From walking the model home to starting the building process to closing and moving in, everything was so easy!! I received emails with status updates and the construction manager met me to walk the home multiple times. He was very thorough and explained what was happening every step of the way. This is the third home I’ve purchased, and by far the easiest process! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great price for the homes at pinnacle point. Houses are nice and modern and the location is perfect for commuters going to Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando etc. Also, the buying process was great starting with my agent, Cory and my lender Jim. It was smooth, and I closed on my new house exactly as my lender told me. Would definitely recommend

I very happy with my new home. I’m just not familiar with the new process. I was uncomfortable not having a paper copy of the contract and warranty.

Our experience with Casa Fresca was very good. Me and my wife were both looking for a home and the first thing that brought us to Casa Fresca is the architecture very nice looking and modern. And one other thing we appreciate with them is their service, they have a great staff of technicians and professionals who know what they’re doing. If something happens they take care of it right away. If you are looking for a good quality home with new design , Casa Fresca is the right company to join!

Garrett @ the Lakeland office, now transferred to Parrish was great! Super transparent, up front with all information. The project manager Jon was helpful with the walk through and explaining everything in the house. Overall I’d recommend Casa Fresca to friends and family. The only con, I wish the offered the vinyl throughout the entire downstairs.

The house has many details, the floor was uneven, the carpets were poorly placed, the walls were poorly painted, no electricity in the back of the house, the doors had most of the locks loose, many details for a brand new house.

I like the Casa Fresca homes. The color schemes and design of the houses are very nice and pleasing to the eyes. On the exterior, it stands out from all the other houses built by different builders and one can tell it’s a Casa Fresca home. For my particular home, I chose the Magenta floor plan and love how it looks and feels with its open concept, big master bedroom and walk-in closet. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower in the master bedroom didn’t come with glass door so using a shower curtain for now but even so, some of the water still tracks to the floor outside of the shower. I find the workmanship okay, there were definitely a few issues that needed to be addressed and during their 30-day follow up, I presented some of the concerns I found. One got addressed and the others were not but thankfully it was something minor that I could fix. Outside of that period, they’re not as responsive anymore. My messages went unanswered by their contact persons. I’m waiting on the 11th month inspection as there might be other issues found that the builder needs to address as time goes on till then and hopefully they will all address it. One other thing we didn’t realize is that the site of the community they built on is close by a railroad and we can hear the train pass multiple times a day and where my property is located, on my backyard even with the fence they placed around the community, I can see the train pass. I can hear and feel it’s vibrations every time it passes day or night. We can only learn to live with it in the next few years until we can find a better location. ... More

Basic, cheap. Looks good but too many issues too soon

Overall the process was ok but very stressfull the construction team needs to work better at getting things done on time and properly.

Home buying process was great. After we moved in there has been no contact for the issues we have.

When buying a home sometimes the price, location or size is not the most important but how your sales consultant make you feel. In our case we met our consultant a year before we were ready but she stayed in touch with us just checking on us, even when we found a comparable house we went back to Casa because of the relationship we had with Yazmin. Thank you

Loved the neighborhood and homes available when it first opened, however after finding home and signing contract, everything changed. It was like pulling teeth to get into home after framework finished, I was only allowed in home twice after; once to check finishes and once to verify work completed. Still waiting on work that wasn't finished 2 months after close and almost no response to requests, just excuses!!
