Our experience with Centex builders was great right from the beginning. Their sales representative Michelle at the model home in North River Ranch Brightwood was very helpful and professional. She listened to our needs, wants, and budget and showed us homes that fit all of our parameters. Knowing that we were in town for just a short time, she also helped us in the design studio choose our colors and design package. Expectations for the construction timeline were given to us right from the beginning and thankfully the timeline was met within a month of the time promised. We have been very happy with the quality of the build and with the timeliness of corrections that we requested. Our Sales Rep Ryan was a 10, our finish Construction Mgr. Ray was great to work with too. Home completed ahead of schedule, which in this day and age is unheard of. They put together a complete move in package and home was clean and ready for move when delivered to us. Overall, I would use them again. So far very happy customer.

Excellent attention, quick response to requirements and unique quality of service! From the sales agent in the project, to the construction Foreman, the attention was specialized, with precise information and the entire process of the house was very precise.

Ryan my sales agent was always going the extra mile sending me pictures during the build. Ruben the construction manager provided us with a clean home on the move-in date. I really appreciate the Centex team effort. I love my new home! Like all new build homes we have a few issues. The construction teams are working on each. I definitely would recommend Centex as a quality builder.

From the very beginning with Kim as our representative we had a very easy and knowledgeable experience. Of course these were unprecedented times in home building with both the pandemic and materials logistics issues. Nonetheless, communication was very good and after a 13 month process we were in our new beautiful Centex home.

Building process went smooth, without delays. House looks good, quality of building is descent, small issues exist, but they will be easily fixed by builder. Building team provide information during the building process, was easy to access and communicate. I will definitely recommend the potential buyers to become clients of that builder.
