Flaws that were pointed out during walkthrough - have not been fixed until the day of closing . The builder was running around trying to fix /patch up the damage when I arrived and needed the house clean and ready for movers to move in- the ladder in my living room, opened doors, paint , handyman there . Since it was rushed - many flaws still remained not done ; and now almost 2 months later - it’s not done because the builder finished working in this community and was moved onto another project

The rushed slot of stuff in the house, they should they have not taken there time. Cracks in the structures inside, appliances not working, gutting has holes, take your time and build these homes..

Closing was delayed multiple days because issues with the CO which cause me yo wait over 5 days after closing to receive my keys! After almost two months after closing I am still waiting for the home screens to be installed… very disappointed overall with the company

The drive it’s and some other small over look things need to be paid more attention to be a we didn’t see them till we moved in now we playing the waiting game with warranty to get fixed and corrected. Next time we will look at things more detail because the little things matter too.

I really wanted to say great things but my experience had been anything but that. Someone forgot to put a cap on the roof fixture and there was major rain water damage to both the floors , ceilings, walls and carpet before move in. We had an add on for tile floors and more than half are uneven, raised that you can feel the dips when walking and even tripped over a couple. The wrong grout was used on the three bathroom tubs/tray and they look horrific- no caulk. Our field manager was great until he got sick and someone else came in. That promised everything was going to be fixed a week from closing I had a large hole in my powder room and holes under my stairs at my pre closing which shows no effort to inspect before pre closing ever took place. Fast forward to closing day. Nothing is done. I withheld the funds to close until 10 pm that night because that is when the field manager was able to complete everything that was wrong. The home is well made, but when it comes to the surrounding they rushed and did not do a complete job. There are many places where they rushed to get the home done. Also the outstide water draining systems are not to par.

I had to do 3 final walk through this town house. My first one there was a leak in the living room wall that they had the wall torn apart by the sliding door when I arrived. The second walk through there was a wet spot on the wall were the original leak was. I was the person that pointed out that the wall was still leaking. Centex/Pulte Warranty department employees need a better understanding of their work ethics. We were instructed if there are any issues needing to be corrected call the warranty department. First there’s no human contact by phone to address the issues. Everything is to be listed by photo and described then emailed to the Warranty Dept. I did that for a few items that need to be corrected. I was then sent an email which I found to be very condensing advising me to wait 45 days so they could be corrected.
