These Guys are amazing! We have already bought 2 houses with them. One 9 years ago and the other has 1. From the awesome Realtor support (Nicole Orringer) during the entire project, the Project Manager (Harrison) dedication through the different stages of the construction process and finalizing with the way to handling items under warranty (Mike Rose and Joe Mikuski), they have been always doing the best, sometimes going beyond what is "written in the books."

Working with Alex Johns, the Realtor from Century 21 Coastal Advantage, the Caviness and Cates Design Center team in Fayetteville NC and the Project Manager Jake, was a pleasure! The entire team is professional, shared ideas, and answered our questions and any concerns timely.
