Great value. Good sales folks and construction manager. Excellent locations. Jaime the sales guy was great! Scott the CM was great! It’s new construction, so items like post office set up and deliveries are taking a while to set up as new addresses are set up. We were the third house on the street so it took 4 weeks to get the mail running. Once issue was brought up, it was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Great product thus far and happy with our purchase.

The Sales Rep. Taylor and the Construction Managers were great. They were always quick to respond to any inquiries. The attention detail paid by the Construction was amazing. They did really treat it as they were building their own home.

Great price for the homes at pinnacle point. Houses are nice and modern and the location is perfect for commuters going to Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando etc. Also, the buying process was great starting with my agent, Cory and my lender Jim. It was smooth, and I closed on my new house exactly as my lender told me. Would definitely recommend

I highly recommend these houses, builders, just get to know the area, before you consider.

I very happy with my new home. I’m just not familiar with the new process. I was uncomfortable not having a paper copy of the contract and warranty.

In general, you get what you paid for. The Casa Fresca Team is excellent in answering all your questions and are very responsive. Although this is an inventory house and you cannot change anything the Casa Fresca Team will offer different homes and locations that will meet all your needs.

These folks have been amazing (Zach, Larry, Tyler, Brittany)!!! They have been attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. My biggest issue is that what I purchase is not what I received. Let me explain - The people at Casa Fresca have been great and they were also unaware what I have had to fight and deal with. When you purchase a home you are given a survey of the property you are purchasing. In the survey it clearly states your property line. I have tried and been denied placing a fence around my property line because of drainage easement. I have sent letters and documentation stating that the fence does not block water from draining and still have been denied. I essentially lost about 1000 square feet of my yard that I paid for. I have also learned that I have not been the only one dealing with this issue and now Casa Fresca is also looking into this problem because they are being perceived as covering this up but LET ME BE CLEAR THEY HAVE NOT and is looking into the matter. You want to buy a Casa Fresca be proud to do so for they are great just be mindful of the HOA on what you can do and not do. (I still think the HOA as no legal right on the fence issue but I'm not a lawyer but I will find out) ... More

Kayla was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of everything. Helped me through several issues during closing process. I did not have the pleasure of meeting any production managers but the inspection team was very good also

Our experience with Casa Fresca was very good. Me and my wife were both looking for a home and the first thing that brought us to Casa Fresca is the architecture very nice looking and modern. And one other thing we appreciate with them is their service, they have a great staff of technicians and professionals who know what they’re doing. If something happens they take care of it right away. If you are looking for a good quality home with new design , Casa Fresca is the right company to join!

The process was great from day one I wish more could be done on them being a little more professional, but overall most of every dealt with through this was on point.

Most of the staff I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. Our construction manager, Vinnie,, went out of his way to explain things to use and make suggestions that bettered our experience. Our meeting with the warranty representative, Scott, was....different. He arrived at our door, and after my wife opened it to welcome him, he barely said hello and basically pushed past her to get into the living area of the house. Without waiting to be asked to do so, he sat down at our table and began his presentation. At one point he was speaking about warranty, or lack thereof, on items outside the house. I began to ask if one of the trees that had been planted were to die (what would happen). Before I could even finish my question, he curtly said to me, "I just covered that". He later examined the settings on my sprinkler system and found that it was set to run every day. He basically told me I shouldn't have set it that way. I told him that I hadn't touched that (sprinkler settings) but that was the way it had been set up. (In any event, my experience in Florida is that the counties will allow daily watering on newly sod grass.) He then said to me again that I shouldn't run it daily, apparently not believing me when I said I'd never touched the settings. At that point I nearly asked him to leave, but my wife restrained me. He needs some type of training in dealing with people, particularly in the job that he is performing. ... More

Contractors have to pay more attention of small details that honestly during the walk thru you won’t chat due to the excitement of the new home. We found nails on the stairs, walls with dents, entryway cement cracking.

Eduardo was great during this whole process and can’t wait to purchase my second home with casa fresca hopefully in the very soon future. Thank you for all that you have done for me and my family.

