Kayla our sales representative was fantastic. She helped us every step of the way including after the sale with everything. Stephen our construction manager was equally amazing. He kept us up to date on progress of the home and found more things than we did at the final walk through. This support was especially helpful given the fact we were moving from the Midwest to Florida and could not be onsite all the time.

Everyone at Casa Fresca made the home buying experience extremely easy. From our initial tour, we felt extremely taken care of. If we ever had a question, it was answered promptly. I can’t recommend them enough.

The main sales rep will without question lie to you. On two occasions he lied directly to both my wife and I regarding the flexibility of the pricing as well as veteran's protections of earnest money put down. When asked by our agent during negotiations he had "no recollection" of ever saying the things that he said. So as best practice, I suggest you record your in person conversations with him if after reading this you decide to have one. He looks like the kind of person you would think you should record the conversations with, so you will know who I'm talking about. Second, use a third party inspector to inspect your home before closing. I had ours inspected prior to final walk and they just happened to forget to insulate the attic? There were several areas on the roof that needed reshingled. Multiple entryways that needed doors adjusted etc. The building manager is much more respectable and agreeable as an individual and he gave me the time to walk through the whole report and highlight areas of concern. Now for the neat part. Right after purchasing the home, we went on vacation out of state. During that time a faulty outlet went out that had our freezer plugged into it. The builder replaced the outlet but stated that I "assume risk" by using the outlets in a brand new home? Since then I have had a cabinet door fall off, that is multiple months on backorder. And my dishwasher was never properly mounted to the cabinet, which guess what, they don't have the hardware to install it so they left it up to me to contact the manufacturer to order it. I also have two out of three lights flickering above my stairs. Aside from this company being so sad it is nearly laughable, the neighbors and community are great. Unfortunately our experience has been one of the worst of my life. The sales agent was worse than the worst used car salesman you can imagine. It's frustrating when you know you are being lied to, but even more frustrating when you can't tell, and find out later. The construction managers aren't any better. When something is broken, it's fixed in the worst, cheapest way possible. When pictures are requested of the repair, none are provided. It's all a big secret. Some items aren't fixed at all. They are "within tolerance". There isn't a single item on this house that is within tolerance. Every single window measures drastically different. Purchasing/cutting blinds was a nightmare. The lack of communication seems intentional, as if they are hoping we just forget about it. The community issues are even worse. The builder/cdd didn't write the rules and regulations to deal with all of the section 8 renters and the crime that comes along with it. It seems the builder would rather cater to the investors that are buying the community up. We found out our house was broken into just prior to closing via social media. No one was going to tell us. There was a helicopter involved. It was on the news. No one from casa fresca was going to tell us. The salesperson claimed she personally locks up the properties at the end of her day and that no damage had occurred from the break-in. How did they get in without damaging anything? I haven't seen this individual lock up a single property at the end of the day since I've been here. Zero integrity. Smoke and mirrors is obviously the policy. We really like our home, but not the stress that continues to go with it. ... More

I was offered an additional 1% at closing on top of the other incentives to close on the house. My realtor noticed the night before closing that they pulled back the 1% and didn't tell myself, my wife, or the realtors. My realtors notified them and us about the issue and they said they couldn't offer this any longer. This was done 12 hours before our closing and we than had to bring an additional $5,000 to close. Your team lied to us to close and then pulled the rug out 12 hours before closing and didn't even bother to tell us directly. You ruined our first home buying experience and screwed us out of an additional 5 grand. I have also emailed about this issue multiple times with no responce. ... More

Casa fresca builders did a great job with answering all our questions and guiding us along the path to buying our first home.

The house have some small details but was more during construction. However I want to said the saler ZACK was AMAZING he is the best customer service ever and he is so nice and polite and attentive. He need a promotion

Homes are not the quality they portray, construction managers have no real construction experience and will lie about anything and everything including what was found on 3rd party inspection.

I’m very disappointed with the master bathroom as there’s no place to keep a bath towel and the bathroom has 3 different doors in it and doesn’t get a experience of using a private bathroom. Whoever designed this kind of bathroom is very ugly. Who will keep a towel holder inside a toilet.

From start to finish it has been a very pleasant experience. Everyone has been very attentive and answer every question with professionalism. Hands on when needed to show us how to handle any issue that has arisen. Would recommend a Casa Fresca home.

These folks have been amazing (Zach, Larry, Tyler, Brittany)!!! They have been attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. My biggest issue is that what I purchase is not what I received. Let me explain - The people at Casa Fresca have been great and they were also unaware what I have had to fight and deal with. When you purchase a home you are given a survey of the property you are purchasing. In the survey it clearly states your property line. I have tried and been denied placing a fence around my property line because of drainage easement. I have sent letters and documentation stating that the fence does not block water from draining and still have been denied. I essentially lost about 1000 square feet of my yard that I paid for. I have also learned that I have not been the only one dealing with this issue and now Casa Fresca is also looking into this problem because they are being perceived as covering this up but LET ME BE CLEAR THEY HAVE NOT and is looking into the matter. You want to buy a Casa Fresca be proud to do so for they are great just be mindful of the HOA on what you can do and not do. (I still think the HOA as no legal right on the fence issue but I'm not a lawyer but I will find out) ... More

Joanna was great, Luis the project manager was very helpful. He was responsive to our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. Problem no street light and kiosk for mail. We moved in March and still waiting. It’s extremely dark, would feel safer when they have street lights.

Kayla was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of everything. Helped me through several issues during closing process. I did not have the pleasure of meeting any production managers but the inspection team was very good also

The moment Tyler new that I was purchasing the Mariposa on Surrey Rose dr, he immediately introduced himself to me and kept me informed step by step through the building process and even after we've moved in has texted and make himself readily available if we have any concerns or question. Ive owned homes before and the builder usually disappears after purchasing but that's not the case here. Job well done and we are pleased
