Great, excellent, good work experience and no what buyers want.

Our initial interactions with Bloomfield was very positive. Michelle showed me a home and I wanted to come back with my wife. Surprisingly, Michelle actually followed up with me for a time for us to continue our search. We initiated a contract but had a few speed bumps during the application process but Bloomfield worked with us every step of the way. If you're looking to purchase, you have lots of choices. Since moving to Texas, Bloomfield was immediately one of my favorite builders. I watch them build several communities and was impressed by all. When the timing was right for me to purchase it was smooth and easy even when I changed my mind on the house and the closing date. They worked with me and kept me informed through the process. I love my home.

It is a pleasure to share my experience about Bloomfield Homes. I grew up in Indiana where I spent my entire life, until I moved to Texas for a job opportunity. I come from a large family and was the first to graduate from college and move from our hometown. My family could not believe I moved. After 3 years of living here in Texas, I decided to make it my home. I immediately started looking at areas I would like to either purchase or build a home. Finally. I had the opportunity to cross paths with Bloomfield Homes. Since April of 2022, I met a few incredible people that welcomed me, right in the beginning. Robin and the team were awesome! She made me feel right at home and if there was anything I wasn't sure about, she made me feel comfortable asking those questions. The team kept me updated on any changes or concerns. I truly felt like part of the Bloomfield family. As she handed me over to Terry, words cannot describe how comfortable he made me feel during the final stages of building my home. He was very quick to respond to my questions and when I got a little nervous he would eliminate any worries or concerns. I wish most people understand (like Bloomfield) that building a home is a partnership. It takes a village to accomplish and build your dream home. It shouldn't fall on one person or a set of individuals. Terry also made sure my home was move-in ready by Christmas. I continue to pinch myself and dry my tears of unbelief. I am so in love with my house. Each day I fall more in love with my floor plan. I built the Hawthorne II plan and I can’t say enough good things about it. My builder Chet is amazing, knowledgeable, quick in responding to questions and follow-up. I don’t know how he keeps up with everything, but he does. He’s exceptional. Francine and her office team are the best. I feel at home and I know I made the right choice building with Bloomfield. Star Ranch is beautiful and quiet just like I had imagined and prayed for. I’ve met some really nice people here. I thought this was my retirement home, but Bloomfield is building up the street “Coyote Crossing “ , those 1/2 ace and acre lots have me making future plans. I only recommend things if they’ve truly met or exceeded my expectations, I can truly say Bloomfield has done that. I loved the ease of building my home! The weekly update emails were great, the final walk through went so well and everything was explained perfectly!

My wife and I could always ask questions and get answers throughout the building process. We were kept updated throughout the process even during delays caused by covid. And the builder was quick to respond and take care of a couple issues that came after closing.

This is my second newly built home and Bloomfield has been amazing to deal with from the moment we put a contract down to even dealing with minor warranty issues here and there. They honored the contracted sales price at a time other home builders wouldn’t and they delivered on time (shout out to Jeremy, our project manager). Highly recommended.

From the sales team to the gentleman responsible for construction, the Bloomfield team was courteous and professional during the entire process. While the covid virus did all it could do to disrupt things, Bloomfield went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible. Love our new home.

I HAVE HADE 5 HOMES AND THIS IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE HAD. THE QUALITY I GOT FOR THE MONEY I PAID. I HAVE BUILT 2 OF THE 5 I HAVE OWNED SO I'M FAMILIAR WITH BUILDING AND THE QUALITY OF THIS HOUSE IS OUTSTANDING. THERE IS NOTHING I WOULD CHANGE.

this is a great home, my family loves it. location is amazing. this builder also never came back and changed their pricing after the contract was signed. during the time we did our build many other builders went back on their contract and asked for more money. it was a great relief knowing i picked a builder with integrity
