I actually used to work for Centex years ago. They were a great company then and now going through the experience as a buyer, the home and all that comes "standard" rather than paying for upgrades on everything was the reason I went with them.

Pulte had good customer follow-up and team members had positive attitudes and were responsive to inquiries. Pulte Implementation of continuous improvement for highest quality product and customer service was apparent from showing, to sales contract loan processing, to closing the deal.

Buying a new home from Centex has been a great thing that happened to my family. We were carried along during the build process and that was awesome and at end we’ve been happy and grateful to God for making it a dream come true. To Centex-Pulte May God bless.

Fast, efficient work. My builder kept in contact with my throughout the entire building process.

We were very pleased with most everything, I would have liked to have a comparison of similar other models that would have fit on our lot to make sure of our choice

Rough-in construction went great. Building manager is great but dealing with too many problems: Concrete driveway and garage floor problems, light fixtures come loose from ceiling, tile has to be fixed, smart home issues with front door and kitchen cabinets not installed correctly. It’s almost as their sub-contractors don’t care or get paid more for fixing the problems they create.

It is okay i guess

I think somethings fell thru the cracks at the moment of explaining all possible options for the home, but overall good experience with both the seller and construction management and to this point continue to have good communication with both. I would try again with Centex Homes in any future home purchase.

My wife and I purchased a home through Centex. We started the process in February of 2020, with a salesman by the name of Jason Oikonomopoulos. He was attentive and cared about the product we were investing in. After going through the intial phase of the purchase process and settled on lot, elevation, and packages construction was started. Once the home progressed to a certain point we were introduced to the Field Manager Mark. Mark made it his mission to share his overwhelming knowledge and to address any questions about the build, especially the quality. He has a certain level of attention to detail which demands the very best from the team he surrounds himself with which directly improves the quality of the product. Mark and Jason were always available for questions when we needed them. I’m still dealing with repairs and things that were not done properly in the home. Model homes are beautiful but they will not make your home with the same attention to detail. Worst decision ever to build with Centex. I’ve been in this home for 2 months and have had someone go every week to repair something all because material and workmanship is low quality. They took our excitement away.

The house went up quickly and is absolutely beautiful. I feel like I'm living in a magazine. However, I cannot seem to get any of the repairs completed. I've been waiting for responses to my requests for weeks. People who are supposed to show up for appointments do not.

Good value home

Good incentives, friendly and professional team.

The home is well made, but when it comes to the surrounding they rushed and did not do a complete job. There are many places where they rushed to get the home done. Also the outstide water draining systems are not to par.

Centex/Pulte Warranty department employees need a better understanding of their work ethics. We were instructed if there are any issues needing to be corrected call the warranty department. First there’s no human contact by phone to address the issues. Everything is to be listed by photo and described then emailed to the Warranty Dept. I did that for a few items that need to be corrected. I was then sent an email which I found to be very condensing advising me to wait 45 days so they could be corrected. Well I have a huge security issue with our back glass sliding door. The builder contractor ABS sent out 2 individuals on different occasions to correct the issues and both stated the issue isn’t the glass door( which doesn’t lock) the issue is with the Glass Door Frame! It’s been nearly 2 months since we’ve moved in and still the glass sliding door issue remains to be corrected. Does a person need to wait 45 days for their house to be secure. I’ve had to obtain a security system to protect my family. And BTW the list has grown for the 45 day repair. Not too happy for the amount we paid for the house. Warranty Dept needs better communication than doing things by email. Phone calls are a huge social distant approach. Workers should take pride in their tasks. ... More

Let start with our Sales Consultant who was a joy to work with and she answered all our questions regarding the model home we choose. We visited with her quite often. Our Field Manger kept us advised on a weekly basis on the building process. During our walk through he explained the home features and provided feedback and follow-up regarding our concerns.

I would do business again with Centex homes.We love our smart home well built Townhome

Beautiful home, just wished jetted tubs were an option and wood floors on the staircase.

I’ve lived here for a month and my ice maker doesn’t work, and the toilet paper holder in the half bath has already become unhinged from the wall. Other than that everything else is average.

We are disappointed with the entire process other than dealing with our construction manager.
