We just recently purchased our Centex home- Townhome in sawgrass, Coral Lakes in Cape Coral,- the quality of workmanship and the extra amount of materials used to build it makes us feel really safe during bad storms.- 5 stars every day for Centex homes- and if you’re thinking about purchasing a Centex home, you better hurry up before they all get sold.

John the Construction Manager and Conor the Real Estate Agent were very friendly and helpful as could be when dealing with my wife and I as well as with our Agent Rachel in getting all of our concerns handled and answered, in a short amount of time. We have only been here a little while and have had ZERO problems, but we believe and expect that anything arising will be handled in much the same way. Well done everybody, and THANKS TO Y'ALL!!!

Everything from the first time I walked into the showroom to the follow up a month later was flawless the building supervisor, Weston, and his team were fantastic. They took care of everything that we needed to be fixed in a timely manner and kept in contact with us. Even our realtor, Michelle. Became instant friends with us. We are enjoying our new home and the amenities that come in Mavera.

Centex Homes made it so easy to find the house we wanted and from contract to close was very fast. The quality of the home is better than we were expecting. So many builders are cutting corners but not Centex. I hired a home inspector before closing to find out what wasn't right and they only found 4 minor things. The builder not only fixed those items, but they noticed things not up to standard and fixed it before we moved in. After moving in, we had two issues, one with an appliance and one with the rug. They came fixed both as a warranty call at no cost to me. Our house is very quiet and for two stories, its very energy efficient. Our gas/electric bills and water bills are very low which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, during the recent snow/freeze, we had no issues with frozen pipes because Centex had wrapped our outside water pipes - not all builders do this. I felt that Centex was highly concerned with making sure we were happy with our home and the buying experience. Many touchpoints of contact with us during the entire process. Even the final walk through was done with an emphasis on our happiness and acceptance of the house.

I assisted my son in purchasing his first home. We purchased the model home in the Sunbriar community. Chad, his construction manager was very patient with his questions and attentive to our needs. As a licensed real estate broker, I wouldn’t refer my family to a builder that I don’t trust to build a high quality home.

My general contractor Govany was great. He was super attentive and informative through out the entire process. Any issue or concern my wife or I had he addressed immediately. I am extremely pleased with the entire process.

Govany is my construction Supervisor Rep., and he is FABULOUS and AWESOME. He has been very responsive to the minor issues that I raised when I finally saw my home for the first time (an hour before receiving the keys). He has also been attentive to the follow up needs that I noticed after day to day living in my new home. He is knowledgeable, professional, informative, respectful and just a pleasure to be around. He and Shannon (my WONDERFUL) sales rep., made my Pulte home buying experience a VERY HAPPY and TERRIFIC experience. I was on the opposite side of the country from start to finish. I physically saw my home on the day I was handed the keys. Pulte has a great team and the home buying experience was all I could have hoped it would be. I put a lot of trust in them and they earned every ounce of it. From the initial contract, to my lending team (Rob and Todd, who also went above and beyond like Govany and Shannon) I could not be happier. We absolutely love our new home! The buying process was super simple and took less than 2 months from the initial deposit until our closing date. Our home was still in the construction phase and the team was super gracious and accommodating of our requests to visit the unfinished home anytime we asked. Our sales consultant was professional yet very friendly and took the time to show us multiple options. He also negotiated a phenomenal price for us. Our construction manager was amazing. He was extremely responsive and made sure any concerns we had were addressed immediately. After the initial walk thru and blue tape, we only had a couple of issues and both were resolved quickly. Our warranty manager explained the coverages clearly and made sure we understood the claim process should we ever need it. Our loan processor was so sweet and a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and even responded to emails on the weekend. Our new home is equipped with top of the line, gorgeous, stainless steel appliances. We even got a new washer and dryer included in the home. They used quality materials to build our home and finish it. Some of the included features are granite countertops, soft closing drawers and cabinets, luxury vinyl plank floors, plush carpeting, a tankless water heater, sprinkler system, gutters, and a covered patio. It also came with a ring doorbell and is pre-wired for security and cameras as well as internet and cable. Since moving in about a month ago, we are still getting correspondence from Centex checking on us to see how it’s going. I like that they send tips and checklists on maintaining our new home. Highly recommend Centex homes! They offer more home than you can get with other builders or purchasing a resale home. They have a streamlined approach and were responsive to my needs. I give them a 10 out of 10!

I absolutely had the best sales representative! Nancy was professional, courteous, efficient and made my dream home come true. I love everything about my new home inside and out. And my neighborhood is so beautiful, love our entrance especially with the Christmas lights and decorations. This is my third Centex home and all of them exceed expectations.
