The house looks very good the law and trees planted is beautiful

The financing service was not accommodating, after purchase the home required many improvements that have taken too long to correct . Construction is less than optimal.

Closing was delayed multiple days because issues with the CO which cause me yo wait over 5 days after closing to receive my keys! After almost two months after closing I am still waiting for the home screens to be installed… very disappointed overall with the company

The poor and lack of communication on what is expected and delivered are to different things. We thought we were getting certain things that wasn't shown but turned out it wasn't even possible. Poor communication with issues doing the building process and many times I had to verify the things that were brought up. If we hadn't stayed on top of things we would have not gotten most of our items correct or right. From door handles, faucets, tiles in bathrooms, pendants and a host of other issues. I would not recommend to any friends or family to buy / build a home with your company period.

Our builder Roy was great, very responsive to questions.

We loved the houses and community since we visited it. The experience with sales, title, mortgage, and construction wasn’t the best. Bad communication and some staff were somewhat unprofessional, last minute and don’t explain everything to you. My construction manager changed 4 times and it was a terrible experience. Tried to get a hold with a mortgage rep to ask questions about closing costs, no one got back to me Title waited til last minute to provide wiring instructions and during closing had to wait hours to confirm they received it just because they were late providing that info to me House is still full of wall scratches, blue tape, and light not working even after closing ... My experience was bad.The quality, finishing,windows screens are not installed. Grading of my landscape which has water sitting on the side of house.

The construction manager was very unresponsive throughout the process. Our lawn was completely dead when we moved in due to the lack of care/watering. We have also had a variety of issues with the house since moving in.

First of all, the salesman wanted us to put in the 60 thousand dollars for the prime package which supposedly was the best washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. I’ve seen these items in sears and robucks altogether costing maybe 3000 dollars total. I am going to be disabled soon even though we asked more than a year ago to make the house available for wheelchair accessible; there was a sliding glass door toward the lanais with a 2 inch bar making a wheelchair inaccessible. There were a couple of things that were not mentioned like no screens on the windows and no grab bars in the shower. There is a drainage area to the west of the house that resembles a moat. However, the island top and the countertop is very nice. The shower was done to disabled standards except the grab bar. Im really glad to have house with Centex. I really want to thank my field manager Steve Nacca he resloved all my issues with extra care, the one thing I liked about steve is he very passionate in what he is doing, he make sure customer is happy and that is the reason he even replies to your calls and text late nights 11PM.

My first home buying experience was relatively a smooth an easy process but I wanted something updated and decided to purchase a new construction home. The sales process was phenomenal, Daniel was very helpful and friendly. He remained that way throughout the entire process. Once under contract, it became a totally different story with Pultes lender and the construction manager. While I had been pre-approved by my own lender, I decided to take advantage of the incentive that was offered, if you used Pultes lender. I was uneasy about using their lender based off of the reviews of other buyers, prior experiences. After I was pre-approved, Sandra the Mortgage Consultant was not eager to keep me updated on their mortgage rates. The rates continued to climb and she was not being forthcoming with information about the rate increases. Therefore, I followed my gut and decided to use my lender. I did not want to fall in to their game and end up paying more than I needed. The initial construction manager (I believe Ron) was responsive and emailed weekly updates regarding my homes building progress. However, he left and I was informed By Andrew that he had taken over. Andrew was moody and not customer friendly. He seemed agitated at any questions that you asked and he did not fix all items identified during the final walk-through. My closing was delayed due to the construction manager turning in documents to the county last minute. This caused a delay with my movers and furniture deliveries and costing me additional fees. However, Pulte did cover it and I appreciate that. Upon move in, the microwave didn’t work, closet rack fell completely out of the wall, the window in the master room didn’t fit and when I reached out to Andrew, he basically acted as if it wasn’t his problem anymore (poor customer service and no accountability with him). All in all, I like the home but if I knew the construction process was as going to be a headache and I probably would have selected another builder. But Daniel and the title company and my closer were pleasant and made up for the construction process mishaps where they could. ... More

Over all very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately some things like the final cleaning of the house at closing were below par (probably contracted out) but Pulte has worked to get that corrected. Somethings concerning supply chain issues meant that certain things had to be supplied after moving in but again Pulte has been working to correct that and kept us informed. Again pleased with our house.

I love my house. It is perfect for my family.

The drive it’s and some other small over look things need to be paid more attention to be a we didn’t see them till we moved in now we playing the waiting game with warranty to get fixed and corrected. Next time we will look at things more detail because the little things matter too.

Our field manager was great until he got sick and someone else came in. That promised everything was going to be fixed a week from closing I had a large hole in my powder room and holes under my stairs at my pre closing which shows no effort to inspect before pre closing ever took place. Fast forward to closing day. Nothing is done. I withheld the funds to close until 10 pm that night because that is when the field manager was able to complete everything that was wrong. I am not that nit picky person but they dropped the ball. I also had my driveway crack as soon as I drove over it. That was cracked for 2 weeks. I still don’t have screens on my windows and most bugs are entering in my house because it is not properly sealed. Just wish things would be fixed quickly since we’ve spent so much money on homes.

I really wanted to say great things but my experience had been anything but that. Someone forgot to put a cap on the roof fixture and there was major rain water damage to both the floors , ceilings, walls and carpet before move in. We had an add on for tile floors and more than half are uneven, raised that you can feel the dips when walking and even tripped over a couple. The wrong grout was used on the three bathroom tubs/tray and they look horrific- no caulk. Garage door has light coming through - hence the temperature is unbearable in the garage since it’s not sealed properly. Front door has light (and bugs) coming through since it’s not sealed properly - and losing cold air from the house. A couple of doors don’t latch. The screens on the windows have gaps and allow bugs in. Cannot open windows on cool nights for fear of allowing uninvited pests in. The list just goes on…, have taken pictures of all issues and working with warranty contact to get them addressed. This process has just started and even though nothing has been fixed yet, I hope to get these resolved soon. Work in progress. ... More

They do fake promises! not my cup of tea.

The option for a pool should have been included during the actual build. Waiting nine months+ for closing, then moving in, only to again be submerged in another major construction site while the pool and enclosure are constructed, I believe could be avoided. The house however, is well built, and except for minor fixes, has met my expectations.

Not satisfied with the finishing, Lot of things can do better for small works.

The layout of the floor plan was great. The sub contractors were sub par, had many issues unresolved at final walkthrough that were promised to be completed prior to closing, which were not. The materials used were very basic, many were of poor quality. Basic washer/dryer and refrigerator purchased by contractor for walk in ready package, which would not have been my choice of appliances. Lots of corners were cut, and are not very trustworthy.

Stream lined buying process and the home quality build is great.

During the sales, they were the ones who suggested a completion date that had a 2 months float. However, they completed the house 4 months after the date they provided. They did this just to get our initial deposit. Craftmanship is not the best, the light fixtures are as cheap as they come (in a $359K house we were expecting more). They backyard does not have the proper slope and grading so is always wet and cannot be used. I have been trying to have them fix this for 3 months now and all they do is give excuses. They gave me a closing date without the final inspection and appraisal been done so, we lost another week before we could move in. ... More
