Bloomfield is a great builder! Rob and Rhonda answered all of our questions and made us feel heard and appreciated.

I have had to call almost every service number within 1 month. Bathroom leak, hole in concrete, gas leak, garage door adjustment, AC not working. Electricity and appliances have been fine.

Renee the manager at somerest did an excellent job explaining your home plans.

Everyone was attentive and kind throughout the entire process.

They did their best to complete the home on time.

My new home turned out so Beautiful...I look forward to getting home everyday!! The open floor plan, the high ceilings and gorgeous kitchen was worth the wait!!! Thank You!!!

Our experience was wonderful with the sales staff, customer service and the project management. Our only two negative experiences were with AMSW and the electrician. There was a terrible lack of communication with Wes at AMSW. And when we did have questions or concerns he seemed to not care. We were almost homeless because Wes was really disorganized and made multiple mistakes. Closing was wonderful and so easy. After, we moved in we had a problem with the dryer tripping the breaker. The electrician came out and was extremely rude. My wife had to call me home to deal with him. The electrician told us it was our brand new dryer causing the problem. So, we did our due diligence and had an appliance repair person come out. He could find nothing wrong. The appliance company gave us a brand new dryer. Once the new dryer was delivered the breaker still tripped. We were now 2 weeks without a dryer. The electrician was again rude and condescending on the phone, but sent another person out. This person found that the panel was wired incorrectly and this was causing the problem. We never received an apology for the terrible customer service. I hope we never have another problem with the electrical because Fox is awful with warranty issues. This is not a reflection on Bloomfield because Mitch and Stephanie were so kind and helpful, but I hope they have a conversation with their contractor about the terrible service they offer. The buying process was smooth.I bought a spec home so didn't have to pick any items. If I had to do it over I would change a few of the selections.

He’s always on the job and has always been available

Overall, pretty solid experience. However, we were delayed a lot, understandably due to the pandemic. But with the extra time, we expected better workmanship. A few issues that we are just not pleased with such as several cracks in the driveway already, drywall and texture eye sores, few areas that needed cocking, cracked tile pieces in the shower, “lumpy” landscaping, a giant hole in my front yard that still hasn’t been filled, and several “hollow” spots on the floors... we’ve addressed a few issues but at this point it just feels like we are bugging Michael and we feel we shouldn’t have to be begging for work to be completed. Chet Cameron was my builder he was amazing. He was on top of everything and if he didn’t notice anything and I told him he was on it right away with out hesitation. And just made the home building the best it could be during the pandemic.

Kathy was friendly sometimes. Other times it was as though she was doing me a favor. She was very unfriendly once he knew that I could not close on the date she wanted me to. Moreover after the house was sold to me and I found out some problems she shoved me off to the warranty company. So many things were not explained to me like the sprinkler system, alarms and pest control services.... these are all extras that were unknown to me. The Builder seem to care about HIS product, beyond the company. It felt like he wanted to provide a genuine product because it represented him. During our orientation if we noticed issues he was taking pictures right then and sending them to his tradesmen and speaking with them to get things taken care of. No waiting around.

Bloomfield staff was great to work with. I am very happy with my home.

Very good service and nice home

Everything they said would be done, was done. The workmanship from some of their subcontractors could improve. Each subdivision should be able to use their own subs instead of who corporate office requires them to use. I think this would improve workmanship where it's lacking.

Almost a month and a half and still dealing with builder to finish issues with my new home. We supposed to be enjoying our home but still frustrated cause we still dealing with repairs.

We signed purchase agreement early March 2020 with a December close. COVID-19 brought things to a stand still but despite material delays we were only pushed out 30 days. We are very happy with the final result. The material/design and the quality installation by each trade shows within the end result.

I would definitely recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone. Their professionalism and availability to help at anytime is second to none.

Robin was great, she responded to issues fairly quick. Only issue we really have is with the craftsmanship of somethings.
