We love our home and got a great deal on the price. Since the community is growing, we are confident that it will increase in value quickly. The entire team was very professional, and the construction was done well. We have had no issues and are in love with the home we purchased.

Patrick was always extremely helpful in our design and buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable in the homes and layouts. There was no pressure to do anything or even to buy the home on our numerous visits to the Silo Mills site. Our design and startup was the best experience of all. They was always in contact with us letting us know status of the build. I just can not say enough about our new home. It is everything we wanted plus more.

People have been coming to fix problems with the house since I moved in on 06/07/24 which they should have seen during the building process for instinct the broken window screen in the master bedroom

Loving most everything about our home. The lack of timeliness of getting things repaired or looked at has been somewhat disappointing and unexpected.

Great home first and foremost. Beautiful. No complaints about the design or the cost. The complaint comes against the community manager. Man I cannot say this with enough force; ZERO communication about the closing process. Total guesswork the entire time as far as closing dates. Was told at the very beginning that projected closing date was December 11. That day came and went. Ended up closing February 26. Was never told that after you “walk” the property you are expected to close within 5 days of that occurrence. Left out to dry as far as the previous residence and what to do with that as far as timeline goes because there was never a timeline. Long story short I don’t buy houses all the time so I don’t know the procedures. Without my loan officer it would have been a miserable process. GREAT house! Before closing there were a lot of promises kept to repair issues that were found, after closing I was advised to create a list of repair items. It has now been also 90 days after closing and I still have yet to have all lf the repairs issue acknowledged and or fixed. The project manager tends to deny every issue that I find and tried to state that any issue found would.not be fixed until the 1 year inspection after I read the warranty document that states that I should be getting issues fixed as soon as possible. My sod is dead and I advised the project manager as such and have been getting the run around due to the warranty that expired for the sod 30 days before I closed, the landscapers stated they are no liable due to time frame and it is up to the builder to resolve. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give a 1.5, there is absolutely to communication, I have had to tell the project manager to give me the information for the vendors in hopes that this will expedite repairs but instead they still go back and forward about who is responsible to repair each item. I am starting to feeling like I need to seek outside assistance in order to get my issues resolved because no one seems to listen or care about the issues that are still under warranty. ... More

I have a water leak and I’m unable to find it. I received a two emails from the city of Cleburne saying that I have lost 2 gallons of water per hour for the last 18 days and I’m unable to find the leak. I’ve called and sent emails, but no one has returned my call. I noticed that I have a pillar that needed to add more concrete to the slab in the front of my home. Someone came to my house about three weeks ago told me that they would be back to fix certain items in the bathroom still have not heard back from them either.

The buying experience was that good using there realtor to sell our home. The workmanship on the new does meet my expectations for a $400k home. Too many small issues paint, texture, imperfections etc. Masterbed closet too small no light in one of the closets make sure these thing looked at very close before you close refrigerator is offset dishwasher part fell off smh.

Possibly one of the more better built homes I’ve purchased. There’s no doubt the property manager, Lance was very attentive and offered his services many of times with his busy schedule. My only concern or issue is that I paid for an install of CAT 5 jacks on wall, assuming there would also be a media or home run box to come with. The jacks were there, but, none were hooked up nor connected and terminated. To me that makes no sense in half doing the work due to the cost.

Valente is a really awesome guy! I love the home the community. Tod the project manager is awesome to. They both work well as a team.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Workmanship and attention to detail on cabinets was lacking as many of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms had significant damage and scratches. Paint in several areas have already started to crack and some areas were missed when tapping and beading and never got painted. The leveling of the yard is horrible, not sure they even rolled the grass after laying it down. Outside of these issues, which will or have been corrected we love our home.

Our overall experience with the sales manager, Dona Bolton, was amazing. She was helpful throughout every step of the process. As we moved into our new home we definitely were in love with it. However after being here a few months, we are not as in love as before. Our first discovery is realizing the home is not fully insulated. When we had our TVs mounted we found the walls between the bedroom and living room are not insulated. Next, we are in our first wintery weather experience and the house is EXTREMELY cold in some rooms. Turning on the heat does not help as it makes other rooms EXTREMELY hot while the rooms that are super cold are trying to warm up. This makes it difficult to get the home comfortable and not have to run up our electric bill or gas bill. There are a few construction issues as a few things fell apart in a matter of a few days. Overall, we enjoyed the experience of watching our home be built but wish it was done in a better manner to avoid the things above. ... More

Overall it was a great experience. Amanda was amazing to work with. It can be very overwhelming having to pick everything out when building a new home but she made it so fun and easy. Chet was great too. He made sure that all issues were addressed in a timely manner and dealt with. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes. We love our home!!

The process was great from the beginning to the end. Robin and her team are great people. All questions asked during the process was answered promptly. I would use them again anytime. Robin and I work on the selections of building materials, and I love her taste for quality which helps to guide me in picking the best for our new home. Since we have moved in they have been prompt in fixing anything we want to be fix. Understand that it is a new home so there maybe some minor things to fix there and there and it is normal. Renee and her team made my first time buying a house worth more than I can ever describe! She was for me and what I was for, and the customer service was top tier!

There were a lot of promises about quality and service and the more I live on my house the more I realized they cut corners or that things were done at the promised expectations. Awful service by the “partners” or prepaid services our builder choose. Really bad communication or notice. The only good service we received was by the construction manager that was extremely polite and detailed when we did the walk thru for the property. When we actually took over the property it was really dirty, nothing got repainted not fixed, mud stains in the floor, paint sprayed on the side of the brick wall, unsealed windows, paint on the windows and baseboards. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to purchase a house with Bloomfield unless they are not on a rush. ... More
