Our building manager Ed Romero was absolutely amazing. He always made us feel like top priority even though he also managed other houses. Warranty team is a different story.

Love my home. Took a few times to make it the way I like it. Very happy with my new builder, Alex.

All the doors in my house need to have tops and bottoms sanded and painted. The whole interior and out side need to be repainted.(they came in and did touch ups -- you can see the difference) Several areas still need chaulking. The windows I can not open or lock once I get them back down. At bottom of Patio door missing plaster. Shower rod in 2nd bath was not installed correctly. Front door needs to be adjusted so no light or bugs are coming in. Still finding wood shavings in cupboards as I clean and store things.

Our home was everything my boyfriend and I were looking for! We are so excited to start this next chapter in our Centex home!

Prior to my walkthrough I had an inspection done of the home. During my walkthrough I gave that report and reported some other problems with the home. I was told everything would be fixed, that did not happen. After I moved in I noticed several more things . There were flaws in the workmanship done around the home. Overspray of paint, construction debri under appliances, debri on top of kitchen cabinet, unfinished caulking around several of the baseboards and door trims, nail holes, hole in wall, nicks in doors and frame, unfinished paint spots, debri in window seals, finger prints on walls and closets, crooked bathroom drawer, damaged kitchen cabinets, unfinished drywall in closets, toilet piping not seated to the wall, light fixture in bathroom not attached properly, concrete rocks all around landscaping.....many issuers with my home and .the craftsmanship that was done to my home looks rushed. ... It was an overall good experience. The time line to completion was achieved. Happy with the home.

workmanship was great the builders were very accommodating any problems after closing they would come and get it done. I would definitely recommend Centex builders .

We have honestly had nothing but issues unfortunately since moving in. Broken sewer lines. So bad that we had to call emergency line on Christmas DAY when whole house lost sewer use. Not fun with tons of guests. We had to have an electrician out within first two weeks too for an issue with outdoor lighting. The tub was clogged with grout and I had to reach into the pipe and clear it. Something we asked in walk-through to be completed. There is grout smeared all over our tile floors and we have had to scrape it off. The pantry door does not latch and neither do many of the other doors in the home. The paint was rushed and many spots smeared on the ceiling. Lots of gaps showing. Overall just rushed and messy. We find a new issue almost daily and for the price we paid, its super frustrating. ... We are really happy that we purchased this particular home because of the great service that Adrienne and Wesley provided. They are always there whenever we need any help with anything. We have had a great experience and would recommend this company to everyone.

I have an issue with my back yard it is sinking into the retention pond can someone please help me with this before it reaches the house thank you so much for your help.

FAIR AND TRUSTWORTHY

The attention you receive from Centex reps is great right before you close, after the closing and you get your keys good luck reaching anyone for warranty service. Very disappointed. That alone makes me not want to recommend Centex to friends and family.

Important to add cable TV connection to rooms (especially to master room).

I would have like the builder to replace my sod like I was promised. The sod is uneven and in pieces.

make sure to add the 2nd light of the garage.

Attention to detail. Addressed any concerns

Many issues with home, water leaks behind walls, lawn issues, bowed wall.

My Centex home is well-built, with quality workmanship and materials. Working with Ryan and Rodi made the whole process very easy (they were great!), and the whole process went a lot easier than I had anticipated. I would build this home again!

The buying process was seamless.

I have not yet moved in but the home is beautiful, the value was part of the reason I selected that builder and that location. Both the sales personnel and the field (manager) personnel were completely responsive and trustworthy.
