We love our new home! It is a quality home. We had several delays because of shortages of materials and damage from the hurricane. Our Field Manager, Shawn, was great. He kept us apprised of everything and made the process so much easier and less stressful for us. He walked us through the process from start to finish. He is a great asset to your company,

Make sure to check interior painted walls after we moved in we found several paint runs. Also check finish work in master shower by window

I appreciated the communication throughout the build and understand Hurricane Ian throwing a monkey wrench into an already complicated supply chain, but I do understand the motivation to lie to me. Making arrangements to live while the build was completing would have been easier if I was told the truth instead of trying to make me feel better with overly aggressive time lines. We all knew it was going to take three times longer than I was told, so what is the motivation to lie to me? Finally, we had concerns on the finish of the walls and paint that we were instructed were normal finishes for these houses. We come to find out from the 30 day quality inspection that paint and dry wall is embarrassing and never should have been released in this condition. It was obvious that either the damage from the hurricane was patched up instead of done correctly and/or was rushed, and now we have to manage a work crew redoing 1/2 the drywall and paint while all of our belongings are in the house. I would expect this from buying a cheap house and getting a cheaply made product, but we paid above average pricing and got a below average job on fit and finish. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of how well the house is sealed or the strength of construction. I still have trust that that was done correctly having been walked through the house during construction and seeing the final product. We will eventually be happy after corrections are made, but this all could have been avoided with less marketing BS and more honesty up front. ... More

Centex builds a solid home with beautiful attributes but fails to "finish" their build with the polish that is needed to make a new home look and feel like a new home. We were told these are not custom-built homes but neither was the last new car I purchased which was delivered with all of its hardware attached, was shiny and new with no blemishes and didn't require dozens of technicians to repair build faults. For this reason, we feel their final workmanship and overall finish quality is unacceptable and leaves much to be desired. We will say they are very responsive to the many warranty issues; these same issues that should have been noticed and attended to by Centex prior to the home's sale. ... More

Still have pending items that weren't completed at closing. Have scheduled contractors but no one ever shows up. The one contractor that did show up didn't call ahead and so we werent ready for them that day. Have been changed to 3 different reps in 1 month. This is a bit insane, slightly unethical, and I wish someone would step up and take responsibility for the fact that our supervisor was fired the week we closed, we have unfinished work all over, and no one has been a leader to follow through with the commitment to complete these items in a few weeks.

Our experience at first was really good as Shawn kept us informed about the house. After we moved in we were told we would have a new house manager, but was never given his number. Shawn said that Scott had been too busy to meet with us, as he is meeting with other homeowners. We are homeowners and he should have met with us. We have lived here almost 2 months and nothing has been fixed on our move in list.

Will never recommend any Pulte product. Multiple issues involving workmanship, quality of materials, communication, follow up, deadlines, and the list goes on. We are still waiting on multiple items months after closing. If considering building with Pulte….don’t!

Although Shawn, our building manager, had his hands tied a lot, I feel he did the best job he could for us. Contractors do seem to be the lowest bidders though. Often not showing up when they say they will. Centex had no contingency plan in place when their HVAC contractors quit on them. This lead to a couple of months delay. Holiday Pools refused to communicate with me about the project. Closing was delayed two weeks because the pool was not complete. This caused us to extend our stay at a local hotel and increased our out of packet expenses. Drywall has several splatters and the painters simply painted over them. Gloss paint for crown molding was overlapping the ceiling flat white in many areas. Had to reorder some tile and they used a different color grout when finishing. I see a few tile spacers still stuck in the grout. Our bathtub has to be refinished after contractors used ladders in the tub and scuff up the tub badly. Date of refinishing is estimated to be 4 months after closing! One window was broken at closing and has been repaired, but two windows are still missing trim that covers the installation screws after 40 days! Centex always places blame on suppliers and vendors, never taking responsibility. They do no hold suppliers and vendors accountable. Workmanship flaws and Centex is not concerned because they have a deposit and contract and move to the next potential buyer.

Kim was very welcoming during the the beginning stage. Shawn and the Team included my daughter and made her feel apart of the whole process. House is beautiful. There were some delays due to economy issues. Obviously on new construction there's always things that need to be fixed. So far there very responsive and are willing to satisfy there customers. I'm fully confident in the Team on getting everything fixed. Over the course of the building process, we feel like we're family. Again, thanks to Shawn, Kim, Scott, Evan, and Asmir for everything. Do not do mail-away closing. They do not fix any issues that were found during the walk through as promised but passed them to the warranty team. Some doors do not close tight, you can see gaps between door and frame. Dry wall issues, molding, painting, caulking, etc...We are still waiting for the CCM to schedule the people to fix the issues. We are thinking to record the issues and upload to our youtube channel afterward if they break their promises again!

We went into building our home knowing many people have different experiences. Overall we had less issues than others in our neighborhood. However, we are happy with our home and are waiting for a few things to be rectified but the home itself is great!

We are very happy with our new home. The quality and workmanship is wonderful. The only issues we had would be delays with supplies. These issues caused the moving delays by 6 months which caused us concerns as we were very anxious to move in.

From the very beginning with Kim as our representative we had a very easy and knowledgeable experience. Of course these were unprecedented times in home building with both the pandemic and materials logistics issues. Nonetheless, communication was very good and after a 13 month process we were in our new beautiful Centex home.

Delays are inevitable: be patient!

The builders did not do a good job building this house. So many issues. They are not getting them done.

Pulte mortgage was horrible, I had to find my own trusted lender for the whole buying process to switch, unfortunately I lost my $7000 incentive when I took that route. Sales staff was great and very responsive and informative. Building manager was great and made sure to handle every concern. Warranty team is also great and very quick and responsive. My only building issues so far that I have seen throughout the whole home is that the walls are very uneven, and its unfortunately obvious. builders did not take their time to make sure walls were straight and it makes me wonder how much attention they put into everything else in the home. ... Friendly builder- have been waiting for 6 weeks but no communication about warranty issues so far. Builder took pride in workmanship and standards.

The experience was enlightening to me since I was able to visit the build site on a weekly basis. I saw some shoddy workmanship that bothered me, but amazingly was corrected quickly to produce a beautiful project thar satisfied my concerns.

Responsive , organized and very nice.

We had a great experience with building our home in North River Ranch. The sales associate Leslie did a great job keeping us updated. We would build again.
