Great experience. Little slow at fixing issues. But happy so far.

Shane was great and very responsive, literally went above and beyond. The sales agents we’re great and I really appreciate the informative information they provided me with. They told me the good, bad, and the ugly.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I’m really happy with my home.

Always make sure to ask what are the basic that comes with your house.

So far everything as been great and staff had helped with anything I needed

The house quickly became our home.

Had a great experience from start to finish! My project manager quit right after I closed, so some of the items I was promised feel on deaf ears. Other than that I lOVE my house!

Had a small issue and they had it fixed a.s.a.p. I appreciate the help with everything.

They will rush making your home and not be at 100% just to close on their time.

Had lots of issues from walls being crooked, to deadlines not being met for final list of things to be fixed. Buyer beware make sure everything is finished before you close.

Tried several times to speak with Field manager and got no attention.Really surprised that no one pays attention to home buyer

The sales person and project manager care about your experiences. However, It has been a challenge after closing with a couple of the vendors to get things repaired or corrected so be aware and stay on top of them.

I have built homes in the past so far this builder has done very impressive work on workmanship.

I'm overall very pleased with my new home. The construction manager was fantastic to work with and the Centex/Pulte made it simple to buy with great staff, a great website, and a nice design center. The home went up super fast and was ready almost a month ahead of when we thought. That's where I wish it had been different. There were many things evident that showed it was a rush job. On our final walkthrough, there were quite a few things that still needed to be taken care of. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. On our closing date after signing and receiving our keys, things were still being worked on. The overall home looked wonderful with no major concerns, but there were tiny issues with painting, electrical, carpet, and cabinetry that were rough around the edges. We've had to submit a few warranty claims to get things fixed within the first couple of months. I also wish I could have chosen my landscaping a bit more. Again, overall, I'm very pleased, but they could have taken their time on a few things and they would have still met our timeline goal. ... More

It was a great experience to work with Centex representatives on the whole process. To call out one individual is Jeremy whole was the project manager who helped at every turn. He sent me pictures of the work on the home since I was moving from out of state. He walked me through the home when it was complete. Just a very nice person to know.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our experience and house overall! We would definitely recommend a Centex home to family and friends.

Could use some work on the response time when requesting a work order

The house is great but they need to improve the initial quality

After closing Mr. Caban had been taking great care of some issues on my property. His professionalism is amazing.

Love the house but the small issues do not get resolved and when they do finally get resolved something else gets messed up or it doesn’t get done right

Build experience was amazing, our sales consultant and build manager made things a breeze. We love our home and everything in it however the warranty process has been absolutely awful and far from the amazing experience we had with the build. It’s been almost 2 months since we’ve moved in and I have emailed warranty countless times about issues that need to be fixed and have yet to be fixed. Not a great way to treat customers after close in my opinion.

I am in love with my new home. A lot of things other pay for as upgrades came standard for us.

We are very happy with our new home.
