My experience was very good regarding our townhouse at Coral Lakes. The construction personnel Kept us updated from the beginning building of the townhouse until the townhouse was finished. I am a little disappointed that I paid a bit more for the home then I should of. The homes now are selling for less than I paid and there are many not occupied...

Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Centex homes to anyone looking for a great townhouse at a very affordable price.

Overall it was a good experience, except for the things that should have been repaired prior to doing the walk thru.

I feel the quality of the workmanship was fair for price I paid.

The sales associates, Kathy and Tyler were absolutely amazing and very helpful and patient with me. I was happy to make them laugh a few times. Going through the mortgage process was a pain in the a## but I got through it. The construction seems to be pretty good so far. I like the location and hope it continues to improve. The construction around me doesn’t bother me knowing that it will eventually get done. I haven’t experienced all the fees yet but, this isn’t my first rodeo at owning a home, but I hope there aren’t too many surprises.

Communication wasn’t great with anybody from sales to trades

All those involved from sales to mortgage app ro warranty work have been very helpful. It made the whole buying experience easy and less stressful. There are a few things that would make the home a little more people ready such as towel in bathrooms and USB outlets in some locations. I can't imagine this costing more than a few hundred dollars.

I really enjoyed working with Centex.. they actually delivered on all their promises. I have a comfortable, energy efficient home that is exactly what I wanted. I've always wanted a layout just like the Hanover plan and now I have one. It's laid out just right for my lifestyle. Thank you Centex for coming through during the pandemic supply chain era!

From day one with Troy as our sales person,to Andrew as our project manager, to closing everything went very smoothly. Everyone was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable. They all listened to my questions and answered them within a day or so. My house is so well built. I have changed a few things as I wanted to make it my own. Centex is by far a home you can be proud to own.

I seriously feel what was promised was not delivered. Your moto is quality and ease. There is nothing quality about the materials used to build these homes in fact i think your excuse well used was the pandemic and materials well welcome to the new way of life and replacing materials with cheaper products is what we paid for. Your painters should be fired. who on earth offers a finished homes with bumps and lumps and bad patching of mistakes on the walls. Counter tops who on earth hires a company who can not fit the tops correctly or properly and I can go on. You have at least 89% of home owners in here who feel cheated and they are going to voice their opinions to advise new home buyers to look the other way as we will too. The workers are inconsiderate, sloppy, rude and very messy. The cleaning people are non existent they may wipe down but DO NOT clean. Workmanship could take their time and do a lot of things better and not half way and messy. It should not be ALL on the warranty to try and get everything fixed that should have been done the right way the first time!!!

We had a decently easy buying process, not many delays and open communication, but the second closing papers were signed and money was in their hand we have had horrible customer service. I was promised two missing components to my home within two weeks of moving, and after several emails and unanswered calls we still don’t have them nearly two months later (except for a “hey there, did you get what you need?” Email that i answered and got no response) They are very nice before they get their money, but then it’s onto the next buyer with no follow up or care for those who just moved into their homes. Their contractors also openly litter and walk through our yard and mulch bed and step on our bushes (seen on ring doorbell) with no care as if we are not a closed property. If you’re looking for a comfortable buying process only to be pushed off the ledge to figure every little thing out post closing yourself, Centex is right for you. ... More

You need to watch over the building of your new home if you can. You should take a walk through about once a week to insure the little things are taken care of before you close on the building. You do have 30 days after closing to let the builder know about things to be corrected; but many times it will take them two or months to get around to correcting the issues.

No shows on warranty work several times. No one cares. They blame it on being a busy time.

Great experience and great after service as well.

Ben was my builder, he made sure to answer all my questions without making things up if he did not know the answer, He made me think to myself that this "guy really cares". I feel that I got a great product and am comfortable with what I just sank a bunch of my hard earned money into. Most of all he was proud of his work. I find this to be a great quality in person, because they usually give it their best in the things they do. Thank you Ben and Troy.
