I love the fact that there's a team I could speak with if there's any issues.

Our experience with the builder’s team was great. They delivered on what they promised in a timely fashion. Before selecting to buy a Centex home, I read many great reviews and based on our experience, they exceeded our expectations.

House was not ready when we moved in due to a building supervisor issue and have a horrible time getting responses to issues ( door not licking properly, closet doors not attached, fire alarms going off, no water pressure)

Everyone cared about every area of the home. Responsibility responsive this to all issues were we're high priority.. All personnel were very courteous and honest it's an honest.

Very bad condition of grass

It was amazing to see all the little details Centex adds to a home.

During the construction process everything was magnificent, Matt our Field Manager did an oustanding job. As soon as we moved into the house we began to notice a series of flaws and poor workmanship including the quality of the materials. The entire house is totally uneven, our lanai floods with water from only one side whenever it rains. The ceiling of my dining room and the wall of my living room have the drywall encapsulated with water as well. The entrance door does not work properly and the alarm lock does not work correctly, Guardian technicians could not program the code because they say it has to be changed for another. All these claims were made through the warranty portal and no one has yet contacted me to offer help or assistance for the necessary repairs. When I called the contact they initially gave me for complaints, he informed me that he had been promoted to another position but that I would have to fill out the request on the website and they would contact me but I still have no answers. ... Lack of sense of urgency and detail

I think the process from start to finish was well done The field manager worked closely with us to get things done to our satisfaction. Only issue was with the Sales consultant in the beginning but was also worked out

The overall experience on the builder side of the processes was great. Both project managers Jason and Luis kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to answer all the questions and reassure us during this process if anything came up.

We bought our brand new home on July 18, 2021. We found our "salesperson" Jessica Golden, to be pleasant and responsible, but as we moved on into our new home we have had many problems with our new construction home built by Centex. Centex Homes and Pulte have been the most unprofessional and unreliable companies I have ever encountered. No one answer the phone nor emails. We have a busted irrigation lines in our home. We have to shut off the sprinkles because of the water accumulated around the water meter and the backyard. Two weeks ago, water was coming out of the ceiling in the garage. It happen that something was not properly attach to the bath tub creating the water to accumulated underneath the bathtub. This caused damages to the bathtub, floor, and ceiling in the garage. Overall Pulte provides a very smooth home buying experience. Their sales and mortgage team are outstanding. I definitely feel like there are some thing on the construction and finishes that could be improved on, but I’m happy with my purchase. My wife and I love our new home and look forward to the many memories we’ll make.

Centex was great! They made every thing clear and the process simple. They have responded to our concerns and issues with no hesitation. My new home is perfect for my growing family!

Experience was pretty streamlined and “painless”. Would recommend and biggest bang for your buck!
