The location is great

It was an amazing experience with CENTEX, especially with the Construction Manager, Justin! He did everything to please us and meet our requests and needs. Really a great person! Jeffrey who participated in the sale was also very kind! I am very satisfied with the house and look forward to buying more houses with CENTEX/Pulte.

The property looked very clean and lovely.

When they gave me the house it had many details that it still has because the manager field has been very irresponsible in repairing them. He's had me fooled since closing. other than that he never answers. When he does it, he has never complied with coming to the house to repair the amount of details. They must take into consideration that the field manager is not a serious person.

Madeline was great to work with. She helped to make the whole process fun and easy.

Very transparent process, timely execution, and great end product. Defects here and there, mostly which are covered by the warranty.

The process of purchasing was really easy and fast. After we moved into our new home, we were very excited. My husband and I worked very hard to move as soon as possible. During the process, we noticed that the house was a little hot, but at the moment, we didn't pay much attention to it. After settling in, we sent a complaint about the A/C because, after testing and checking , we realized that it's something the warranty should cover. We are paying almost 400K for a house, and the A/C does not work? Not even a month has passed when we noticed that issue, and now we have been waiting for more than a month, and we still have this issue. She handled our approval process with excellence!!!! Was very professional and passionate about helping us!!!!

Michael our sales agent was awesome. He was very attentive. He was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the process of if paper work or anything else I had questions about. As for the warranty issues the service is very poor, the walk through was only done with Joe not David. I am very disappointed with area. Many things that I asked to have done before I moved in were not done. If anyone would to call me , I would be happy to go over the whole CD process.

Centex's service is great, its salespeople, its builders and the staff in general are a little slow in the solution response time, but they respond that it is the most important thing.

Very few issues so far. My view of trees will vanish soon due to construction. Water pond needs cleaning as irresponsible people throw litter in it.

Trevor Gouin and Tracy Devoe Were excellent. They were responsive personable and able to deal with issues as they Arose. They were good resources and represented your company well. The design center representatives were also flexible patient and knowledgeable.

Buying experience was good and satisfying. During construction also experience was good. After we moved into our new home, we find that the shower floor is set approx 4-5 inches below the bathroom floor. This is a potential safety hazard because you have to step down 5 inches to enter shower cubicle. Also the shower floor slope towards the central drain makes standing in shower a bit unbalanced. Definitely a safety concern for seniors like us. Pulte/Centex should address this concern in our house and in newer homes they are building.
