Thanks for the time she took to explain every aspect of the home buying process. Thanks to Eric as well for all he did to make sure all of questions and concerns were answered during the building process and during our final walk. Thanks to Bloomfield and the closing agent for making the closing process simple and easy. We are forever grateful to you all for making our first home buying experience a memorable one.

I HAVE HADE 5 HOMES AND THIS IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE HAD. THE QUALITY I GOT FOR THE MONEY I PAID. I HAVE BUILT 2 OF THE 5 I HAVE OWNED SO I'M FAMILIAR WITH BUILDING AND THE QUALITY OF THIS HOUSE IS OUTSTANDING. THERE IS NOTHING I WOULD CHANGE.

this is a great home, my family loves it. location is amazing. this builder also never came back and changed their pricing after the contract was signed. during the time we did our build many other builders went back on their contract and asked for more money. it was a great relief knowing i picked a builder with integrity

Bloomfield did a wonderful job on our home! We are first time home builders/buyers and they made the whole process seamless and easy. Our POCs were easy to contact and very informative. We had a wonderful experience with Bloomfield.

Was awesome and worthwhile

Our experience was wonderful with the sales staff, customer service and the project management. Our only two negative experiences were with AMSW and the electrician. There was a terrible lack of communication with Wes at AMSW. And when we did have questions or concerns he seemed to not care. We were almost homeless because Wes was really disorganized and made multiple mistakes. Closing was wonderful and so easy. After, we moved in we had a problem with the dryer tripping the breaker. The electrician came out and was extremely rude. My wife had to call me home to deal with him. The electrician told us it was our brand new dryer causing the problem. So, we did our due diligence and had an appliance repair person come out. He could find nothing wrong. The appliance company gave us a brand new dryer. Once the new dryer was delivered the breaker still tripped. We were now 2 weeks without a dryer. The electrician was again rude and condescending on the phone, but sent another person out. This person found that the panel was wired incorrectly and this was causing the problem. We never received an apology for the terrible customer service. I hope we never have another problem with the electrical because Fox is awful with warranty issues. This is not a reflection on Bloomfield because Mitch and Stephanie were so kind and helpful, but I hope they have a conversation with their contractor about the terrible service they offer. I know we are not the only ones who have had issues with electrical issues. We love our home and it has been a blessing to live in. Thank you Mike, Mitch and Stephanie! ... More

The Builder seem to care about HIS product, beyond the company. It felt like he wanted to provide a genuine product because it represented him. During our orientation if we noticed issues he was taking pictures right then and sending them to his tradesmen and speaking with them to get things taken care of. No waiting around.

Jeff Smith, Jeff Jinkins and Kimberly Jankowski were all such a pleasure to work with on our first time home buying experience. All 3 were attentive and in tune to making things go as smoothly as possible.

They really stand behind their work and take care of their customers even after closing!

Bob was easy to work with and was always available if we had questions. Once our started being built, Chris Stone was an awesome on site Superintendent. He has been extremely helpful, even now that we’ve closed.

The sales consultant, Mike, and builder, Mitchell, were very responsive, patient and understanding with any questions/concerns I had during the building process. The sales assistants, Roz and Stephanie, were also outstanding, They always had a positive and cheerful attitude. I had visited numerous communities and all the Bloomfield representatives treated me warmly and welcomed me even though they knew I was purchasing in another neighborhood. I feel Bloomfield employees work together as a team as I always felt comfortable wherever I visited.
