Inferior cabinetry kitchen and baths. Baths did not include medicine cabinets or shower curtain rods. No cabinets or sink in laundry room . No ceiling fans. Exterior paint flaking off. Very loud AC unit.

Great experience, very thorough and transparent and great quality

Throughout the process we were advised of each step along the way, and the quality and price in a new build cannot be beat.

The homebuying experience was pretty easy overall. Steve in the sales office was great, all of the people I came in contact with in the finance and mortgage department were amazing, and Travis, who was the person that took me through my home orientation has been absolutely amazing and responsive. There are a few things in the home that I would like to change. Because I did not have the option to select the items, I did end up with a refrigerator that I’m not crazy about, but I plan on changing that as well as changing the electric stove to a gas stove. Once moved in some issues with the build were brought to the attention of the builder. They promised to resolve the issues and so far have not. They left behind concrete shoe track marks in the driveway (all across) and can’t be bothered to call me back or respond to any service request. I haven’t been called, texted, or contacted in any way since the issues have been brought to their attention. On the website there is an option to place a request, which I have, with no response. There is no phone number to call.

Do you want a new home with blocked showers and bath tubs, get your home flooded on Day 1, with no accountability from builders, then go for Centex Homes. Plus, good luck dealing with rude and unprofessional regional manager Corey G for warranty issues in phoenix area. Worst, repairs didn’t get authorized and now on my own to get things fixed. It’s been one month since purchase and has been an absolute nightmare for me. Make a wise choice and Hope you don’t have to go through the same.

Our salesman, Matt, was excellent and always responded to questions and requests. He was A+. However, what we didn't like is that the house did not come with ceiling fans with lights. We had no lighting in the 4 bedrooms, living room and office and had to buy 6 ceiling fans with lights. We also should have had a glass shower door installed in the master bathroom since it didn't have a tub. Otherwise, we love the house, the big pantry and the total appliance package.

The whole experience has been great. They communicated and attended to my every need.

If there was a way to give 10 gold Stars I would but since there isn’t I would like to give 5 gold stars instead. Thanks for make our first home buying experience easy and smooth.

The Experience working with Steve & Lorenzo has been amazing. Centex(Pulte) is lucky to have both hard working and kind people to represent them. Steve has been so kind and informative since day one. Lorenzo has been on the ball and ahead of schedule since the first time we met. Lorenzo leads by example and the many crews notice and respect his hard work. Both men still continue to help and answer questions we have now after being in the house for 4 weeks. Our family of four is extremely happy with the quality and hard work from Centex and the people that represents them.

The two site managers present at the walkthrough were great, Daniel and Lorenzo. Easy to work with, responsive, and took care with the walkthrough.

Everything went smoothly, my family and I are highly satisfied. We got our home looking 10/10. Thank you Centex!

Centex's warranty customer service department is either incompetent or worse, not willing to stand behind its warranty. For the first two weeks after we moved in, the on-site project manager took care of any warranty issues we had. After we started having some electrical problems a month later, we were told now we have to call their customer service. We contacted their customer service to have an electrician come out and take a look. Centex told us they made an appointment for us. When the electrician never showed up I called that electric company but was unable to get hold of anyone. I called back Centex and they told me they made an appointment with a wrong electric company. After that, Centex made another appointment, this time with a different electric company. Guess what? They didn't show up either. When I called that electric company to find out why nobody showed up, they had no idea what I was talking about. I don't know if Centex warranty customer service is doing this intentionally, so they don't have to stand behind its warranty or they are just plain incompetent. Lorenzo was and is still a big help with all the construction was very knowledgeable. Always available for any questions , is he did not have a answer he would be honest and say it, but would always find a solution

The process went smoothly

Wonderful experience. Developer rep Lorenzo was excellent during our walk through. He noted all requests and got moving instantly. Prior had limited communication issues on when the home would be ready but aside from that would recommend.

They both did excellent in taking care of any issues or concerns we had in purchasing. It was clear to us they cared.

It was an honor receiving outstanding quality service from Matt & Corey. Thank you to both!

Appointments for electricians made twice. Both times subcontractor failed to come to home to fix electrical issues. Third appointment is next week. No confidence electrician will show up. Centex warranty program is empty words thus far.
