Worse experience. Not trustful field manager. Worse craftmanship!

Do not do mail-away closing. They do not fix any issues that were found during the walk through as promised but passed them to the warranty team. Some doors do not close tight, you can see gaps between door and frame. Dry wall issues, molding, painting, caulking, etc...We are still waiting for the CCM to schedule the people to fix the issues. We are thinking to record the issues and upload to our youtube channel afterward if they break their promises again!

The builders did not do a good job building this house. So many issues. They are not getting them done.

The WORST experience ever

This was absolutely the worst home buying experience. Something that was supposed to be a fun experience is a living nightmare. During multiple inspections and walks many issues were pointed out to our Field manager and he either just didn’t give a crap or didn’t know what he was doing. During the last month of our build we reached out to his boss who was very concerned on our build. 1 month post closing and I’m living with blue tape all over my walls, can’t hang a single single, going on my 4th floor install, 4th master shower tile install, unpainted doors, unpainted trim. At this point I’m giving all one stars due to the experience after buying the home. I’ve been in my home for 2 months and there is no communication or any effort to get things fixed that were on the inspection list! Unbelievable headache for the amount of money paid for home.
