This is the third home we’ve had built and the best experience and quality. Glad we chose Bloomfield.

We where drawn to this builder because of the great quality and the extra touches you just don’t see on other home built by other company’s.

We couldn't be happier with the entire building experience. Robin our salesperson and Terry our builder worked with us to ensure our satisfaction from beginning to end. When we hit a roadblock, they provided an option or suggestion that equaled or superseded our expectations.

Some of the contractors needs direct supervision.

Overall, we had a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Patric and his help always. He really goes above and beyond! Were a little disappointed in the final clean up before move in. Paint on the carpet, spots on floors, windows, crooked wall plates. a lot of things not taken care of that should have been Mitchel!!!

We had an all around fantastic experience building with Bloomfield in this community. We highly recommend their team. We love our new home and it feels built with quality and care. And both the home and neighborhood are so quiet! The community manager, Donna and builder Eric are both fantastic to work with. They guided us through the whole process and felt they were always looking out for us. The Bloomfield product is excellent. Their homes are beautiful and feel custom. We highly recommend if you are considering using them for your new home.

Great experience, the details and quality of the home is outstanding!

Nothing but great experience with purchasing and closing on my new home. Neighborhood is still in development and there's talk of a pool. 2 months in so fare so good.

Overall the home is good. However it does not appear that much attention was given to details. The finishing touches appears sloppy. For example there are stickers on all the outlets, the plater was not cut correctly where the plaster and floor of the garage meets, their is paint on surfaces where it shouldn't be.

My experience on buying my dream home was excellent with everyone who was involved with our purchases. I will give BLOOMFIELD HOMES 5 STARS.

I bought the house because I knew I liked it from looking at photos online and reviewing the price. When I arrived at the community, the people working the sales office tossed us keys to a few houses and told me to take a look. A couple of those houses were 75-100k outside of my stated price range so they either weren't listening to me or they didn't care. I also had trouble getting basic answers to questions from them during the closing process. They were nice enough people, but I don't understand what they actually do there or why they are being paid.

I had a great home buying experience. I will recommend Bloomfield to family and friends because they are trustworthy and responsive.

I've heard horror stories about building a new home but we had a WONDERFUL experience. Everything and everyone handled this build with excellence and care.

We have waited five years for our Bloomfield home and are greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service from the community manager to the construction /project manager.We have been highly disappointed in the quality or lack of workmanship throughout the house. We paid a lot of money for poor quality and service.

Home style looks great. With the detail of the home comes attention to the design details and craftsmanship. Some good materials were uses on the home but the install of items were less than great in some areas. Builder was willing to fix which was good.

Our home purchase was an amazing experience with the expected hiccups that happen buying a home, but Amanda (our sales agent) was there close to 24/7 to address all our questions and concerns! After closing, the superintendent Chett and his crew have been amazing ironing out any kinks in the armor of a new build!

I love my house! The few things I found that needed fixed in the first month they were very responsive to. A few hiccups in the contracting phase and with getting keys when I closed, but overall it was good. Bloomfield builds the best homes! I wouldn’t want another builder. Thanks for everything.

If the quality of the home matched the price or if this wasn’t a new build the review wouldn’t be bad but considering it’s a new build and high price I shouldn’t be fighting to get hole repaired.

Kathy was awesome to work.with in Sales for 1 year build. I value her experience and knowledge. She did great job supporting our needs and planning. I know she got tired of my almost daily emails and trips for challenges.during build. Ryan, construction manager over our build, was outstanding, patient, very understanding of our requests and follow on communicated clearly and concisely on Any concerns with the build we expressed. We were nervous at.timea when material delays occurred, wrong items were installed etc. Ryan always, without hesitation, resolved timely and to our satisfaction. The staff was always there to answer questions and very considerate. Everything was done with my timeline in mind. The houses sell for themselves.