The overall experience of buy my house at Casa Fresca was just amazing. The sales representative, the lender and the title company worked together to make the buyer process very smooth. I’ll recommend them to everyone that wants to buy a home. Parker

My wife and I were able to purchase a Casa Fresca home with almost no issues. The entire process was very straightforward and we love the house itself. A few notes though; first, I would have given the "quality" and "trustworthiness" categories 5 stars had it not been for two issues. The first issue being that when we first came to see the house we were told that the first round of mortgages were being offered with a 4.99% interest rate and by the time we got to actually signing the necessary documents we were told that information was wrong and that the new rate was going to be 5.25%. It's still a fantastic deal but it's the principal of the matter, the sales rep admitted she was wrong and gave excuse after excuse of why she gave us the wrong info. The second issue was after about 2 weeks of moving in the downstairs half bathroom toilet kept filling up with sewage when the upstairs tub was running...long story short an underground pipe on the side of the house was completely smashed and no one ever said anything. The plumber who came to repair it said this occurrence was fairly common and told me "sometimes they say something, sometimes they don't and just bury it"(He was clearly frustrated as well). With that being said Casa Fresca was very quick to reply to my repair request and got it fixed in 2 days. The plumber was also very courteous and professional. We also found out the original building manager had to be replaced for a variety of issues but the new manager Rick is fantastic. He's a great guy, very honest and he'll actually take the time to answer all of your questions without getting annoyed so if you deal with him directly you're in good hands. Another note, my rating of "value for price paid" is only a 4 star because ALL homes right now in Florida are grossly inflated in price and has nothing to do with Casa Fresca. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the price point of the home and compared to almost everything else on the market right now the value for these houses is exceptional. All appliances were included (great quality GE/Whirlpool) and I was surprised to see they use Carrier air conditioning systems, very high quality. With all that being said, we love living in Pasadena Point and the home is amazing so far. We'd highly recommend buying from Casa Fresca...if there's anything available that is! ... More

Garrett @ the Lakeland office, now transferred to Parrish was great! Super transparent, up front with all information. The project manager Jon was helpful with the walk through and explaining everything in the house. Overall I’d recommend Casa Fresca to friends and family. The only con, I wish the offered the vinyl throughout the entire downstairs.

The house has many details, the floor was uneven, the carpets were poorly placed, the walls were poorly painted, no electricity in the back of the house, the doors had most of the locks loose, many details for a brand new house.

Before we moved in, the tree in the front yard was laying on its side with the roots exposed to the air an 90 + degree heat for over a week and a half. I asked several times to have the tree replaced, but they say it is still alive. It is all brown at the top, but they are not going to replace it. So, I paid for a house with a defective tree. Not happy! What a way to save maybe a couple of hundred dollars, while I paid 460k.

I have several complaints. To begin with, during the walkthrough a week before closing, some problems were identified that hadn't been addressed by closing time. The first issue was inside the kitchen island, where they corrected some imperfections but didn't repaint the wall. The manager, Jake, promised to come and fix it, but he never showed up. Then he said he would bring the paint since I told him that if he could bring it, I would paint the wall myself, but he never came. Several days after closing, a leak was discovered in the master bathroom ceiling, which lacked a vent. The last problem was outside, where a leak was found. Initially, it was thought to be the irrigation system, but it turned out to be the sewer line. I made contact and it took them a week to come and solve the problem, only to realize it wasn't the irrigation system. After they were notified it was the sewer system, it took them four days to send someone to fix the problem. ... More

Kayla was so communicative and quick. I was saddened to get in and see all of the corners cut and sloppiness on the building of my home but it was also expected.

