The Bloomfield team here at Hutson Oaks was really great to work with during the building process of our new home. I would recommend that you come in and explore the different floorplans they have available. Some of it you cannot visualize, but you have the opportunity to go to other Bloomfield communities to see what the house actually looks like. Be prepare to have several choices when it comes to picking out paint, brick, countertops, etc. It can be overwhelming. But the sales team had a few homes that we were able to go in and looked at to see what the tile, and fixtures looked like. Always ask questions if you are not sure about anything. Sales manager for Rockwood in Mansfield TX was excellent and responsive. The quality in the finish out had some issues that the subcontractors should have fixed before closing.

My first name is Michael not Matthew, please correct my name in your records. Our Walkthru was great. The person that did the walkthru was well knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. Answered all our questions in depth. I have one complaint. The fence is not completely done. There are several bolts missing from the 2poles bracket. The fence is held up with one bolt in the metal brackets.

My realtor found this home that had been recently reduced in price. Love the layout! Nice, quiet neighborhood.
