Contractors have to pay more attention of small details that honestly during the walk thru you won’t chat due to the excitement of the new home. We found nails on the stairs, walls with dents, entryway cement cracking.

I was offered an additional 1% at closing on top of the other incentives to close on the house. My realtor noticed the night before closing that they pulled back the 1% and didn't tell myself, my wife, or the realtors. My realtors notified them and us about the issue and they said they couldn't offer this any longer. This was done 12 hours before our closing and we than had to bring an additional $5,000 to close. Your team lied to us to close and then pulled the rug out 12 hours before closing and didn't even bother to tell us directly. The house have some small details but was more during construction. However I want to said the saler ZACK was AMAZING he is the best customer service ever and he is so nice and polite and attentive. He need a promotion

Homes are not the quality they portray, construction managers have no real construction experience and will lie about anything and everything including what was found on 3rd party inspection.

I’m very disappointed with the master bathroom as there’s no place to keep a bath towel and the bathroom has 3 different doors in it and doesn’t get a experience of using a private bathroom. Whoever designed this kind of bathroom is very ugly. Who will keep a towel holder inside a toilet.

None don’t care to share not so happy with the issues that have not been addressed and or fixed yet

Closed my home in 4 weeks, the experience was amazing and I was happy with the outcome. My real estate agent was very supportive and helpful. Walked me thru the process and explained how to get the everything done in a timely fashion. Thank you to the team for working with me and for helping me buy my home.

From start to finish it has been a very pleasant experience. Everyone has been very attentive and answer every question with professionalism. Hands on when needed to show us how to handle any issue that has arisen. Would recommend a Casa Fresca home.

These folks have been amazing (Zach, Larry, Tyler, Brittany)!!! They have been attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. My biggest issue is that what I purchase is not what I received. Let me explain - The people at Casa Fresca have been great and they were also unaware what I have had to fight and deal with. When you purchase a home you are given a survey of the property you are purchasing. In the survey it clearly states your property line. I have tried and been denied placing a fence around my property line because of drainage easement. I have sent letters and documentation stating that the fence does not block water from draining and still have been denied. I essentially lost about 1000 square feet of my yard that I paid for. I have also learned that I have not been the only one dealing with this issue and now Casa Fresca is also looking into this problem because they are being perceived as covering this up but LET ME BE CLEAR THEY HAVE NOT and is looking into the matter. You want to buy a Casa Fresca be proud to do so for they are great just be mindful of the HOA on what you can do and not do. (I still think the HOA as no legal right on the fence issue but I'm not a lawyer but I will find out) ... More

Joanna was great, Luis the project manager was very helpful. He was responsive to our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. Problem no street light and kiosk for mail. We moved in March and still waiting. It’s extremely dark, would feel safer when they have street lights.

The moment Tyler new that I was purchasing the Mariposa on Surrey Rose dr, he immediately introduced himself to me and kept me informed step by step through the building process and even after we've moved in has texted and make himself readily available if we have any concerns or question. Ive owned homes before and the builder usually disappears after purchasing but that's not the case here. Job well done and we are pleased

When buying a home sometimes the price, location or size is not the most important but how your sales consultant make you feel. In our case we met our consultant a year before we were ready but she stayed in touch with us just checking on us, even when we found a comparable house we went back to Casa because of the relationship we had with Yazmin. The financials of this house deal were appalling. The stress factor was a 10. Asking for a down payment, and then more cash weeks later was total madness. This experience was something out of the Twilight Zone. You asked for it, will there you have it. I wouldn't purchase a house again from this builder if it was FREE !!

I worked with the sales person Gerald. He is not only great but very responsive to my questions. I was amazed by his responses even in late evening. I would highly recommend people to work with him to buy house from Casa Fresca

The house looked great when I bought it. They seem to rush through the building process and leave a lot of little things undone and are very slow to come back to fix anything that should be covered under warranty. When I moved into my brand new Casa Fresca home I had a hose faucet that was broken, pipes under my kitchen sink leaking and a hole the size of a fist in the flashing at the roof eve. They don't even install sprinklers in the backyard. I have been waiting 2 months for the hole in the eve to be fixed. They finally started it last week but left it half repaired and now I have to wait for another trade to come back to finish the repair so I am left with an even bigger hole now exposed to the elements. I ended up paying someone to fix the hose faucet and the plumbing under the sink because I could not wait for their slow response to warranty issues. Not what I expected from Casa Fresca homes at all. Also, it was great that they left blueprints in my new home. It's too bad they were for another home in the development and not even close to my floor plan. Completely useless and there is no one to contact that will help with anything. Once they sell you the house they are done with you and it isn't their problem. ... More
