This is the second house we have built with Bloomfield, our first one was a Hawthorn 1 that we outgrew. We went with Bloomfield again due to knowing what we were getting in terms of quality and such. We built a Primrose-FE-VI this time on a half acre lot so hopefully we won't be moving again, but if we did I would use Bloomfield again. One thing I would like to see Bloomfield incorporate would be more option lists like appliances choices and such. Instead of just having a std gas and std electric package, it would be nice to have a price list for each available appliance. I feel the appliance vender is over pricing upgrades because no one knows the valve of the included appliances so no credit get applied. The reason for my impression is it was cheaper for me to have the basic appliances installed and then buy the upgrade and "throw away" the other and still be half the price of the upgrade. Another thing would be for Bloomfield to offer generator ready options and turn key generators on their builds that have natural gas available. From start to finish, designing and building our Bloomfield home was an impressive experience. Robin C. showed endless patience and expertise with all the questions we had. She was very responsive and was able to save us unexpected money. Robin truly cares for her clients. Terry handled our build process at a fast pace with attention to detail. We were amazed to see how fast our build was progressing and he ensured we finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend Bloomfield, but more specifically I endorse Robin and her team to help provide the best possible result.

Robin and her support staff were fantastic. Held our hands throughout the buying process and navigated us around a few obstacles. The experience was stress free and I believe that’s because of the caring and professional approach of the Bloomfield Team.

My family had been looking for a year, and we kept hitting walls with other builders. From money to false promises, we were exhausted. Bloomfield was definitely a God send. Easy home buying experience.

I have never had the privilege of owning a new home. At 76 I decided it was time. The gentleman over this new project could not have been nicer. From start to end, this was the best house buying experience I’ve ever had. Dan showed me a few houses and once I decided on one the same day I was closed within 10 days. He even suggested other Bloomfield neighborhoods if he didn’t have inventory that I liked. I went to title for closing and the same great experience was there as well. Everyone was super nice. Everything was very smooth and fast. My one year old son was very active and the BH team all helped to keep him entertained. I left with a smile on my face and in my heart.

Coming to closing, there were some issues that pm took on himself to insure a smooth move in. Couldn’t be happier.

Hunters Ridge community has a serious field mice infestation that needs to be addressed by Bloomfield. They seem to think providing a few rat traps is the answer. I would not recommend doing business with this home builder based on my experience dealing with the sales manager Jack and his assistant who did not want to give me keys to our new home after closing in front of my realtor.

Jack along his team was the best part of the process. It was a smooth process no worries for a second.

This builder provide options that other builder don't. My experience was such a pleasing one. I was also able to change things to my liking. To watch my build from the beginning to the end was an experience as well. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Bloomfield homes provided a good experience for me.

Our build went flawless however we’ve had a battle with faulty tile installed. They’ve been great about fixing it, but the tile should have been caught before being installed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we were kept very informed.

Over all experience is good, We love the floor plan of the house. The experience with agent and walk through person. Nick was very good. Over all we love the house. The carpet grade is not great. The appliances are good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well done.

My experience with Bloomfield was wonderful. I expected some small problems but we had none. Anything that needed fixed got fixed in a timely manner on my schedule. I could not have had a better experience!

Overall building experience went well w/Bloomfield!We would suggest Bloomfield for building home.They gave us a date of move in w/o any real issues.The date to move in was correct and didn’t have to worry about any double moves.

Our journey started just coming to Godley to see a pre-existing home. It was a Bloomfield home, but was unavailable to see. So we decided to see a model, The Carolina, and fell in love with it. Ms. Francine was wonderful. She walked us thru the process and built our excitement. Kyle, our project manager, was patient and accepted every call of concern during the process. Overall it was a great experience. Ms. Lola and Rita were very helpful in picking our selections for our new home as well. Great location and great builders!

We stumbled across the home and dropped in to see Jeff. He was great to work with. Third time buying a spec home for me and the process was seamless. Bloomfield makes a great product. I will change out the dishwasher soon I'm sure as it's not a quality one but other than that, everything is great!
