From walking the model home to starting the building process to closing and moving in, everything was so easy!! I received emails with status updates and the construction manager met me to walk the home multiple times. He was very thorough and explained what was happening every step of the way. This is the third home I’ve purchased, and by far the easiest process! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Nicolette, Rose, Mary...Thank you...The absolute dream team...I once worked with a different company....which was horrible...After meeting Rose, and getting upfront numbers and frequent updates, my dream of home ownership came true...They were friendly, genuine, honest and no non-sense, they are also all beautiful too. If I knew home buying would be this easy I would have done it years ago!!! Matt did an amazing job introducing us to the homes, the area and the amenities. Austin is such a wonderful construction manager. He did a fantastic job on our walk through. Answered every question, was a wealth of knowledge and was so detailed oriented. He was ready to make any updates and fix up imperfections no matter how small. I can't say enough about the team at Casa Fresca. If you're thinking about purchasing a newly built home I wouldn't go anywhere else but Casa Fresca.

Casa Fresca is an awesome home builder for first time home buyers. They make the processes very transparent and as stress free as possible. Casa Fresca homes are very affordable but also are well built and stylish Floridian homes!

Everything was very good except the response from the HOA

Joanna was great, Luis the project manager was very helpful. He was responsive to our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. Problem no street light and kiosk for mail. We moved in March and still waiting. It’s extremely dark, would feel safer when they have street lights.

We have learned through our experience with Casa Fresca, that our home is very well built. The leadership in the Pasadena Point project is outstanding. Any issues that you have during your first move in, is handled promptly and keeping you informed of the corrections needed. We are very happy with our new home and the subdivision. Highly recommend Casa Fresca Homes. We also think the walk throughs are very important during the phase of the building.

The Sales Rep. Taylor and the Construction Managers were great. They were always quick to respond to any inquiries. The attention detail paid by the Construction was amazing. They did really treat it as they were building their own home.

Great price for the homes at pinnacle point. Houses are nice and modern and the location is perfect for commuters going to Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando etc. Also, the buying process was great starting with my agent, Cory and my lender Jim. It was smooth, and I closed on my new house exactly as my lender told me. Would definitely recommend

I very happy with my new home. I’m just not familiar with the new process. I was uncomfortable not having a paper copy of the contract and warranty.

In general, you get what you paid for. The Casa Fresca Team is excellent in answering all your questions and are very responsive. Although this is an inventory house and you cannot change anything the Casa Fresca Team will offer different homes and locations that will meet all your needs.

These folks have been amazing (Zach, Larry, Tyler, Brittany)!!! They have been attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. My biggest issue is that what I purchase is not what I received. Let me explain - The people at Casa Fresca have been great and they were also unaware what I have had to fight and deal with. When you purchase a home you are given a survey of the property you are purchasing. In the survey it clearly states your property line. I have tried and been denied placing a fence around my property line because of drainage easement. I have sent letters and documentation stating that the fence does not block water from draining and still have been denied. I essentially lost about 1000 square feet of my yard that I paid for. I have also learned that I have not been the only one dealing with this issue and now Casa Fresca is also looking into this problem because they are being perceived as covering this up but LET ME BE CLEAR THEY HAVE NOT and is looking into the matter. You want to buy a Casa Fresca be proud to do so for they are great just be mindful of the HOA on what you can do and not do. (I still think the HOA as no legal right on the fence issue but I'm not a lawyer but I will find out) ... More

Kayla was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of everything. Helped me through several issues during closing process. I did not have the pleasure of meeting any production managers but the inspection team was very good also

Our experience with Casa Fresca was very good. Me and my wife were both looking for a home and the first thing that brought us to Casa Fresca is the architecture very nice looking and modern. And one other thing we appreciate with them is their service, they have a great staff of technicians and professionals who know what they’re doing. If something happens they take care of it right away. If you are looking for a good quality home with new design , Casa Fresca is the right company to join!

The process was great from day one I wish more could be done on them being a little more professional, but overall most of every dealt with through this was on point.
