Great and very Professional Serivce from Day One

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the home. It was dirty when we moved in the garage was a mess. Need to take a little more pride and what to do what if my wife had to get on her hands and knees and scrub us the marks off the floor not impressive

I have several complaints. To begin with, during the walkthrough a week before closing, some problems were identified that hadn't been addressed by closing time. The first issue was inside the kitchen island, where they corrected some imperfections but didn't repaint the wall. The manager, Jake, promised to come and fix it, but he never showed up. Then he said he would bring the paint since I told him that if he could bring it, I would paint the wall myself, but he never came. Several days after closing, a leak was discovered in the master bathroom ceiling, which lacked a vent. The last problem was outside, where a leak was found. Initially, it was thought to be the irrigation system, but it turned out to be the sewer line. I made contact and it took them a week to come and solve the problem, only to realize it wasn't the irrigation system. After they were notified it was the sewer system, it took them four days to send someone to fix the problem. ... More

Casa Fresca made our shopping and buying experience a reality for our family. Process was flawless and the best. Would recommend it to everyone .

The buying experience was smooth and problem free. The sales representatives and my realtor worked hand in hand. The home inspector found very few discrepancies and ones noted were minor. The construction manager Mark carefully explained all the home features and warranty procedures. I love our new home!

The main sales rep will without question lie to you. On two occasions he lied directly to both my wife and I regarding the flexibility of the pricing as well as veteran's protections of earnest money put down. When asked by our agent during negotiations he had "no recollection" of ever saying the things that he said. So as best practice, I suggest you record your in person conversations with him if after reading this you decide to have one. He looks like the kind of person you would think you should record the conversations with, so you will know who I'm talking about. Second, use a third party inspector to inspect your home before closing. I had ours inspected prior to final walk and they just happened to forget to insulate the attic? There were several areas on the roof that needed reshingled. Multiple entryways that needed doors adjusted etc. The building manager is much more respectable and agreeable as an individual and he gave me the time to walk through the whole report and highlight areas of concern. Now for the neat part. Right after purchasing the home, we went on vacation out of state. During that time a faulty outlet went out that had our freezer plugged into it. The builder replaced the outlet but stated that I "assume risk" by using the outlets in a brand new home? Since then I have had a cabinet door fall off, that is multiple months on backorder. And my dishwasher was never properly mounted to the cabinet, which guess what, they don't have the hardware to install it so they left it up to me to contact the manufacturer to order it. I also have two out of three lights flickering above my stairs. Aside from this company being so sad it is nearly laughable, the neighbors and community are great. I bought my home out of state because I am a first-class sergeant and was stationed in another state. My wife did the initial walk-through and discovered numerous issues that needed to be addressed. The project manager tried to dismiss some of these concerns, while they promised to fix others even after the closing date. We attempted to push back the closing date until the repairs were completed, but we were unsuccessful. Fast forward to after moving in, we encountered several problems with the house. Initially, the sellers were reluctant to address these issues until we continued to voice our complaints. We have been living in the house for a month, and we are still experiencing issues with the air conditioning. I believe it is undersized, as it doesn't perform like the AC units in other houses of the same model. I suspect that because my house was the last one finished in the neighborhood, the builders didn’t prioritize quality. ... More

I can’t say much because am very disappointed! I didn’t get the key for the pool and I vent calling and to the office and now one can’t answer me?

Was just a bit dissatisfied with how the hoa orientation went. We had questions if we can use the hall for birthday celebration since we’ve known from other exclusive subdivisions that there’s no problem doing this as long as there’s an arrangement w/ the management. We didn’t like the response given to us saying that we’re the only ones who got a problem with this. Who will like the reply that we cannot use the hall for birthday celebration. We’re talking about having a party that will include relatives and friends. We were told that we cannot do it here. I think it’s just unfair.

Good morning, Currently lliving in my new home; me and my wife are not satisfied with the house terminations, including the floor holes under tiles. Also, when we walk on the second floor it seems like we were in a mystery movie (because of the hard noises). In the master room and in the other corner room it doesn’t feel the AC at all; are very hot all the time.

Great customer service and support from the beginning towards closing, I am highly satisfied with the customer service.

Unfortunately our experience has been one of the worst of my life. The sales agent was worse than the worst used car salesman you can imagine. It's frustrating when you know you are being lied to, but even more frustrating when you can't tell, and find out later. The construction managers aren't any better. When something is broken, it's fixed in the worst, cheapest way possible. When pictures are requested of the repair, none are provided. It's all a big secret. Some items aren't fixed at all. They are "within tolerance". There isn't a single item on this house that is within tolerance. Every single window measures drastically different. Purchasing/cutting blinds was a nightmare. The lack of communication seems intentional, as if they are hoping we just forget about it. The community issues are even worse. The builder/cdd didn't write the rules and regulations to deal with all of the section 8 renters and the crime that comes along with it. It seems the builder would rather cater to the investors that are buying the community up. We found out our house was broken into just prior to closing via social media. No one was going to tell us. There was a helicopter involved. It was on the news. No one from casa fresca was going to tell us. The salesperson claimed she personally locks up the properties at the end of her day and that no damage had occurred from the break-in. How did they get in without damaging anything? I haven't seen this individual lock up a single property at the end of the day since I've been here. Zero integrity. Smoke and mirrors is obviously the policy. We really like our home, but not the stress that continues to go with it. ... More

Great value. Good sales folks and construction manager. Excellent locations. Jaime the sales guy was great! Scott the CM was great! It’s new construction, so items like post office set up and deliveries are taking a while to set up as new addresses are set up. We were the third house on the street so it took 4 weeks to get the mail running. Once issue was brought up, it was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Great product thus far and happy with our purchase.

I searched and walked through local new builders' communities, and found that Casa Fresca was one that provided quality materials; from ceramic tiling in the bathrooms (and glass enclosure for the shower) to the solid wood kitchen cabinets. I only gave the quality four stars because of one issue I had after moving in where it was found that a broken piece of pipe was stuck in the sewer line. The response to fix the problem was quick at no cost to me. I did find other minor issues, but they too were remedied quickly. All in all, I have to say I am pleased with this builder and would recommend them. ... More

Everything was very good except the response from the HOA