The sales team at Casa Fresca was perfect. I worked with Madison and she kept me updated every step of the way. The community is beautiful and they didn't charge CDD fees. I highly recommend Madison. However, I am not sure what happened but the house has had way too many issues since moving in. I moved in the weekend of November 16th and the first major issue was there was no hot water. I was told to call the ER number on the sticker located on my breaker box. GUESS WHAT...there was no sticker there and when I did get the number from the sales team, the ER number wasn't helpful because it was after hours on a Friday and they would not return until Monday. My project manager for Casa Fresca tried to fix it that Monday and it did work for 1-2 days then the water got cold again because the hot water heater kept tripping the breaker. I would hit the switch to turn it back on and it would trip immediately. Turns out the element was broken and had to be replaced. Mind you this whole process took a week. My dryer, disposal and dishwasher were not plugged in when I moved in. I asked my PM at Casa Fresca if I should plug them in or was there a reason it wasn't done. I was told to plug them in. After using the sink that night, the next day I noticed water under the sink in the cabinet. I turned the water on to find it was leaking from the disposal which messed up the cabinet as it warped and bubbled up. Had someone plugged in those appliances and tested them, they would have spotted the leakage immediately. FYI...In order for them to correct the messed up cabinet, I would be without an island/sink for two weeks. I find that unacceptable. Two switches in my house were not working - I even tried changing the light bulb but that didn't fix it. Per the electrician that Casa Fresca sent to my home, the wire was not installed correctly. Was that not tested? I had Spectrum install WIFI in my house in the internet panel located in the master bedroom closet. When they screwed the WIFI box into the panel, it came through the bonus room wall. Somehow the backing that should have gone in behind the internet panel box is missing. I had Spectrum show me the size screws they used and inside the panel box to see if the issue was on them, it wasn't. When I tried to locate touch-up paint, there was only outdoor paint left behind for the house. Why isn't the builder giving a small size of wall and trim paint to each customer? We are purchasing expensive homes from them but don't leave touch-up paint behind for their customers... My garage was a mess from builder material and trash being left behind. That isn't my job to clean behind their crew but I had to do that. They are working on the house next door to me and every day I find trash being left behind. There is a bag of cement mix trash between my house and the next property. Note...they have left the garage and front door open for weeks, anyone could have walked in and tried to steal property because the crew is not securing the home at the end of the day. The dishwasher is extremely cheap! I am very disappointed with it. The builder has had the plumber come out to look at it and I had GE come out to fix it because it doesn't like to dry dishes very well. I even tried the longer drying cycle. The issue isn't fully resolved but we are still working on it. FYI...the washer and dryer are also cheap, the amount of loud clicking sounds that come from the washer is insane. It seems like this builder only cares about their profit versus giving their customers better quality. Note...if you are buying from Casa Fresca, inspect the appliances, I wish I would have in their model. The pantry closet already has one shelf ripping from the wall and another shelf isn't completely screwed into the wall. The trim under the island, they failed to paint it as there are several holes where the nail gun attached the trim to the island. Why wasn't the trim caulked and painted to prevent the buyer from seeing the holes? I am getting this corrected through the builder in their warranty as I should not be the one painting trim because their crew failed to do so. None of the bathrooms had the curtain rod installed, I had to install them myself. Again, why wasn't that installed for the customer? Recap, the sales team was great but the execution of building this house was not good. I recommend every homeowner purchasing from Casa Fresca to check everything out in their home. Maybe they are building too fast or they simply don't care because it's not their home but this is my third home having built and I never had these issues with the other two builders. My overall opinion is this builder needs to do better. ... More

As you can see my overall experience was not a good one. I certainly wish I could say otherwise. Without your sales team, I would have not purchased a home here. Jason was absolutely wonderful throughout the initial stages of the process. When we were passed off to our construction manager "Chris", that is where things for sure took a turn for the worse. I wanted to be involved with taking photographs throughout the process, as this was our first new construction build, but then at some point that changed. We were suddenly told that was not allowed. We have been in our home for 2 months now and still have blue tape throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Writing this now, I get sick to my stomach with the way our builder conducted business and still feel as if there were many empty promises when getting things addressed. I was fearful at times to vocalize my feelings, as I knew if I did, we would ultimately be pushed to the side and treated unfairly. I spoke to many other residents and neighbors who were in agreement and feel the same as we did but at the end of the day once we closed and Casa Fresca got our money, we were very quickly forgotten. I will end this review here as there is nothing positive to say and frankly I feel as if this will simply be filed and fall on deaf ears. I would be willing to share my feelings and more specifics with someone of what I will call "Executive Level", but unless that was going to happen, I really have nothing more to say. ... More
