I had a great experience with Centex. A little rough patch in the beginning, but after that things just flow. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. It was a real smooth process

I had never heard of Centex until a colleague shared them with me and they build beautiful homes with floor plans that make sense. Their floor plans are functional, open and well thought out. I would certainly build with them again.

I like my home very much. Certainly, God knows which one I desire and deserve. But I think the paint is not a god quality. And then I already reported some mistakes to the manager. After that until today we're following how everything is working. Thank you!

I love the fact that there's a team I could speak with if there's any issues.

We had a Great experience with centex.

From beginning to end it was clear communication. We were worried since the effects of the Pandemic started 2 months after we began process and construction. But Pulte/Centex kept working and in touch, week by week and providing updates on the build of our home. There was a lot of document request, which is part of, but when it came to the day of signing, it went smooth. Very grateful about everyone that works and worked with and for us. Enjoying every day and moment of our home and looking forward to the many memories that will happen in it.

Our Home is Awesome

It was a good experience overall but i could be better !

During the construction process everything was magnificent, Matt our Field Manager did an oustanding job. As soon as we moved into the house we began to notice a series of flaws and poor workmanship including the quality of the materials. The entire house is totally uneven, our lanai floods with water from only one side whenever it rains. The ceiling of my dining room and the wall of my living room have the drywall encapsulated with water as well. The entrance door does not work properly and the alarm lock does not work correctly, Guardian technicians could not program the code because they say it has to be changed for another. All these claims were made through the warranty portal and no one has yet contacted me to offer help or assistance for the necessary repairs. When I called the contact they initially gave me for complaints, he informed me that he had been promoted to another position but that I would have to fill out the request on the website and they would contact me but I still have no answers. ... Buying experience seemed ro never end. Always some paper needed by seller. And closing was ok nothing to stick out. Papers upon papers to fill out. After which, 2 hurricanes later a brief wind storm blew off soffit and called to get it fixed. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I can't get on a ladder due to disability. I thought it was covered for a year.

This is a second home for us!! It was built during Covid which slowed the process down!! It cost a lot more money than we were anticipating!! Interest rates took a big jump during the process!!

House is pretty great, no problems so far.

Overall Pulte provides a very smooth home buying experience. Their sales and mortgage team are outstanding. I definitely feel like there are some thing on the construction and finishes that could be improved on, but I’m happy with my purchase. My wife and I love our new home and look forward to the many memories we’ll make.

Very easy buying process, the field manager was fantastic and answered any questions/ concerns in a timely manner!

All the doors in my house need to have tops and bottoms sanded and painted. The whole interior and out side need to be repainted.(they came in and did touch ups -- you can see the difference) Several areas still need chaulking. The windows I can not open or lock once I get them back down. At bottom of Patio door missing plaster. Shower rod in 2nd bath was not installed correctly. Front door needs to be adjusted so no light or bugs are coming in. Still finding wood shavings in cupboards as I clean and store things.
