Here's what real homebuyers have to say about their experience building a new construction home with CB JENI Homes. All of these testimonials and reviews for CB JENI Homes are from verified homebuyers.
This was my first home purchase, my realtor and the Community Sales Manager worked so well together on getting me everything I needed and the best deal possible. She was so kind and sweet throughout the whole process. Our Construction Manager was very thorough on our walk through explaining everything. I had trouble with my disposal and reached out to him and he was over in 10 minutes to show me the reset button. The CB JENI Team is always very friendly when I see them out around the community.

I was impressed with the outstanding service from the CB JENI Homes Team. They were both kind and professional and consistently delivered on their commitments. I especially appreciated their follow-up call a week after closing—it added a great personal touch.
