The building part was excellent. The loan process thru ***** was invasive and a nightmare. Almost cancelled the buy because of *****.

From start to finish- professionalism led the way. We belive that Centex offers the biggest bang for the buck that is out there. We are truley blessed that we came across the Centex quality brand!

The house was priced a little high

I am extremely happy with how the process of getting my house was conducted. Beginning with Allyson in the sales office, she exceeded my expectations with the whole process of buying my first home. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very responsive. She always answered my questions and was always ready to help me in every way I needed. When it was time to review the home building process, Javier, my construction manager, knew how every inch of my house was built. He explained to me in detail every aspect of how the house and how everything worked, from the outside to the inside. My house still is impeccable. The construction is over the top. Not one thing out of place. Javier strives on getting everything with 110% quality. I always thought getting a new house involved a lot of mishaps in construction, but Javier is quality personified and he definitely delivered the best quality of my new house. I am pleased and proud to say my house was built by Centex. Next was Robert with Pulte Mortgage. He made it possible for me to have my home. Kathy was great on the front end of things answering questions and helping the process along and Kevin was good with the follow-up in resolving outstanding issues after the purchase. The financing process took some years off my life with the stress of it all, but they did come through in the end. The HOA rules are a bit more restrictive than they should be, but overall, It's a good unit and a good price point!

Everything was great except for the mortgage process

Our salesperson (Kyle) was outstanding! Has gone above & beyond before, during and so far after the sale. Our warranty gal, Louisa, I hope the spelling is correct also has been very helpful and outstanding. Pretty much everyone along the way has been great. Can’t wait to get more built so we can meet more neighbors.

Our sales person Kyle was outstanding. He had all the answers to our questions and help us navigate the purchase of our new home. All the other staff were helpful and friendly. The house is built well, the workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Centex homes.

The walk through with the company was very helpful. They explained the warranties, what I needed to do to extend the warranties and how things work. The unit is very nice. I love everything about it. You can add your touches to make it yours

We moved late in May from Missouri. The home is beautiful. The water heater had a problem, the heating element was replaced. The oven tripped a breaker, an electrician visited the home and fixed it. We thought the A/C had some trouble, but is new technology, a heat pump, the condenser fan starts after a brief delay. My wife had some detailing concern with the Quartz kitchen counter. They came and fixed it incredibly well. We love our home and the Centex Homes Team. God bless them and their loved ones.

If knew then what I know about Centex Homes I never would have bought one. Overpriced and not alot of value. I had problems including range fuse and also automatic door in the bathroom shutting on its own. Also the floor in the garage had paint spots that had to be cleaned up.

My overall experience was good. The only issue was getting the tittle in my name at the county property adjusters office was not so smooth. I contacted the Centex employees to let them know that the name change had not been recorded. Other than that I have an electrical issue in the house and we see how they handle it. Thanks!

Working with Mike and Cathy was a very good experience for me

From the start I told CENTEX Homes employees what I liked about their performance, execution, attention to details, and Customer Satisfaction. Although, the development is new and have few homes occupied, the City of LaBelle water, wastewater, stormwater, trash collection and recycle materials collections run smoothly and on time. Yard irrigation is automatically taken care by the HOA which is reasonable, or pretty low cost to be exact. The warranty. my God, is a dream come true. They have a Customer Service group that response as if telepathy occurred, as soon as you know you like something verified they are at your doorsteps. The sales staff and other relevant personnel went out of their way to assist in various multiple aspects of our move.I didn't see any major problem areas.

We just recently purchased our Centex home- Townhome in sawgrass, Coral Lakes in Cape Coral,- the quality of workmanship and the extra amount of materials used to build it makes us feel really safe during bad storms.- 5 stars every day for Centex homes- and if you’re thinking about purchasing a Centex home, you better hurry up before they all get sold.

We had a great home buying experience with Centex. Quality building and we feel safe in the event of a storm here in SWFL. However, our best experience has been the after care given by Keith. He’s super attentive, action-oriented and responsive. We know we can trust and count on him to really care about our needs and concerns.

The purchase process was simple. We did not finance so the sale went quickly. We were sent pictures of the building process. Construction was finished in a timely fashion. No complaints. David was wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to help us whenever he could. Seeing that we live out of state we had a few questions and David answered them in a quick manner. 2 days prior to closing we walked the house with the construction manager and David spent the time to take us through the house and make sure everything was addressed. House was immaculate. No complaints. And if we had questions we had plenty of time to talk. That part was great and stress free. However.... What we have found frustrating is trying to get anyone to answer questions from the homeowners association after closing. Many of the questions we had could have / should have been addressed at closing. How do we handle association fees? Who do we talk to with questions? What is the "Q" app? Who handles the Q app? 14 emails and phone calls later we were forced to contact our sales agent and find out why no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Let's not get started about association fees... We knew the amount. They were paid for the quarter at closing. We have received 3 letters stating our fees are behind and we are being charged late fees and interest. Phone calls and emails later with no one returning either again we were forced to contact sales agent. Let me state this. We love our new home. Couldn't be happier. It's beautiful. But unfortunately we have lost a lot of confidence with who is actually in charge of running the association. There's too many moving parts and no one seems to know what the other is doing or in our case not doing. It's been extremely frustrating and frankly a little scary. Many if not all of the questions /issues we had could have defiantly been addressed or handled at closing. And let's not talk about the Gate issues. Which is the only way to get to our home. No one person is responsible for any one thing and if they are no one is saying. Closing was a breeze. Very simple especially from out of state. Closing company awesome. Staff prompt in answering questions and actually returning phone calls and knowledgeable. I do have one suggestion. I do understand the reason why appliances are included in the sale. But...Purchaser should have the option to exclude them. We ended up donating our appliances and purchasing top of the line fridge,refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer. We feel the appliances included were not up to the standard of the rest of our home. There's much more to be said. But space is limited. Cathy our sales agent is exceptional and awesome. David our construction manager should receive a gold star. He helped us more than he had to. These two people have made the purchase of our second home a wonderful experience.
