The financing service was not accommodating, after purchase the home required many improvements that have taken too long to correct . Construction is less than optimal.

Multiple issues at closing that delayed it, still waiting for the installation of the home screens.

Closing was delayed multiple days because issues with the CO which cause me yo wait over 5 days after closing to receive my keys! After almost two months after closing I am still waiting for the home screens to be installed… very disappointed overall with the company

The poor and lack of communication on what is expected and delivered are to different things. We thought we were getting certain things that wasn't shown but turned out it wasn't even possible. Poor communication with issues doing the building process and many times I had to verify the things that were brought up. If we hadn't stayed on top of things we would have not gotten most of our items correct or right. From door handles, faucets, tiles in bathrooms, pendants and a host of other issues. I would not recommend to any friends or family to buy / build a home with your company period.

We loved the houses and community since we visited it. The experience with sales, title, mortgage, and construction wasn’t the best. Bad communication and some staff were somewhat unprofessional, last minute and don’t explain everything to you. My construction manager changed 4 times and it was a terrible experience. The construction manager was very unresponsive throughout the process. Our lawn was completely dead when we moved in due to the lack of care/watering. We have also had a variety of issues with the house since moving in.

First of all, the salesman wanted us to put in the 60 thousand dollars for the prime package which supposedly was the best washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. I’ve seen these items in sears and robucks altogether costing maybe 3000 dollars total. I really want to thank my field manager Steve Nacca he resloved all my issues with extra care, the one thing I liked about steve is he very passionate in what he is doing, he make sure customer is happy and that is the reason he even replies to your calls and text late nights 11PM.

The sales process was phenomenal, Daniel was very helpful and friendly. He remained that way throughout the entire process. Over all very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately some things like the final cleaning of the house at closing were below par (probably contracted out) but Pulte has worked to get that corrected. Somethings concerning supply chain issues meant that certain things had to be supplied after moving in but again Pulte has been working to correct that and kept us informed. Again pleased with our house.

Our field manager was great until he got sick and someone else came in. That promised everything was going to be fixed a week from closing I had a large hole in my powder room and holes under my stairs at my pre closing which shows no effort to inspect before pre closing ever took place. Fast forward to closing day. Nothing is done. I withheld the funds to close until 10 pm that night because that is when the field manager was able to complete everything that was wrong. I really wanted to say great things but my experience had been anything but that. Someone forgot to put a cap on the roof fixture and there was major rain water damage to both the floors , ceilings, walls and carpet before move in. We had an add on for tile floors and more than half are uneven, raised that you can feel the dips when walking and even tripped over a couple. The wrong grout was used on the three bathroom tubs/tray and they look horrific- no caulk. The option for a pool should have been included during the actual build. Waiting nine months+ for closing, then moving in, only to again be submerged in another major construction site while the pool and enclosure are constructed, I believe could be avoided. The house however, is well built, and except for minor fixes, has met my expectations.

The layout of the floor plan was great. The sub contractors were sub par, had many issues unresolved at final walkthrough that were promised to be completed prior to closing, which were not. The materials used were very basic, many were of poor quality. Basic washer/dryer and refrigerator purchased by contractor for walk in ready package, which would not have been my choice of appliances. Lots of corners were cut, and are not very trustworthy.

During the sales, they were the ones who suggested a completion date that had a 2 months float. However, they completed the house 4 months after the date they provided. They did this just to get our initial deposit. Craftmanship is not the best, the light fixtures are as cheap as they come (in a $359K house we were expecting more). They backyard does not have the proper slope and grading so is always wet and cannot be used. I have been trying to have them fix this for 3 months now and all they do is give excuses.
