Had lots of issues from walls being crooked, to deadlines not being met for final list of things to be fixed. Buyer beware make sure everything is finished before you close.

Poor communication with the Builder

Builder refuse to communicate to fix issues in the house after occupancy. Garage has cracks in the floor, unfinish concrete interior borders. garage roll up door does not sit flat on the concrete floor. you can see light thru the garage roll up door. Hot water tank AC drips on the garage floor, receptacles and switches in the house does not work . dish washer leaks, rear glass door no handle, sloppy paint job. Pulte issued me a warrant

I would advise anyone to make sure a thorough review or walk through is conducted, and areas needing to be corrected are addressed prior to closing. Our overall buying experience was good, it’s the quality and attention to detail, esp. the workmanship which is the problem.

Trevor( our project manager) has promised to resolve issues upon closing that are still happening. Afterwards he said to deal with the insurance. Make sure you don’t close until everything looks great or be ready to deal with these types of issues.

DISAPPOINTMENT

I made my first home purchase in the USA at Centex/Pulte and my experience was unfortunately pretty bad. My house came with no refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, curtains, cabinet handles. In addition, irrigation does not work right, a lamp has already fallen in 2 months, shower loosened, among other problems.

I feel like the trades people they hire take no pride in their work, many things had to be done multiple times to just pass our basic acceptance level. Many many issues too many to list here, I would not recommend.

My honest overall experience has not been the best and definitely had room for improvement from day one of my experience. I experienced poor customer service not from all but a few. Believing Centex and Pulte are linked I had a fair share of issue with Pulte as well . As far as the overall build and structure of the home , at a glance all is beautiful but once you start “living” you start to notice a lot unnecessary flaws. I understand some issues with the walls will happen due to the setting of the home but there were many drywall and paint issues, along with chips to bathroom countertop, ...

Nightmare

Literally everything that could go wrong during this build went wrong. We are 6 weeks after closing and I still don't have sod on parts of my yard. I have stained floor tiles, lumps in the carpet upstairs, the wrong baseboards, the wrong countertops and wrong backsplash was installed. I know Covid had a part in the availability of products however I wish we did not close until all of these issues were corrected.

Good Builder, Bad staff and team

Sales Rep Rob not reliable at all Only contacts you when something is needed Main manager Ian, even worst at addressing customer needs. They treat home owners as if they are dumb and have no idea how things work and Zero appreciation. Homes not built with quality and many issues with the home.

My feedback is base on the current status of the poor service since I signed - purchased the house, currently know one has come to correct the construction errors and defects after termination of the construction the company have not be to the standards

The company Centex-Pulte have not prioritizing the current owner on the sub division East Lake Preserve we poor customer service in accordance with their own contract they have felt to demonstrate trust among the customers who all ready purchase a house they only worry to continue their sell - money and revenue with house warranty attendance. The company has not live by their own standards and mission of customer service went warranty of the house come in place.

Issue with Appliances .House is full of red ants, crickets & roaches.

Its only 1 month in new house and i'm facing issues with my AC unit. Washer is not working properly. There are small little holes in the house through which many unwanted guests like roaches, ants, crickets keep coming.
