Stuart is the man, if you want someone who will work efficiently and non stop for you this is your guy. Paired with a great lender like Todd they made the process of buying a home too easy considering my conflicting schedule. 10/10 recommend the entire team.

I only have good things to say about my experience with Bloomfield Homes. Everyone encountered was courteous, friendly and professional.

Paul was a wonderful and caring salesperson through the whole process, Even after the sale was completed, he would check in with us to make sure everything was on track. Brandon, the Construction Supervisor was a perfectionist.

Well, first of all the house was not professionally cleaned. I know I was out of state, but the Home Builder should have caught a lot of these problems. I've had to have warranty work fixed and I have an issue with having so many floor tiles to be replaced. Also, my two bathrooms need to be re-grouted and for being a new home they should've been grouted correctly the first time. I also have a window in my master bathroom that the windowsill is not finished so the workmanship is not there for me.

Everything was good. I want to say thank you to Jeff for everything.

Our home buying experience was very good as we have been eyeing this floor plan we got for years before we finally bought with Bloomfield, Jesse and Micheal were fantastic with all the help we needed and the whole process was extraordinary. If your looking to buy a new home please don’t look no further than Bloomfield Homes because their standard features and space is every other builder out there upgrades, you get your moneys worth with them and I highly recommend buying your home from Bloomfield Homes.

The inspection was completed before closing, and the Bloomfield team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to new home buyers. Working with Bloomfield Homes will be a great experience!

People typically say that building a home is stressful. I can truly say that with Bloomfield there wasn’t any stress at all for our build. Sara and Jeff made the process as smooth as possible and beat the time of completion estimate with a high quality of workmanship. We loved working with Bloomfield and would do so again in the future. We loved working our new home!!

This was my first time buying a home and I expected the worse. I’ve heard horror stories about the home buying process but that was not the case with Bloomfield. EVERYTHING WAS EASY. We built with Bloomfield in the summer of 24’. Our rep Sara K. Was very thorough in explaining our options, price point and intimate details of what to and should expect from our home. She has extensive knowledge of color and material coordination and built a great canvas of what our style desires were. Overall the building experience was excellent. We lived local so time to time our family would stop by the house to see it take shape. Move in date came and we were pleased that everything in the home was clean and functioned without any issues. Small details became apparent such as a loose tile or doors not latching but bear in mind, it was build by humans. Our Project manager Ralph was over the top attentive to resolve these minor issues pretty much immediately without question. Our home came with a 1 year warranty which gave me major peace of mind. In my opinion, the project manager makes or breaks the after purchase experience. Overall the quality is excellent on workmanship and material with the framing, brickwork and tile laying being top of my list as impressive for the price. I have raised lot of concerns when buying home , which was not fixed by builder and even after purchase I sent him all the picture but he never fixed it , builder was awful in fixing issues and I didn’t feel quality was that great .

Our home was completed earlier than anticipated and it is the best. Bloomfield staff, both Mandy and Scott handled everything perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding. If we could do it all again, I doubt we would change a thing. Thanks

I would like to suggest in future to develop all lake in community areas with fountain, walk trails
