Every person, from every department whom I had communication with (in person/email/text/or telephone) throughout the entire process was highly concerned about meeting my needs to a level of 100% satisfaction. It is evident that employees are service driven and goal oriented. I was buying basic working class family home and receiving million dollar courtesy service. It truly does not matter the price of your home. The teams are highly effective and the experience will be exceptional.

Right from meeting with Troy and Allison in the sales office to Randy, David and Andrew who made sure our new home was done to perfection. We would highly recommend Centex/Pulte to any perspective new home buyer.

Very good experience start to finish

Ben was my builder, he made sure to answer all my questions without making things up if he did not know the answer, He made me think to myself that this "guy really cares". I feel that I got a great product and am comfortable with what I just sank a bunch of my hard earned money into. Most of all he was proud of his work. I find this to be a great quality in person, because they usually give it their best in the things they do. Thank you Ben and Troy.

The purchase process was simple. We did not finance so the sale went quickly. We were sent pictures of the building process. Construction was finished in a timely fashion. No complaints. David was wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to help us whenever he could. Seeing that we live out of state we had a few questions and David answered them in a quick manner. 2 days prior to closing we walked the house with the construction manager and David spent the time to take us through the house and make sure everything was addressed. House was immaculate. No complaints. And if we had questions we had plenty of time to talk. That part was great and stress free. However.... What we have found frustrating is trying to get anyone to answer questions from the homeowners association after closing. Many of the questions we had could have / should have been addressed at closing. How do we handle association fees? Who do we talk to with questions? What is the "Q" app? Who handles the Q app? 14 emails and phone calls later we were forced to contact our sales agent and find out why no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Let's not get started about association fees... We knew the amount. They were paid for the quarter at closing. We have received 3 letters stating our fees are behind and we are being charged late fees and interest. Phone calls and emails later with no one returning either again we were forced to contact sales agent. Let me state this. We love our new home. Couldn't be happier. It's beautiful. But unfortunately we have lost a lot of confidence with who is actually in charge of running the association. There's too many moving parts and no one seems to know what the other is doing or in our case not doing. It's been extremely frustrating and frankly a little scary. Many if not all of the questions /issues we had could have defiantly been addressed or handled at closing. And let's not talk about the Gate issues. Which is the only way to get to our home. No one person is responsible for any one thing and if they are no one is saying. Closing was a breeze. Very simple especially from out of state. Closing company awesome. Staff prompt in answering questions and actually returning phone calls and knowledgeable. I do have one suggestion. I do understand the reason why appliances are included in the sale. But...Purchaser should have the option to exclude them. We ended up donating our appliances and purchasing top of the line fridge,refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer. We feel the appliances included were not up to the standard of the rest of our home. There's much more to be said. But space is limited. Cathy our sales agent is exceptional and awesome. David our construction manager should receive a gold star. He helped us more than he had to. These two people have made the purchase of our second home a wonderful experience. You need to watch over the building of your new home if you can. You should take a walk through about once a week to insure the little things are taken care of before you close on the building. You do have 30 days after closing to let the builder know about things to be corrected; but many times it will take them two or months to get around to correcting the issues.

So much better than buying a used home. No trickery or shady stuff. Total trust and excellent workmanship in all areas.

Overall it was a good experience, except for the things that should have been repaired prior to doing the walk thru.

The sales staff and other relevant personnel went out of their way to assist in various multiple aspects of our move.I didn't see any major problem areas.

I am a little disappointed that I paid a bit more for the home then I should of. The homes now are selling for less than I paid and there are many not occupied...

What an experience! It’s a beautiful home I wish the master closet was a little smaller and the bedroom a little bigger and for the price we couldn’t get self close drawers in kitchen but it is a well built beautiful home and a great team to work with!!

Working with Mike and Cathy was a very good experience for me

The sales associates, Kathy and Tyler were absolutely amazing and very helpful and patient with me. I was happy to make them laugh a few times. Going through the mortgage process was a pain in the a## but I got through it. The construction seems to be pretty good so far. I like the location and hope it continues to improve. The construction around me doesn’t bother me knowing that it will eventually get done. I haven’t experienced all the fees yet but, this isn’t my first rodeo at owning a home, but I hope there aren’t too many surprises.

I have been in the business of construction and seen a lot of builders come and go. I think the Centex for not being a very expensive home it is good quality and a good for the price. The company is good and reputable. I did not have any problems.

Nice home for the price

The workers are inconsiderate, sloppy, rude and very messy. The cleaning people are non existent they may wipe down but DO NOT clean. Workmanship could take their time and do a lot of things better and not half way and messy. It should not be ALL on the warranty to try and get everything fixed that should have been done the right way the first time!!!

My overall experience was good. The only issue was getting the tittle in my name at the county property adjusters office was not so smooth. I contacted the Centex employees to let them know that the name change had not been recorded. Other than that I have an electrical issue in the house and we see how they handle it. Thanks!

Mike was always on the ball, truthful, and just plain outstanding!
