Still waiting on my refrigerator and tile to be fixed as well as some paint spots they didn’t paint

3 months in the home and still do not have the refrigerator that we paid an upgrade for. And no phones to keep us up to date with information on it.

Centex gives you lots of options to customize your home before the build process. Other builders did not offer this, what they built is what you got.

We were blessed with a very impressive young man who was our field manager Brian Wolford. He was very respectful to us . Very patient with our questions, keeping us informed through the entire process of the building of our home and always on top of every step being carried out on time and with perfection. He treated the building of our home as if it was going to be his. We love our home. The quality is superb and each day we love our home more and more.

As a first time home buyer everyone made a huge effort to ensure I got the best experience. My home is beautiful!!

What I like about Centex Is the time and effort this contractors put in these homes Day take pride in their work And that's what makes that An amazing home I drove around I saw other subdivisions But the quality was not there there was no effort But when you come to see the Centex Work you actually see the difference That's what caught my eye Thank you for the amazing work in my home.

Centex appears to pride themselves in ensuring to have qualified caring workers. It was a pleasure working with John the construction manager of my home. He explained the process to me. He answered all my questions. He made sure to provide me pictures and updates on my home on a weekly basis. Any issues he made sure to tell me about them before I found out on my own. Quality was extremely important to him and he stressed quality of important to Centex. So anything I asked for to push up the timeline of closing was always not at the expense of quality. Home had several issues and a final quality inspection not done properly. I’m currently dealing with several defaults that need to be fixed. Company being responsive but could have been avoided if more quality was set in place instead of speed to finalize a project.

Easy, relaxed, free of stress, simple experience. Very happy with the house, neighborhood and property.

I wish I could say my experience was great but it wasn't. I purchased the model home so my home was only able to get minor repairs done to it, which I wasnt informed of until i did my first walk through. Some repairs were made but i found many more flaws once everything was said & done. I asked to purchase the furniture & it ended up being sent to consignment because the person I dealt with didn't know the process. I spent way more on this home than the brand new homes around me, definitely got taken since this was my first home & unfortunately my realtor wasn't much help either. Overall I'm making the best of a terrible experience with Centex & Wells Fargo which also was terrible to work with & their preferred lender. Live & learn. ... More

Everyone was super friendly, house is amazing snd well maintained. Roxanne and Marc were awesome! Being here a little over a month, neighbor is friendly and safe.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff at every level during the process. Friendly and timely responses to questions.

PROS: The site manager Ron Scholfield was extremely helpful with any problems that I had. He would reply as in a timely manner to respond to any issue I had small or emergent problem. Minor Cons: Crack in bathtub, was fixed. Only one light switch in every room, no way to have a switch for extra light as well as the ceiling light. Dryer vent was not properly installed and leaked during use, easy fix but should have been tested.

The Pulte Group (all divisions) have the best customer service, quality control, attention to detail and their product designs are truly the best in the industry. You can see their employee training is what sets them apart from all other Builders. Their entire team truly cares about their jobs and their product.

It was a good experience. Warranty people have been very helpful with a few small issues.

Customer Service is awesome but the subcontractors work is subpar. (1) The sod was laid in a very sloppy manner, there are several sizes of gaps between patches. Now I have to pay to properly re-sod their sloppiness. (2) The front door was not properly sealed, you can see daylight when closed, you can feel the draft and that is after it was supposed to be fixed. (3) I have a problem with two of the breakers, they turn off for no reason and after two months I am still waiting for a call back from the warranty department. From day one touring the homes, they were kind and helpful. During the building process communication is the one thing that REALLY stood out. If I had ANY questions, they were answered immediately. The team made me feel like there were no such things as a "dumb question". If someone couldnt answer my question, I was immediately transferred to someone who could answer it. When the house was almost finished and small touch ups had to be made, there were times I didnt notice something was missing or not up to par, but my building manager noticed for me and was my advocate. They did not rush to get me in and out during the final walk through, they gave me all the time in the world to ask questions and educate me on stuff I didnt know about the home . He was very detailed and professional throughout the whole process. He sent us weekly photos of the progress and explained each step/phase on a weekly basis. Also the design center stands was amazing. They help us design the house that fit our taste and budget.
