In addition to the raw materials used to build our new home, the people at Centex took the time of building as well great relations that foster a sense of safety and value. We truly are grateful for Raeleen, Ben and Michelle and how they were always at hand in answering and resolving all questions and requests. Everything was finished and completed with great quality and delivered with high detail.

The entire process was a horrible experience. We will never use Pulte/Centex again. Misinformation and lack of communication was an issue throughout the process. Even to the point they lied about the inspectors appointments which resulted in delays in closing, failed to disclose critical repairs need day before closing, construction manager did not even do a final walk through - before or after closing. There are so many issues with the property its ridiculous, from the poor painting, screws already popping through, incomplete finishes, cabinets that needed repair that still haven't been ...

Overall we had a decent experience, and in the crazy housing market we were in, building a home was a much less stressful option. The salesperson was nice until we had an issue due to the interest rate increase. We worked it out with their manager who was much nicer. As far as the home itself, there is definitely some cheap workmanship and cut corners that don’t leave a great taste in our mouths. The seed and straw backyards are a joke, and nearly every home in the neighborhood has a crappy backyard. Plus, we still have issues that have yet to be repaired from closing, and have been told ...

We love our home and would buy from Centex again. Our biggest concerns have been regarding our walkout basement. There has been some leaking but our contractor is doing his best to get it resolved. The house is well built but it feels like some of the contractors were in a hurry and didn’t pay attention to the details. There are areas missing paint, caulk, and some cleaning detail that could’ve been better. It’s all minor except the basement. It feels like the company got overwhelmed with selling and building and I just wish they would’ve slowed down and paid better attention to a few things. ...

We enjoyed the purchase experience with Raeleen. Ben and Logan have been very responsive in getting the home ready and taking care of any issues that have come up. I can't understand why Centex only uses flat paint on the walls. The biggest cost in painting is the labor and the price difference between flat and satin, versus the wearability and appearance, is minimal. Truly baffling decision.

Working with centex was enjoyable and easy . Kerri kept us updated throught every step. Everything was going smoothly until closing. The house wasn't ready we were pushed to close. Then all the promises to fix the issues after close were made and have not been followed through on. I would recommend to anyone thinking about buying from centex or pulte homes make sure that your new home is 100% complete before you close. Do not accept any promise to complete. While I don't believe the house is going to fall down around us, the finishing touches were very poor. They were in a rush to get us closed. Paint on the floors and splattered on the cabinets. Problems with our plumbing. The trim around the roof is bent. Stickers left on windows, trash left in the yard with the seed and sod just put on top of it, dirt and mud left on the outside windows and sides. I have crooked bricks in the exterior, missing quarter round, vinyl floor planks moving and oh the internet cable was not laid for the entire phase two group. I have been operating off hotspots and I telework. How does a critical work item not get executed during a project, it’s baffling. Who know when it will actually get done. We closed on the 29th March, My wife and I walked into a house that had holes in the ceiling, holes in the walls, all floors where dirty and had paint overspray on every part of the house. The quality vinyl floors had lifted in every room on the lower level, which we are still waiting to be replaced. We have had jobs in for correction or repairs since we have been here and am not impressed with the quality of work received. Much of the home is still full of the same issues that had been promised to be fixed such as paint on the floor in multiple locations, trim missing in our bathroom, warped cabinet doors in the kitchen, and poor dry wall work with metal corner braces still being exposed against a white wall.... While the closing did not happen on time, and there were items that needed attention after closing. Most of the issues were cosmetic and Centex is taking care of them. I will say that I am a little disappointed at the lack of "attention to detail", but like I said earlier they are taking care of those issues.

Our project manager does not have the knowledge to build a house. Contractors do less than quality work and it is acceptable to the PM. We had to point out several issues. They installed broken window, broken cabinet, unlevel flooring, no straight walls, terrible paint job and I could go on and on. You close and move in and it is a pain to get the outstanding work completed after they have your money. Go elsewhere!

Dawn was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Ben and his team have also been fabulous and they go the extra mile. They are the reason we ended up going through with this purchase. They are the heart and soul of this branch. Even though I had some water issues the water company was extremely responsive. I love my new house it is my dream house. I am thankful that they always make sure the requests are handled quickly, and if a contractor doesn't show Ben steps up and actually does it himself. He needs a raise seriously, he is superman!
