Tyler was our initial contact, and he set the tone by being upfront, knowledgeable, and always available to guide us through the early stages. When construction began, Mitchell, our builder, continued that same level of care. He consistently kept us updated, welcomed our questions, and made sure we always had access to the site and the information we needed. Great sale experience. Easy to make changes as time progressed. However, more attention to detail would be recommended. I feel this would cut down on future warranty claims as we are dealing with now. I understand true perfection is not attainable in anything, but some things are truly obvious with workmanship. No need to cut corners on the trades end. I will say, everything was addressed by the project manager that was brought to his attention in a timely manner. Overall, good experience.

While relocating after my wife retired, to be closer to our kids, the selection, purchase, buildout and closing with Bloomfield homes was super. They were "spot on" with their sales and build out. The communications throughout the process was fantastic. Closing was exactly as we expected, no surprises. My wife and I are very satisfied with the entire journey!

I moved from another state so unfortunately I was not able to see the home in person before moving. I will say that the layout of the home is nice, however the workmanship isn't all there, especially for the price of the home. There were many delays in getting the home ready due to vendors not doing their job on time or properly. I have been in the home for almost two months and still waiting on vendors who were supposed to come BEFORE we even moved in. I didn't want to push the closing date so we moved in and I was told them would be there that next week, which clearly never happened. I have followed up many times and still no repairs. April and Chet were fantastic!! Overall this was a great experience. I love my new home!

I know this isn’t an easy job to do, but April does it with ease. She is very professional and always answered my questions quickly and accurately. Building a home can be stressful but April made it as stress free as possible.

We bought a home that had been finished for approximately 8 months. The list of major things that were wrong with the house upon the walkthrough were way too numerous given the length of time there was available to fix things. Leaking sprinklers, windows are not evenly set, gaps in the floor, holes in the floor, air vents hanging from the ceiling and the list goes on. Bloomfield was slow to fix the issues until a lengthy email was sent about all of the issues and referring to the house in a negative manner. We will never buy another Bloomfield home.

We love our new home! It was built well with very quick responsiveness to the few minor issues we have had!

Dona and Eric in Hulen Trails were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Much better building experience than the last builder we dealt with. Bloomfield makes a beautiful, well crafted home. Would build with them again in a heartbeat!

Started with one good sales agent, the agent then left and was replaced by a terrible one. Never would I imagine you would have to pull teeth to buy a house in a market where inventory is sitting vacant. The agent made the whole process annoying and terrible and still never met the agent given the agent was on vacation, again, the day I picked up my keys. Still have my name wrong and get contacts from people looking for someone that doesn't live here, thanks for that fun conversation with every one of the waranty people. I can only hope the commission went to the people that actually did the work, but that likely didn't happen. Craftsmanship is what you would expect from a builder that is just trying to get houses up and done. Not great but passable. I am a natural skeptic, so I cant tell you if they are trustworthy. Plenty of things in my experience that showed they are in the business to make money not be your friend. So trustworthy(ish). THE BATHROOMS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE DOOR WITHOUT SCRATCHING YOURSELF. PUDDY SMEARED AROUND TRIM IN BATHROOMS. NO HANDLES ON CABINETS AT ALL. GUEST BEDROOMS IS TOO SMALL. CABINETS SLAM REALLY LOUD! Hate it!

Experience with Bloomfield was awesome. Took care of all our needs and then some. Best home buying experience i have had. Highly recommend Bloomfield for all your new home needs.

Our house was delivered on time and the closing process was quick and easy.

Sib was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately our dealings with the project manager are less than ideal. We are waiting for issues to be corrected almost 60 days past closing. Some issues identified during a “blue tape” walkthrough and some discovered since. The issues run from a defective water heater to landscaping. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow through.

This is the second time we have had Bloomfield build a home for us. We feel they are by far the best home builder in the area. We just love our new home. Thank you so much Dona for working with us.

The entire process was outstanding! Starting with April (Outstanding) in sales thru closing was top notch. Chet was great to work with on blue tape review as well as following up on minor issues before/after closing. We are so in love with our new Bloomfield home! We did look at other communities and other builder properties but nothing compared to our Bloomfield property. The craftsmanship of the homes are superior to other builders. The attention to detail and design of the home are all well thought out. Nothing in our home feels like an after thought.
