 6 weeks and it went downhill from there. So far for the money invested in not impressed at all.

Jerry, Jerry, Travis and Elfie took great care of us and we couldn't be more happy with our home. Thank you all very much!

Everything was as I excepted when buying my first home! Everyone was nice and informative.

The buying experience was very uncommon. Our home was vandalized with racial graffiti before we moved in, also there was 2 skunks in our attic yes SKUNKS the day we moved in , and to not having running water for almost 2 days because of broken pipes with the irrigation system.

Don't be afraid to ask questions

Horrible experience. The sales manager was unorganized, didn't communicate. The home construction phase was Horrible things were done wrong and upon completion after during a home inspection found other issues.

I still have issues that are being addressed but they should have been taken care of very early on. Some of the material used aren't the best of quality. I really think this is done with every builder unless you are doing a fully custom build. The time frame give wasn't even close to when the house was actually ready. So plan accordingly and voice any concerns you might have.

Michael H. provided excellent customer service with his timely and clear communication, superior knowledge of his product and the entire home-buying and building process and his willingness to attend our every need. It's been a month in the new home and the build is excellent. Kudos to Bloomfield homes!

Michael was always very informative when we had questions and listened when we had concerns during the process. We lived nearby during the building of the house and so we came by often to see the progress. If we had a question or concern he was very patient with us and if he didn’t know an answer, which was rare, he’d get it for us. We are very happy living in our new home and the house turned out beautiful.

Overall, our home experience was better than what we expected. Sara did an AWESOME job providing us with weekly updates and pictures to show us our progress. Jeff did a fantastic job making sure all the right touches had been added to our house. Due to Covid we did have some delays in which was out of every ones control. Our house was well worth the wait and was built with quality.

This was my first time building a home, I was very nervous about the process. Chris was so helpful, informative, and transparent. Awesome experience, incredible service, and attention to detail.

Builder very disrespectful when speaking with clients. Sales person gives misinformation and lie and denies when called out on it. Builder not willing to correct major structural changes that the client was given and offered by sales person nor compensate to the inaccuracies.

I didn't have a good experience at all.

So many problems have been found in my home, just know Bloomfield won’t fix any of them. They will give you the run around, blame you and then just ignore your warranty. If you are moving into a new build you get the pleasure of listening to blaring music from the workers, the streets are literally trashed with garbage all over, and the nails in my tires have made me very popular at the tire store. We’ve spent so much money out of pocket fixing what Bloomfield should have rectified during our walk thru or noticed by the builder. Lots of my issues are cosmetic and what I can see, it’s what I can’t see that makes me the most nervous. ... More

The process started off great!... everything went smoothly from contracts, picking out colors, brick, etc. but after the house was being built there was issues that we noticed that windows at front wasn’t centered and the column at back porch half of the wood was hanging over the concrete pad. We addressed it with our sales person and he got real upset telling us this is why he doesn’t like buyers to see the house until it finished. Finally got the project manager phone number to address the work with him. He said will look into it and fixed the issues. 2 days before closing for our final walk through a lot of work was still needed to be done, landscape wasn’t done, but weather didn’t help, the interior of house, floors weren’t completed, incomplete paint, etc. no big deal! Finally closed on house project manager none existent does not return calls and you have issue at that point you have to go through warranty, getting people back after is hard, you send in work orders half get completed other don’t call.
