Wish I could give 5 stars because I love my house. Unfortunately this process has been horrible. My home was consistently left wide open even getting close to completion. My family and it we almost attacked by German Shepherds that we habitating in my upstairs living space. Our home is still not complete as per the contract. We closed on our home believing all punch items were done. That was not the case. There was broken cabinets, cracked tile, thresholds missing brick and a few other things incomplete. We've been in almost two months and still dealing with issues. Our yard will be torn up some time this week because the sprinkler line wasn't run to it's own meter as per Glenn Heights regulations. I don't know what to say except to quote standards that meets an approved industry standard. You can check yourself the International Code Council Sec 1604.4 Wind Standards for this area is 90 MPH and the same section defines how wind speeds are determined. If you listen to the weather stations they quote wind gust not wind speed. The project manager could have pulled that to someone else and it would have worked, just so happen it pulled that on the wrong person who knew better. If you do not want to fix the fence then just say so, but don't quote me some thing that I know is wrong. House over all is good. But when it comes down to the details, it lacks. Lots of cosmetic issues with the interior paint, landscaping, caulking, etc. Getting Bloomfield to come out and attend to issues is slow at best. Most of the issues I’m fixing myself in fear Bloomfield will eventually send someone out who won’t fix it or make it worse. Overall, not impressed and kinda disappointed as Bloomfield should theoretically be a better builder than say a KB.

Staff extremely responsive.

The value and quality of a Bloomfield Home is second to none. We bought a beautiful home at a wonderful price. The layout and finish that Bloomfield Homes uses, makes the home feel elegant. Thank you Amy for working with us to get into a wonderful first home.

Doug was excellent and very knowledgeable. I am loving my new home.

The staff are very professional and friendly. High marks for that, as for the workmanship and attention to details, they are poor. Slow to respond and I have had to call a few times to get things accomplished. Overall value, I purchased a supposedly higher end home with I feel low end workmanship when it comes to quality.

Going through the process was easy. David always took the time to respond to my calls and emails. The superintendent was also willing to answer any questions we had. It was one of the best experiences we had as a family.

They refuse to fix things properly and want to do a work around. I have an exterior door that is not square and they’re tried to shim it and add additional weather strip. The new weather stripping is already getting worn because the door does not sit properly and they’ve been put twice to fix it and yet they refuse to acknowledge the actual problem.

Our Bloomfield home was very well built. Lots of special features included by default - decking in attic, faux handles on french doors, glass shower, flat light switches, LED bulbs throughout, etc. They've included quality in everything and down to the details.

I love my home

Bob did a great job. Answered all questions. Would now call him a good friend.

Attention to details and the wants/needs of the home buyer. From sales to construction great people.

If I could I would have picked another builder, we were told the ants on the outside of the home were going to be taken care of before we moved in that was October of 2018. We have spent months with Orkin trying to rid the home of ants. Once you sign your contract your on your own. We would not recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone. We have so many issues and I’m the one taking care of them. Oh well buyer beware.

Everyone we talk to at Bloomfield is friendly. The house is great. Scott is really nice, very responsive, and wants the best quality and experience for their customers.

A well built home at a good price, and the sales manager was completely honest and responsive.

Do not respond to issues and mislead on information. Make changes and then act as if they did not. Will tell you to report anything you find after 30days instead of daily and then said after 30days you now contact the warranty people. So sad!!!

I transferred from different site to her due to proximity to work before the construction started.It was very smooth transfer of location.I really appreciate managers of to sites,and builder in my location is like my friend.

Responding to and finishing multiple issues post purchase needs immediate attention from Bloomfield company.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. He made you feel at home before you even bought the home. Was willing to work with you and answer any questions you had.
