The whole process is designed to make the difficult matter of home building easy on the buyer. All steps are explained, questions answered and timely updates provided. From sales, to build, to closing, to warranty follow up.

The process from start to finish was made pretty easy, the sales rep helps you select a lot and floor plan, you put a deposit down and from there fill out documents with the loan team, get approved and the rest is smooth sailing. It's amazing to see how far our home has came in less 9months. Really glad we went with Centex.

The house itself is built decently. Obviously I know that there will be little things here and there and it is a process to get things sorted out over the course of a couple months while the house settles but the trades companies that this company employees to handle electricity, HVAC and tiling/drywall make me believe that they have no idea what they are doing. We have had so many issues related to trade work its not funny. While issues are being sorted out along the way the fact that we moved into a "New" home and had light switches not work or missing floor boards and sinking floors is inexcusable. I understand that cosmetic things like tiles uneven and shotty paint work is expected and that is ok but having your HVAC system not working correctly in FL is something I would expect to have sorted out. Kept us informed through the whole building process

Building was completed on time!

Certain things that should hve been done prior to closing were not dine properly. Two baseboards were not squared. Tile grout had holes, ripples. Tile floor also had some material tracked on to it. This shoud have been noticed and fixed prior to the closing.

Barbara kept us informed during the building process. She made the experience great.

The appliances, even the upgraded appliances are terrible. We have had problems with all but the dishwasher. In the most simplest terms the appliances are crap.

What they say and what they do are two different things.

House was built on schedule. I was communicated throughout the process and very satisfied with the result.

This is our second time buying a new home from Del Webb, and once again they have hit the nail on the head ! Price , quality, sales people, to the financing people. A complete enjoyable experience. From start to finish.

When there was a major problem everyone stepped up to resolve quickly, and fairly for all parties.

Process is very thorough. However, ask questions about everything. We were not made aware of a garage extension or that the lanai can be extended. We were also unaware that when building a pool it does not include a hand rail like the model home. Every upgrade costs $. All in all, great people to work with from sales to project manager to warranty people. It was a great experience and we live the area!

everyone we dealt with was professional and considerate. Having had other homes built in the past, I felt this was a very smooth process and everyone certainly put the home buyer first.

Builders and Sales people we're very helpful with all our answer.

At this time we are in a construction zone, with progress being made every day. We look forward to our area being developed bringing new neighbors, as well as the finished landscaping.

The only reason I gave only 3 stars on responsiveness is because it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to fix our sliding glass doors that we could not use until it was fixed.

Great builder, but just take your time in the selection process from picking your lot, to the elevation to the interior and exterior options as it can become VERY overwhelming. You will be happy with the end result if you do this.

All levels are responsive and professional.

Some work very good, some not to our expectations. Garage concrete work very poor quality. Sheetrock texture very disappointing and bull nose corners just so so.
